For me they are the best in the area. Great attention to detail without detailing the car. I always take issue with the glass cleaning but they do an excellent job. Friendly customer service with a little bit of a wait but well worth it

Will no longer come to this place of business due to their lack of attention to detail when it comes to washing a car. Dirty spots were still seen on the front hood & back of my WHITE car. How hard is it to miss that on a white vehicle? Also the inside was not vacuumed as I still saw debris on the carpets. At this point I've wasted money coming here and would've have done a better job myself. Thanks

The people there are very kind, but please if it's a busy day for them, it will be a waste of money for you. They rushed my service, the entire front, entire back and side mirrors of my car were still dirty when it came out and mind you, I paid for the gold package which included light interior cleaning and exterior cleaning. Then to make things worse, a few days after the wash, I noticed that the silicon liner for my cupholder was missing. This is my second time going there. The first time I went was last year on Valentine's Day and I had an incident that time as well. I won't be returning or recommending this place.

It just doesn't get better than WOW! They do an incredible job - my car looks perfect every time. Ive referred people there and they all agree it is the best around. Eddie the owner is very nice and friendly and the waiting area is comfortable. I highly recommend WOW! This car wash is the real deal! A few weeks prior to today someone scratched my driver's side door while parked in the parking area of my residence. Needless to say, I was not happy. After calling various detailing shops I decided to check out WOW. After looking at my vehicle the owner told me that they could remove the scratches no charge. Within minutes, it was like the scratches were never there. WOW has gained a new customer!!!

I was visiting the area from Virginia. Since I used my daughter’s car, I wanted to surprise her by having her SUV cleaned and vacuumed. They just moved to the area with no time for car detailing. They have a toddler and the interior of the car was full of crumbs, leaves etc. It looked pretty bad. I searched for full service car washes near their home and found WOW!! I pulled in and didn’t expect to go for the most expensive but it was so worth the $39.99. Ed, the owner was hospitable and assured me they would do all areas of the car. Diego did the derailing and walked around the car with me to make sure I was satisfied. It took about an hour and a half. I would highly recommend this Carwash. People and service were outstanding!! Wish they were also in VA.

WOW CAR WASH did a Fantastic Job on my car today!! Very friendly staff that greet you from the moment you pull in... the facility is nice and clean & the gentleman who worked on my car did a phenomenal job and really had my car shining. I also purchased wind shield washer fluid. And he did me the favor of putting it in my car without charging more. They also blew out all of the leaves that were inside of the.hood. I will definitely be back next time I am in CT visiting!!! Fantastic place
