I have been a member here for over a year, yesterday I went through the car wash like normal, about half way through I heard a concerning sound and it felt like the car wash was stopping. But my car continued going and I get to the rinse part to look down and the front half of my driver mirror was completely ripped off. I drove around to the office to ask the employees if they could find it so I could see if maybe it’d be able to be put back on. Definitely not, they brought out the piece and had the nerve to tell me that it came off by the dryers because that’s where they found it. Not possible if I seen it while my car was rinsing. I ask for a number to reach a manager or a corporate number since my car is damaged. They told me they don’t know to get ahold of a manager and there is no corporate number. So I wrote down my name and number for someone to contact me. Never heard a thing from anyone. What a great business and well trained employees.

My Go to wash. Grabbed the Premium monthly package about 4 months ago and it's saved me close to 2k in washes (I like a clean vehicle lol). On site Vacuums & Towels. Windshield, Interior, and general purpose cleaners provided as well as Air Fresheners(Upon Request.) Staff is also friendly and helpful! Don't sleep on the memberships!

10/10 would recommend Amber Wilson for helping people more often. I traveled from Florida to see family and not only did she help me with my car she also helped me with directions. She was very very positive and patient with me.

Nice staff, vacuums works really well, but the wash itself I've found after going a few times doesn't really get my car clean! I've had to go over several places on my car that wasn't clean at all!

I went through the car wash today and my side mirror cover was broken entirely. I spoke to the manager and other employees in the office right away and they said they are not responsible and will not cover damages. The piece looks to be about $100+ to fix, not including time and energy. I didn’t even get all the pieces back to where I could try to glue it back together, it was broken into so many pieces. Absolutely never returning and don’t recommend them to anyone.

I love your car wash but you have to do something about all the people using your vacuums and products without even getting a car wash. Most of the vacuum bays are filled with cars smelling like weed,loud music and dirty cars. Kick them out !!

Staff is friendly, love that they have clean towels and cleaner available. Only issue is that I still have problems pulling straight into the car wash even after they gave me a new sticker for my vehicle.

One person working when you pull in. I have a black truck that had been used for hunting. Not covered in mud but not clean. They spray down one side of it and sent it through. Passenger side if the truck looked horrible. Any dirt that was on it that didn’t get sprayed off by the automatic washers turned to mud. Side steps never cleaned due to never being sprayed off. Meanwhile there are 3 people inside laughing and having a good time. I think it’s time to find a different car wash. It’s sad because I bought a pass for here the first week they were open and have remained here.

Would be a 5-star but the air dryers are not as effective as other drying methods. Have to wipe down the car after each wash. Employees are generally attentive though and the price point is very reasonable! Wish there were more locations in the county.

used to come and vacuum our car for free bc they was a decent place to do so but they changed it where you can’t anymore and make you pay or get a car wash. there’s a lot of free places to go which is where we’ll be going for now on. it’s jus sad. the girl that works there is super nice, amber. but i’d rather go somewhere w free vacuums instead of being forced to get a car wash. the free vacuum option is nice to have bc when i do need a car wash i usually go to where i always vacuum my car.

Purchased the basic wash to get the salt off. I wasn't expecting showroom shine, but the overhead brushes never turned on and the rinse stopped half way through so half of the car was still covered in soap when exiting the wash. This was a nice car wash back when it was Patriot. It's obvious the new owners do not maintain the equipment. I would have had better results driving fast through a mud puddle. Will not be back.

Car wash Service was good, However the wash caused damage to my husband’s grill, we went into the office to show management what happened and questioned how this is going to get fixed! Management watched video clearly showed how the damage happened and told us they will take care of damages, that we need to get quotes! We did that, turned quotes in and they stated we will get a check to get damages fixed. However it’s been about 4 months and nothing! Back and forth with management and GM AND STILL NOTHING! What kind of customer service is this? No one responds in a timely manner! My husband has talked to Blake multiple times and he stated I will look into it! Still nothing?
