Hands down the worst car wash i have ever been to. They charged me $25 to wash outside and vacuum inside after a poor wash because the car still looked dirty after washing, i had to wait to have the inside cleaned well i waited about 30 minutes and no one cleaned it i finally got frustrated and spoke to a worker who was rude and did not help. I would NEVER use this car wash again they are a rip off and horrible service.

I just picked up my car, 2006 Rendezvous and, I am very pleased. I had the Interior and the Exterior done, my car looks brand new. I would use them again. The Staff was very friendly. They even washed my old mats, because I brought Weather Tech in advance, of getting this done. I have nothing negative to say about them. I was already off today, so I did not ruch them, waited for them to call me. Excellent Job !!!

Using wet towels to dry a wet car? And I'm the first car of the day. Might as well do it myself. Ever since Woodman bought the old owner out, nothing but problems and lazy workers. You will no longer get my business. Foam and Wash my "go to" now.

Had my car cleaned today. Came out with some dirt still on the roof under the luggage rack. He refused to clean it saying that would require purchasing exterior detail. Are you kidding me? I stood up on the car floor edge and licked my finger and wiped a small area to show it came of easy to show him. He couldn’t care less. “Must buy exterior detail” for extra $$$. Never had this issue at other car washes. Totally terrible customer service.

I have been going to woodman for several years - I last visit as Tuesday April 15 ; 2025 - I’m heart broken - I had accidentally left a small little tiny change purse that belonged to my mom - she passed 47 years ago and I loved this little beat up change purse - I called and used it for years - I always felt Mom was with me but now - I’m sick sneakers den and I miss my mom -= all I want is the creep that took it to return it + no questions asked - please report it to your boss that you found it - if you would steal then a little lie I’m sure us below you - I keep calling the phone number - no answer ever and no voice mail ? Some people care only about the $ sign and not how to run a business and realize your customers don’t need you you need them - I’m going on social media - any place I can send this - if anyone finds or knows who took it please post - I’ll be looking

Went through the $12 automatic wash, today. Attendant not paying attention, at all, when he should be giving directions as to where to steer front wheels, when entering car wash. He was on his cell phone and couldn’t be bothered to give safe and proper assistance to a paying customer. When we drove through the auto wash… Both large brushes on the passenger side of vehicle do not work properly. The brushes do NOT touch the passenger side of the car. We spoke with the attendant after the wash, explained the problem and he was RUDE. We asked if the brushes could be adjusted and we could go through again. The attendant was argumentative. We asked for a properly washed vehicle or to get our money back. He was snotty AGAIN. We asked for the Manager. He told us we could drive to Fishkill to speak with a manager. He suggested that perhaps if we spent $20, instead of $12 …the car would come out clean. Finally, he told us to drive through the wash again.He and a coworker used soapy brushes on the passenger side, before sending us through. Obviously, it still didn’t get the passenger side of the car. But enough is enough… we will NOT be back.

I’ve been taking 2 of my cars there for the last 2 months (Honda Odyssey and Pilot). The cars always exit with soap stains on them that for some reason do not get washed by their machines (noticed on sunroof and rear tailgate wibdows). Then their guys come around with their towels and smear the soap stains all over the windows which makes it worse. Secondly, I have a roof rack on top of my van which is about 15 inches high (making the van 76 inches high). I confirmed with the Indian attendant that works there if the van (with roof rack) would fit under the height limit (which is 78 inches - he measured the entrance to the car wash) before I brought the van in for the first time. I then had the van washed there on 5 separate occasions with no issues (other than the soap suds on the glass). I went there after 3 weeks with the van on April 26, and that same attendant came out and said I can’t have the van washed here because “the last time it broke”. I had no idea to what he was referring, but kept pointing to the roof rack (which is not very easy to remove). I informed him that I have been through this car wash with this van on 5 separate occasions already - but he kept insisting “yeah, but the last time ‘it’ broke and I was turned away. After having removed the roof rack over the weekend, I returned to have the van washed at 5:50pm today only to find the facility closed. Hours listed for the facility are 8am to 6pm. I highly recommend you readers to have your vehicles washed elsewhere as I will be doing once my monthly membership expires.
