The last three times here, the workers lie when I asked for the basic wash. They show me levels above, trying to trick me. It’s very unethical and becoming an issue, someone should get what they ask for and not be deceived.

Apparently 5 minutes before I came through the line they upped the price for the cheapest car wash to $19.35….. Absolutely insane prices for my car to still come out dirty and the vacuums are weak and left dirt streaks all over my seats.

You never leave with a vehicle still dirty. Their district manager doesn't play about that. He says if you're paying to get your vehicle washed then it should come out clean or keep going through till it is. Just gotta love his positive energy.

Paid 16 dollars for the cheapest car wash which is already extortionate and then all the vacuums in the main area were in use but the way the car wash is set up you can’t just wait off to the side for someone to finish. There more vacuums off to the side for overflow I guess but they were turned off and didn’t have any trash cans. So be prepared to pay 17.20 for a less than mediocre car wash and no interior clean.

DAMAGED CAR About a month ago, I went through the Whistle car wash, and it ripped a piece off the back door of my car. As soon as I realized what had happened, I spoke with Ryan, a shift lead, who witnessed the incident and said he would write a report. He told me I would be contacted within 48 hours and provided me with the managers’ contact information. This happened around Christmas time, and I never heard back. After about a week, I started reaching out to the managers, Andres and Mike, using the contact information I was given. None of my calls or voicemails were returned. After waiting two weeks with no response, I went back to the location and spoke with Ryan again. I asked for a copy of the report he had written, only to find out that it was just a sticky note with my information on it (see attached photos). I was shocked, as I was told a proper report had been completed. Ryan then explained that only a manager could write an “official” report, and that no one on site was allowed to do so, which seemed very strange. I waited another week and still heard nothing, so I went back in person to ask for an update. I was then told that they could not provide a report because a manager reviewed the footage and decided my car was “old” and may have already been damaged. This is completely false, the piece had never come off before and there was no prior damage. When I asked to see the footage, I was told it was “confidential” and could not be shared. At this point, I don’t know what else to do. I’m posting this to warn others not to use this car wash. If they damage your car, they will avoid communication, provide misleading information, and refuse to take responsibility.
