First time I come to this wild wash, I usually go to the other one. I don’t write reviews much but wanted to specifically give one for this place. Their team members are absolutely great. Specifically Adolfo, a really positive guy. He helped me out and made this experience perfect. This corporation is lucky to have a man as such and I will come back for that specific reason! Cheers

Great hours and always a g CB insistent wash. The unlimited pass may be the best deal in LA. Staff always has a smile that makes you feel they care. Well done

It's now overpriced. Same cost as a manual wash. Never gets the stuff like bird poop off. Your car can only be dusty for this wash to look good.

I've been going here for like 5 years. I love it, you get what you pay. I use the vacuum and clean what I need to do. Good for a cheap budget. Tbh I don't usually have it crazy messy, but if you need just a basic wash and vacuum this is your place. On the week mornings of can be packed. I do recommend the new car smell for the fragrance, go for the $18 package. Especially if you clean every week, two weeks or. Month.

Zero stars if I could. Incompetent attendants rude, unsafe, and unprofessional are the kindest words I can use.

Not enough water or water pressure is used to rinse the soap off the vehicle. A ton of soap was left with all the door hinges. This doesn't happen at other quick washes that I've been too. I like the air pressure hoses that they let you use after, so that's why I'm giving a two, because other places don't have them. Paid for the $10 wash.

I found this place. Not bad. Wash prices are $16, $13, $10 & $7. Very clean place! You can wash pickup vehicles here! Make sure you read posts around properly.

Please avoid this car wash. The bristles on the brushes severely damaged the paint on my new Honda CRV. This was my first and last time using an automatic car wash. I went on Tuesday, 8/30, at around 9:30 AM at the North Hills location. I regret trusting the positive reviews of this place. Don't make the same mistake I did! The least they can do is refund me back the 14$ that I paid for their horrible service.

Reconsider another carwash the gentlemen in charge on Sunday 10/12 expecting you to dry and vacuum in 5 min or less. Holds some people accountable and not his compás that are regulars.

"I recently visited Wild Wash Express, and their car wash system is truly top-notch! The state-of-the-art equipment ensures that every vehicle comes out spotless, and the quality of service is exceptional, especially for such low prices. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making the entire experience even better. What really sets them apart is their dedication to staying ahead with the latest equipment, ensuring the car wash always runs smoothly—far surpassing their competitors. As for any negative reviews, it's clear they're people with ulterior motives. Wild Wash Express is simply the best for car care!" ✊👌💪

Been coming here for years and recently the car was hasn't been cleaning the car properly. Also had several chips in my passenger side window and now they're just stating that they don't believe it was them. There are also abrasive scratches on my hood and roof of my car. This place is a joke.

This by far has been the best drive thru car wash I’ve visited. They offer different type of washes and even unlimited car wash for a little monthly cost. This car wash also has vending machines with fair prices that has air freshener, towels, drinks and more. There is also parking spot with vacuums. Overall very happy with the wash as well as the friendly staff that are there to help and answer questions. Highly recommend this place.

I don't know what kind of place they are running there or the training they give their employees but if you want to avoid a headache, and your car potentially getting hit while in the car wash just don't go. They hide behind their zero liability signs. They make you fill an incident report. And then someone txt you a week later blaming you for the car behind you hitting you and tell you to settle it with that car. Their own employees saw that the guy at the entrance of the car wash was not paying attention to the car and allowed it to go in while "in drive" . Any who. Just avoid that place. A good business owner will call and address the issue even if they are not going to do anything. Instead they hide behind text messages just like their liability signage.

I brought my car here today and your attendant FAILED to place it on the conveyor tracks properly. Mid-wash my car stopped and the wash damaged my vehicle — a large chunk of my wheel is missing and my alignment now feels off. I have photos, video, and a written estimate from a licensed mechanic documenting the damage. Your posted “no liability” signs do not excuse employee negligence. I demand reimbursement for the full cost of repairs. If I do not receive a written response from management with insurance information and an offer to cover repairs within 7 business days, I will: • File a claim with my insurer and have them pursue subrogation against your business, • File a formal complaint with the BBB and local consumer protection, • File a small claims action for the full amount of repairs and related costs, and • Share my experience, photos, and documentation with local media and on all review platforms. Do not ignore this — this damage was caused by your employee, not me.
