Always helpful staff. Surprisingly, they carry alot of merchandise in a small store. Makes it easy to get in and out in a jiffy unlike superstores like Lowe's or Home Depot. My first pick for quick trips unless I need a niche item.

I was at this store this afternoon. Overheard and employee doing a great job explaining how to use a chainsaw to someone that was buying it. He went over all the safety items. I was very impressed. Most places would get the sale and get them out the door asap.

Went in to get a key cut for my car. The machine called out a specific key. It was the wrong key. The team didn't give up. They researched and found the correct key, despite everything saying it wasn't for my car, cut it, and even had me test it on the car prior to paying. Excellent work. Great customer service.

Went in for several items but couldn't find yellow jacket / wasps traps. They had several brands of trap refills (like 30+ units) but **zero** base starter kits. Staff was helpful but when you out of stock that's all you can do. I did successfully get my 4 other shopping items. Still a good hardware store and not a crazy overloaded with people mad house like Lowe's.

Bought some paint here recently. There was an older gentleman unpacking boxes near by and I asked him if he was able to help mix paint and he graciously got straight to helping me. I got two different colors fast with the mans help. I love the customer service I always receive here. Thank you so much I will of course be back.

Fantastic service! Looking for BBQ grill for husband- so many options, went to a few other hardware stores, ended up at Ace for the best value. In addition to the best value, from the general manager to the cashier, could not be more pleased with the whole experience! Above & Beyond customer service. Listened to what we needed, explained all options… etc. General Manager was friendly, knowledgeable - could not have been a more pleasurable experience!

The store is a complete inconvenience. Everything is overpriced that I need and simple things like drill bits are behind glass and they don't have enough people to be locking everything. So it's easier to go somewhere else where you don't have to wait for somebody to show up on their own time to open some glass so you can get simple things like a drill bit complete waste of time

The most unhappy, rude woman handled my transaction today. Older woman with blonde hair... spoke to me with disgust in her voice. Like she couldn't stand having to help someone.She should NOT be in customer service. Tossed the bag on the counter, and turned away at the end... no thank you or anything. Second star is for the nice gentleman that helped me find my items.

I was directed by EGO to bring my lawn mower here to be serviced. I called ahead to verify they could work on my mower and to figure out where to take it when i got there. When I arrived at the store I was told they are not taking equipment at this time. They said the closest location that could help me was in Lenexa. Very irritating. Posting this with the hope other people wont waste their time like i did.

Over the last couple of months I have noticed a big change at this store. Customers were greeted as you walked in the store, now they are on their phones or talking with other associates. Dress attire has gone out the window as a female cashier was wearing short, tight stretch shorts. I will still shop here but company standards( or just this store) have completely changed

2 weeks ago I came in looking for screws for my license plates. Dakota went above and beyond and helped me find the right ones and even put my plates on for me! He was so helpful and kind to me on a day I really needed it! My cashier Marshall was also very kind and helpful! I absolutely love the environment and people here! 20/10 service!!

This store repaired my ego leaf blower. They said it would be a few days. A few weeks later I got it back and it had clearly been dropped and drug around the shop and had tool marks where they apparently didn't know how to hold the drill straight to open the case. They lost part of my blower and will do nothing about any of this. Ace hardware responded that the stores are individually owned and they couldn't help. So, I'm out a part and have a damaged tool. I won't be back to any ace stores.
