I’ve come to this car wash several times and usually it’s decent but I ran through twice today and it did absolutely nothing, disappointed. Not worth the prices.

Extremely unprofessional. The only time I would even consider using this place is after business hours. If not you may run into a guy with a big brush trying to use it on your paint....I myself don't want my car scrubbed with a mop and have the dirt and grime from other cars scratching my paint and if you tell them not to they throw their hands in the air and make fun of you!! I'm sorry but I work very hard for a living as a first responder and to be yelled at while trying to go through an automatic car wash is crazy. I'm there ONLY because it's a NO touch car wash! I'm not even sure these guys know what that means. Thanks for nothing... except the scratch you put on the hood of my $20,000 car!

The staff was amazingly friendly. But I left with a decently clean truck, a piece of trim from the cab was hanging off due to the high wind on the drying cycle and I discovered after getting all the way home my antenna broke off. I don't recommend the high wind drying, the attendant should remove antennas to avoid damage/loss. Fixing my antenna will cost me more than the car wash.

I asked nicely for the attendants to not use their dirty brush on the paint on my car as it scratches the paint. The attendant physically mocked me, made fun of my car, and then they used the brush on the paint anyway. I had to actually yell to get them to stop. I can't believe they so disrespected me and mocked me. I will never come back and I will tell everyone I know to do business elsewhere. No customer deserves to be mocked just for asking nicely that they not use a dirty brush on their car's paint. Absolutely unacceptable behavior! Take your money elsewhere people. I am.

Happy with the Unlimited Monthly plan through Everwash App. But top of the line Ultimate wash is supposed to include tire shine and at least two sealant wax coatings. Just washed my vehicle and no visible tire shine. I wonder if getting other waxes??

Been using this car wash for years and always been pleased! Bought a new car first time running it through the car wash it left black streaks, all most like scratches all over my white car!!! Never again will I go through this car wash!!!!

Unfortunately you have to give a star otherwise it would be a 0/5 for me. I stopped yesterday, 9/29/2022 at about 4pm. I was shocked at how dangerous this car wash is and I can not imagine it is up to code. When you enter the bay your windshield is coated with foam soap. You are then expected to drive forward, without vision, and hope you do not run into anything such as the large roller brushes on either side. It seems as if the carwash was designed to have a moving floor of some type where the driver is not expected to drive into the system. My guess is they cut the cost and did not install such a floor and instead put the money into disco style lighting that is beyond insulting to the eye in the night time hours. I do not recommend. When I exited the wash I had a piece of weather stripping flopping around and my side mirrors were pushed forward. The bed of my truck was full of green liquid. I paid $15 for a truck that was not cleaned and damaged. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!

I’ve used this community eyesore for the last time. If you don’t line your tire track up a certain way, the wash doesn’t work and you are forced to drive away covered in suds. As easy as it sounds, it’s impossible to see clearly because the wash douses your car before you get into place, and even with the wipers going, it’s impossible to see, especially if you buy their top wash package. While their customer service is polite and accommodating, you will not be reimbursed, but given a voucher instead for more bad service that expires if you don’t use it in time. They also don’t offer touch free options and so you’re stuck going through once you’ve reached the menu selection machine.

This car wash is terrible. The car looks like no water touched it. The wheels and tires get nothing. The rear bumper area doesn’t get washed at all. The only part that gets any wash is the hood and roof. You can see the dirt on the rest of car. Complete waste of money. Zips down the road is 100 times better.

$15 for a car wash that lasted less than 2 minutes and vacuum costs extra. Literally just put a bunch of colorful soap bubbles on my car and rinsed it right off, and then told me to exit. My windshield is still dirty.

Complete eye sore for Salem. The flashing police style lights really degrade our area. I swore I would never stop there for that reason and I should have stuck to it. The wash is dangerous as you have to drive with a soap covered windshield as a sign flashes "turn wipers on." The brushes were filthy and rubbed the dirt down the side of my paint, adding new swirls no doubt. For a brand new car wash, it is really out of date technology. I chose the most "premium" option and my car now has wax over the remaining dirt that wasn't properly removed. I'll stick to the new tunnel style washes that work much better.

It was relidiculous going through this car wash coz the lights to guide us through weren't clear or wasn't synced to the process. We could barely see it with water splashing on the windshield. No convey belt like other car wash. It was barely 2 mins, which made it more confusing to go forward.

Friendly, helpful staff. Good car wash. I just wish the card reader worked better. I had three credit cards, including a brand new one. It wouldn’t accept any of them. Took my cash though at least.
