For 27.00 the best wash is the biggest waste of money this is after our car getting washed lol it didn’t do anything I will not return fix the machines and also the employees don’t even use brush on the rear window or bumper which also is still Dirty Also the rags are being used on peoples tires and then on the paint ? That makes no sense either

Chea took time and went above and beyond to help me clean my car. She even got on her hands and knees and hand wiped my tires to put an extra shine on them and this isn’t the first time she has done this! She is the sweetest person ever with the greatest attitude! I brought my Chevrolet truck here three weeks ago. I have a membership here and have been here many times before. During the most recent visit to this facility, they changed their equipment to high-pressure washers, which I was unaware of. While using this equipment, one of their employees caused paint damage to my truck, as seen in the photo. I spoke to three or four people there who said they would "get it fixed." Three weeks later, I got a call saying they wouldn't pay for the $250 in damages, but the person who called me could not make that decision. The district manager called today, saying he would "take care of the issue." I am very thankful to Josh and Justin for putting forth the effort to remedy this issue. It's nice to see a business do good with their loyal customers.

I have been a member of Whistle for a while now… back when it was Wave Wash. my only complaint with this location has been tire shine just doesn’t pop enough. I like my shine a little deeper than what was normally applied. Then Josh walked up and said he could apply tire shine and clean the wheels for us. Yes please. Lol. More than happy with the results. My son and I drove home and the tire shine had stayed on well without a large amount of sling and was evenly coated. Whistle Express… you may want to consider this as a part of a package and up-charge a bit. OR even include this in a current package. Lol. Josh…. Good work. I would suggest levels of gloss… like matte/satin… shiny… etc.

Went today for the first time here. It was really nice. Got my car all nice and shiny and clean. You can use the vacuums and they have spray stuff and rags. I will definitely be back!

I love this place and I love that they have the little air blowers and they even supply you with the cleaner. However, the outside of my car never gets completely clean. There is a tree close to my house that always gets sap on my car and the automatic wash doesn’t get it off.

One of the employees asked if I needed assistance ( I’m older), and I said I might, especially with one window, pointing to my sunroof. Phillip was waiting with a stepstool and a smile when I parking at a vacuum spot. He helped me with my entire car, and we had a pleasant conversation while we cleaned. Phillip was great! He made my day, and my car was the cleanest it’s been since I drove it off the car lot! I’ll be looking for him every time I’m there.

My wife and I both have monthly memberships for Whistle Car Wash. We love the fact the we can pull in anytime and twice a day. Between kids and new construction, this place takes care of it all. Phillip at the Graham, NC location is always helpful when I need something at the vacuum station.

Basic wash didn’t even seem to somewhat clean my car. And the vacuum suction was terrible. Mat cleaner didn’t even seem to do much. They have an advertisement by it saying you can wash the mats too, but the machine isn’t built for that. It’s just to, I’m assuming, vacuum it. I would’ve hate to have paid for a more expensive wash and my car, inside and out, not be as clean as I want to get it. Slightly higher review than intended due to friendly staff.

The facilities are very efficient and the staff is super friendly and helpful. We will continue to go there for our clean car needs.

We went for the 1st time Dec.27th. Worse experience ever. The car wash broke my silver, plastic grill in half on my Ford edge. We didnt notice it right away so when we left and came back, we found the grill at the car wash. We spoke to the Manager Meagan who was extremely defensive and unapologetic. She said she would submit a claim but because of the year of my car and them having a sign up saying this could happen, which we did not see, she said they would not be reliable for any damages that occur during the car wash. Needless to say we will never go back!! Poor management being a business owner I would at least felt bad and apologize not immediately get into defensive mode and not take accountability.
