Praises to the most high for these beautiful people. I’ve had my vehicle since 2017 & my small kids had SO many accidents inside the seats. I wish I had a before photo but I was embarrassed to take one. Nonetheless, I called for interior deep cleaning & every single stain I thought I’d never see disappear is completely gone now. This family business is fantastic. They were communicative, nice, professional, highly efficient & I couldn’t be happier to work with a black owned business. I will be calling again for my exterior to be done.

Best detailing of my life!! My 2010 now looks as shiny as a 2023 and I literally cannot believe it. I don't even know how it's possible my car looks this good. I got the Executive package plus the interior and headlight restoration. They spent most of the day getting me and my boyfriend's SUVs back to perfection. Also, all three of the gentlemen were very friendly and professional. 10/10 highest recommendation.

I had a fantastic experience with Waxman Mobile CarWash & Detailing. Rod took my mom’s old car and made it sparkle inside and out. I’m not sure how he did it but the car almost looks new again. He was punctual, hardworking and kind. The rates are fair, especially after seeing how much time he puts into insuring satisfaction . I was equally impressed that his response time to answer any and all my questions was quick and efficient. If you’re wanting to spruce up your ride I HIGHLY recommend Waxman! You won’t be disappointed!

Honestly the picture doesn’t do it justice. Roderick is an honest Christian Veteran, who works hard. He spent 12 hours on my truck just to make sure it was done perfectly, and the results speak for themselves. He took my dirty used truck and made the paint look like it was brand new, and his prices are very affordable. He charges about half to 3/4 of what you would pay for with the same services and detail.

I called the owner Rodwick Rodrick regarding my Toyota Tacoma, and my boyfriend‘s Toyota Tacoma, was quoted for mine for the executive 209 95 instead he charged me 250 with no explanation why I just bought this truck from the dealership there was nothing wrong with it not even a scratch. I expected a professional detailer to come to my house and complete the work. He had his teenage grandson do all the work and his grandson did a horrible job. On the executive, it says that protection will be applied to your dash and consult doors, etc. That was not done , it also says restoration a $49.95 value would be done, it also says professional wax applied with a high-speed buffer that was not done. I know for a fact that it wasn’t done because I was sitting in my garage watching the whole process. He did my boyfriend’s truck first who had some scratches , he took four hours to do my boyfriend outside detailing only no inside detailing. This is a 2023 vehicle that he just bought a week prior when he got to my truck and I wanted interior and exterior done on a truck that I just got three weeks prior nothing wrong with it , he only took 45 minutes. I did not receive the four items that were mentioned on his ad. I was quoted over the phone 209 95 but yet I was charged 250 I paid for professional to come and detail my car and I received a teenager . I have emailed him and text him with no response back. I was overcharged and I did not get all the items that are mentioned on his website. He will not respond and will not refund any of my money. Horrible customer service in fact, he brought his whole family who sat in my front yard in the vehicle , very unprofessional when people pay for a professional detailer they expect a professional detailer not a teenager they don’t know what they’re doing. I don’t appreciate him ignoring my text in my emails and not working this out with me . Yes he is very nice guy but I did not get what I paid for and I was overcharged. Let me remind you my truck is a 2021 Toyota Tacoma that I bought a month earlier had no stains inside and had no scratches that he had to work on. It was a simple job like I stated he took 45 minutes or not him his grandson. And I did not get the restoration. I did not get the protection applied to the dash the consult in the doors. I did not get the high-speed buffer. It was all done by hand. I am not happy. I am going to file with Better Business and also post on social media , since he has decided not to contact me, I have tried for three weeks and since he has not refunded any of my money. Very dissatisfied customer. And my truck didn’t even have a shine to it. It look the same as before he came. Reply to Waxma: You can read in my review that I stated I texted you called you and emailed you without a reply. Did you not show up with your family? Did your grandson do the vehicles and you started and watched? Did you use the high-pressure buffer? Did you put the protected on inside my vehicle? did you charge me more than what’s in your ad and you didn’t even do everything in your ad? Did I hire? Did I hire a professional detailer or grandson? I hired a professional detailer and paid a professional detailers prize. So who’s lying now you’re nothing but a man and your review sounds just like what a ConMan would say. Also, my father died, and we had to take care of his business, but I had already emailed you text you and called you without reply.

Waxman Mobile did an amazing job on my interior. I just bought my truck 4 days ago and it needed a lot of love to make it look decent to drive. There were stains and dirt packed into the cloth of the seats and even more dog hair. The stains are gone, dirt gone and the dog hair is completely gone and the truck looks incredible! Rod is a pro's pro at his trade. I hired Rod and team on a Sunday, and they were available same day or next day, and very flexible with timing to work around my schedule. He was very thorough over the phone on pricing and services, and also very honest. I knew he would be the guy for the job after a few minutes. The next day, Rod and Team showed up to my truck at the agreed upon time and went to work on my interior detail. The worksmanship was excellent and they also addressed the spots I was most concerned about. The inside came out flawless, and truly appears brand new.
