This place is BY FAR my go-to for any detailing needs, reasonably priced with a diverse menu of services. The staff is always friendly, courteous and professional - they deserve good cash tips! They can do small jobs to huge jobs you ask of them, they're cleaning up shattered glass in my truck today (from some delinquent who smashed in my windows with a skateboard). Whew, thanks for always being so helpful White Glove!! Sincerely, your Biggest fan - Red Ford Explorer.

Love this car wash! They’re very thorough and notice what your car needs, and ask you if that’s a service you’d like to add or not. My mats were very dirty, and the gentleman checking me in noticed it. They also have several employees wipe your car down at once when it isn’t busy. They’re great! Highly recommend!

Lost a long-time customer today. We’ve taken our Santa Fe there to wash for years. Today, the guy decided we owned an SUV and wanted to up-charge. We told him no - and left. It’s never been considered an SUV in the past when we’ve had it washed. SO policy change? You lost a customer … .

I have used this location and am mostly pleased with the standard car wash service. A couple of years ago they did a fine job detailing an SUV for me as well. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend them for detailing. I recently paid well over $200 for a small compact that was mostly clean before the service. The dash was not treated and left dull with dust not even wiped off. No scratches or scuffs were buffed out on the exterior (I was told they would be) and the interior shampoo did not even come close to meeting my expectations. They are fine for washes but I will go elsewhere for detailing going forward.

These folks did a great job. Yes, some of it is an automated wash drive through but when it's done with that they do the vacuuming and windows inside and out and clean the door openings and tires and wheels and wipe down the inside. Very satisfied with their service.

The car detailing service was an incredible experience that exceeded my expectations. My car hadn't looked so clean and shiny since the day I drove it off the lot. From the meticulous attention to detail to the friendly and professional customer service, everything about the service was top-notch. I couldn't be more pleased with the results and will definitely be a long-term customer.

Not going back because they don't get better, and finally reviewing them after several disappointments this one did it. Story is I want an elite service to be elite. And would be tipping if they'd spent more time doing an elite service. And whom ever it may concern if you don't get tipped still say thank you to a customer its Good for businesses reputation.

They wanted to charge me $10 extra (doubling the cost of the express wash) for “mud”. The dirt in my wheel wells is so thin you can see through it and I can wipe it off with a finger. There is zero mud on my truck and I have been nowhere where there is mud. This is a combination of normal dirt and water splashing. These guys are frauds.

I have been a customer here for 20+ years. I usually buy books of regular washes. Today, I just wanted an exterior wash. I was charged more than a regular wash (which includes cleaning the interior), and to my shock, I was charged extra for being “OVER SIZE”. Please explain to me how a Honda CRV is over-sized??? Time to find a new place.

First time here and not too bad. My car needed some TLC but only wanted a wash, ended up with a full service as I feel the price was right. However, fees for having an SUV is new to me and for that I took off one star. Also too, they make it hard for you just to get a wash only, signage is made to point you to the full-service prices. Nonetheless, they were fast and my car is pretty clean. Would go back now that I know what I'm to expect.

I have to say that unfortunately I will not be bringing our cars back to White Glove. They used to be a quality place but now they just go through the motions. Cup holders, dash and door jams not touched after paying for exactly these things. The wax job needed to be wiped down when I got home and I could still see parts of the wheels that didn't get worked on. Disappointing considering the money I spent. It wasn't the first time I had mediocre service here but I thought every place can have an off day. I think it has become the new standard for White Glove. I have moved over to Autawash and I am happier. I hope the owners of White Glove see this as more than just beating up on them for an off day, take a fresh look at daily standards and make the changes it needs to bring back the level of service they used to have. I'm just 1 customer but we have 2 cars that we fully detail twice a year that go to Autawash now.

I spoke to the mgr regarding a price increase for a service that I always receive but is never done correctly. He proceeded to lecture me about minimum wage being increased as if I was the person who increased it. Either way I just asked if my car could be done correctly and throughly because I always pay for a wash but leave with a unsatisfactory car. That must’ve upset him because my car was still dirty when I received it. My dash was dirty there was trash and crumbs in my back seat. Not to mention my custom wheels are Always dirty although I pay for wheel service. A woman before me car and wheels were squeaky clean. I told them I’d like to be treated no differently because of my nationality. I’ve been coming to this car wash for years along with my mother and her mother. I won’t be returning because I’m a obviously not welcome here.

This place is incredible They work very hard to meet your needs Great communication and friendly service. I take in my car for routine cleaning whether it's dirty or it simply needs a touch up, and it's money well spent every single time.

White Glove Car Wash…buyer beware! We have been loyal customers for thirty years but no more. Our 2019 Honda CRV with Thule topper was damaged…carrier ripped off during wash and then without notifying me proceeded to try and fix it and caused even more damage. The car has body damage from both where it was ripped off and where they tried to reattach the rails, they then used the keys in my car to open the Thule and try some repairs from the inside of the Thule. Thule not able to be fixed and reused! Without ever notifying me anything was wrong. We had taken this specific car to the White Glove Car wash on Iliff multiple times and always reassured us they could adjust the brushes no problem to accommodate the extra height. Not so this time! WG after trying to hide the damage refused to take responsibility, as did their State Farm Insurance. They refused to cover any part of the damage because it is written up. Check out the picture. It’s the yellow sign hiding behind the other! Also, not on the receipt as they claimed to the insurance. My Progressive insurance is covering the car repair minus a $500 deductible. But they won’t cover the Thule so for one trip to the car wash I am out $2000.00 BEWARE…JUST SAYIN! 🤔 Catherine Ryan

I am absolutely and completely disappointed with this place. I went in at 2pm on Sunday to get my truck fully detailed. At first they were very hesitant to do it because some bogus excuse about daylight savings. Store hours say they are open from 9am to 5:30 pm. They were absolutely dead but I understand they did not want to do a full detail. Well they took my truck anyway which really made me feel great. Then it all went downhill. They "detailed" it in 40 minutes saying they put more people on it. They missed so many key areas that were so obvious! Here is the best part! It cost me a 190 dollars!!!! How is that even reasonable? Seats weren't fully vacuumed, wax was put on terribly and not fully wiped off, plus all the missed windows. I will never come here again and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Anytime I’m driving through the area, I always stop at White Glove. As a nationwide logistical contractor, I travel all over the country and require a super clean car for my clients. This is the best carwash I have come across in my travels. (46 states last year). Consistently Great, friendly Service…fair pricing.. and quality work. Pretty easy to get in and out. I have my car detailed here usually twice a year. Once in spring and once in the fall. The 3 stage buff and wax makes it simple to maintain a clean car all season long. Even their $10 basic wash is great. Definitely recommend this carwash to anyone for maintaining that showroom shine. I’ll be sure to return again in the spring.

I have gone here multiple times and never had an issue until today. I was up front and told them I had a can of soda explode in my car recently. It was in the bottom cup holder on my passenger side and only got the front of my car dirty. They charge me $156 and said they’d get it taken care of for me. They let me back in my car and it’s still all over my steering wheel, vents, dash cam, and the cup holder itself. So I go back again. And they cleaned it again, but I could tell they weren’t happy about it, especially the girl cleaning my car. They spent 10 more minutes and managed to do practically nothing. So I go back around AGAIN. The girl who cleaned my car was giving me a dirty look and the poor guy at the register looked mortified. So the manager (I assume) comes back around and I told him to look, it is not clean. He then tries to just give me a free car wash, and I said no. I want a refund. He only offered 60 dollars, and I said no I want a refund. He won’t even look me in the eye or respond to me at this point. I then hear him say “Oh this had to be on here for a long time, we couldn’t get it off,” to which I said it in fact happened last night and I literally scraped off what they “couldn’t get off” with my fingernail in 2 seconds. If you’re going to overcharge someone, atleast actually attempt to clean. $156 for my car to still look like this is absurd.

Pretty disappointing across the board, unfortunately! I asked for the $24 "The Works" wash, was told it'd be an extra $4 for my SUV (the $2 shown online should be updated). I wasn't told the total when I handed the attendant my card but checking my account later I saw I was charged $18 - I'm assuming I only paid for the regular $14 wash + $4 for an SUV. There's a reason why I asked for a wash 3 levels up from "regular," that reason being that a regular wash really doesn't do anything I can't do at home with a hose for free. There's white gunk speckled all over my hood and my passenger mirror came out damaged. The vacuums were clogged/malfunctioning and had no suction but the attendant was able to come clear the tube which was full of broken glass. Disappointing across the board, unfortunately :(

I paid $35 for an interior and exterior cleaning, but I’m very disappointed with the service. They didn’t take the trash out of my car, didn’t vacuum the back seats, and the mirrors were still full of stains. It honestly feels like they didn’t care at all. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

My car was absolutely filthy from last winter. They took great care of the request to do interior cleaning, shampooing my carpets to look brand new. It was $250 for full interior and exterior car wash. My girl is shiny and clean for her transport to LA.
