Very disappointed with the $100 'The Works' detail. Online listed the job may take approximately 60 minutes. When I arrived, I was told will need 45 mins to an hour to get the job done. I was given back my keys in 20 mins with a quick car wash and a very cursory cleaning of the interior. My dashboard was still dusty, my windshield had bug spots, and the leather conditioner was very inconsistently applied throughout the car. The service I received wasn't near the service I had booked. I hope I'm an outlier in having this disappointing experience, but this was a let down to say the least.

Great experience! First wash was free, included vacuuming by the staff and cleaning of windows. The place was really busy, as it was one of the first nice days after a snow storm and yet it was finished in less than 20 minutes. Will definitely come back and buy services next time!

Arrived on a Wednesday at 11:30am and it was crowded, paid for the deluxe wash. Took about 45 minutes as stated, they did a good job and my vehicle is nice and clean π€© Be sure to tip these hard working people more than a dollar Highly recommend this car wash π§Όπ The good: Affordable prices Offer multiple car wash services Employees have good customer service Every employee interaction was pleasant Fast, even when busy They do a good job! Iβve been coming here for 8+/- years now, it makes this review almost hard to write.. But because of how truly terrible my car looks even after asking them about it when done and them just staring at me like a deer in headlights (and yes, I was polite and truly concerned).. Iβll let the photos do the job but hereβs also the list: No interior vacuuming, no interior wipe down (no dash, console, doors, etc), the front floor mats and their clip-ins were ripped out and thrown back in (not in the right spots), the rear floor mats & their clips were also ripped but even better not cleaned and only half shoved inβ¦ If we wanna pretend that the interior wasnβt included in the full package then letβs chat about the exterior: glass smudges at edge of windows, lights not touched, dirt/bugs/junk left on the sides, hood, and grill, no plastic wipe downs (bumper and fenders actually look worse), tires were I guess sprayed but wheels maybe got a towel swipe over the logo- who knows. My car honestly was pretty much as bad as these photos are prior. In summary: wasted some money and time today

This place is incredible and there arenβt many places like it. Take advantage of the happy hours and get discounted washes. The work they finish in 15 mins would take you 3 hours. Bring cash for tips.

I was at the car wash today and as I finally got pulled into the vacuum area after three or four cars, and the other two lanes went ahead of me that arrived after me!! I was having the full service wash done so then when it came through the other side, it sat there for 15 minutes with nobody even touching it. I probably spent 45 minutes at the car wash. I go there several times a week, but I won't be back and the way the manager talk to me bullshit so find another car wash folks. This one sucks!!

I took my car in for a LONG overdue full detail and deep car wash and they did an outstanding job! My interior looks brand new and like a completely different vehicle compared to how it looked when I dropped it off. Highly recommend, especially for such a reasonable price. I will definitely be coming back.

I have been a customer here for over 23 years, and I have never encountered an employee with such an attitude problem. She could benefit from customer service training or should consider moving to a different position. The fact that I have consistently chosen this wash service for over two decades speaks volumes about the quality of service you can expect to receive.

40$ car wash leaves you with window steaks all over the windshield. When I asked if they could re do it they hesitated. Definitely bad service.!

Took my car to get washed and detailed, paid $220 and they broke/didn't put back a piece for my glove box so now my glove box doesn't close (seemingly from a piece that grabs the latch on the right). Additionally, someone at AutoZone showed me, that in conjunction to that, the placement at the bottom where the connecting piece of the glovebox was put back in was not placed properly, compounding the issue. To top it all off they had to take my number and name at least three times when I called the location to begin with. Additionally, almost every time I had to initiate the call back (at least 5 times) to get a follow-up. In the end it was we can't find the parts give us more time to look into it, a constant delay loop. We are now three days past the incident, and I am just assuming that they are just trying to delay/burn me out as no solution has been proposed as well as put in progress. Follow-up: After I sent a text to the GM from a number I found from a response account for this company, they called back trying to put the burden on me to follow-up with them again. I let them know they can follow-up with me if they want, but I am moving forward to get this issue corrected, with or without their assistance.

Against my better judgement, and because I couldnβt get to my regular spot, I went here today, bought an upgraded package, and still have to clean my car. I waited nearly an hour while it was parked on the sidewalk and it was clear it hadnβt been finished when I finally got it back. Bird poop left on the hood (from this morning; itβs one reason I took it in), very little of the interior had been wiped down, and dirt and leaves left in the tailgate. I donβt expect perfect, but come on, at least make any amount of effort. I know how tough it is for small businesses, so rarely leave a negative review, but this was beyond terrible. Save your money, go elsewhere.

Great car wash been going there for years! Great place to pick up birthday cards etc. in the lobby while you're there. Professional service highly recommended. I had a spare tire just put on the car which was filthy so they ran the car through the car wash twice which was very nice of themπππ

The $99 βdetailβ just means your car is doused in Armorall. Youβll end up with an oily/sticky interior and more clean up for you to do at home than you brought it in for. Will never return.

I've used this location before for interior and exterior services. This time was really subpar compared to the other times. So much excessive treatment on the upholstery and all over the consoles. I had to take a rag and wipe off as much as I could. For $220 and almost 5 hours, this was disappointing.

**EDITED AGAIN TO SAY THEY'VE DONE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO REMEDY THEIR TERRIBLE WORKMANSHIP AND DAMAGE. DON'T BRING YOUR CAR HERE, YOU'RE BETTER OFF CLEANING IT YOURSELF!! If I could give a negative 100 for this place, I would. After spending 250 dollars for their "mini detail", and after them having my vehicle for 4 hours, they proceeded to damage my vehicle in multiple spots, they also left black marks all over the interior where they didnt actually clean anything at all. I had to come back a second time, just for them to SAY that they wiped it all back down, which should have happened the first time they had my car, but STILL didn't clean my vehicle after having to drive all the way back to the place. They did proceed with giving my money back after having to argue with the manager about the fact that they did any damage at all. But the more I inspect my vehicle after the fact, they've done way more bad than any good for my car. Take VIDEO of your car before dropping it off to this place, I wish I wouldve because the manager that tried to gaslight me into saying that I had the damage there prior, wasnt going to take responsibility for ALL of the damage that their workers did to my car. I am a perfectionist and even POINTED OUT what was damaged to my car when I dropped it off. The damages that they did to my car AS WELL as paying that much initially to have it barely cleaned at all, is absolutely ridiculous and this place needs SHUT DOWN if theyre going to charge that much money to not even clean the car, leave cleaner streaks all over the inside, AND damage the vehicle without any form of taking care of it and getting it fixed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU CARE AT ALL ABOUT YOUR CAR! Its going to cost me way more to get all the damages fixed than the 250 dollars that was refunded, TAKE A VIDEO BEFORE DROPPING IT OFF SO YOU CAN CALL THEM OUT FOR THEIR MISTAKES AND NOT HAVE THE MANAGER GASLIGHT AND BLAME YOU FOR THEIR DOING! This review doesnt have pictures of the other damages that I've found in the days after leaving that place but as a single human that only ever opens her drivers door, having the paint scraped off the inside of the back right passenger door was the cherry on top of it all. This place is a disgrace to detailing places all over and should be shut down for not taking responsibility in their actions. EDIT AFTER RESPONSE: IF THE GM is the same guy that tried to gaslight me into saying that I did the damage to my own car, absolutely not. Hes SUPER unprofessional and STILL DID NOT CLEAN MY CAR AFTER COMING BACK A SECOND TIME!! The refund you gave back AFTER NOT doing the job that a small child could do better, doesnt even pay to fix the damages that were done while in your trash care. I will be editing the post now to add the rest of the pictures that SHOW that nothing was even recleaned or wiped down. There are still black marks on things that never even get touched, so dont lie to people about the reality of me paying 250 dollars and sitting for 4 hours, just to pick up my car more dirty and damaged than it was when I dropped it off. Your response is a complete cop out, because all these other bad reviews stating their cars weren't even cleaned correctly, absolutely shows the laziness and false pretenses of the "services" that you offer.

I brought my vehicle in yesterday (10/31/25) for a full detail since I purchased it in June and wanted it cleaned to my standards. The interior cleaning was great β they did an excellent job removing some stubborn stains that had been left by a mechanic, and I really appreciated that attention to detail. However, I was disappointed to find that a Walmart bag I had left in the back driver seat pocket was gone, and the bolt that holds the passenger-side sun visor was completely removed. Now Iβll have to find a replacement part, which is very inconvenient. In addition, I paid an extra $20 to have the black molding shined up, but that service was not completed. Overall, while the interior cleaning quality was good, these other issues make me hesitant about returning in the future.

Donβt know what happened to this place. Used to come here years ago and it was great. Got a detailing service and seems like they couldnβt even be bothered to vacuum properly. I couldβve done this myself for cheaper and less time. They also left so much product inside the car that I had to ask for a towel from one of the employees to wipe it off. Iβve recommended this place to others before, but definitely wonβt be doing that anymore.

Purchased a hand wash and orbital wax. Car still had dirt marks on the outside and inside when I received it and there was a scratch on my hitch cover. Was quoted an hour, it took 2 hours. Staff was nice. Not all dirt is shown in the pictures.

I recently had my car washed and interior detailed at Waterworks, and am overall happy with the results. The exterior shine was impressive, as well as the interior, with all surfaces cleaned and polished. It was easy to book online and I was greeted quickly upon arrival. The price was $220 which seems reasonable for about 3 hours worth of work. I appreciated them looking over my carpets to see if I needed to add on pet hair removal- they said it was minimal and I shouldnβt need to add that on - thank you for not trying to sell me something I didnβt need; that helps build trust. I only have two notes on feedback. 1) When picking up my car, I waited where the sign told me to and no one ever came over. I ended up going inside to pay instead and that solved everything. 2) The cleaner used on the hard surfaces inside the car wasnβt fully wiped off in all areas, with greasy spots here and there. The non-carpet mats in the back seat were incredibly greasy and I had to get a towel to wipe it off (someone annoying since they are grooved for traction). Overall, we are pleased and will try Waterworks again in the future.
