Pretty crappy experience at waterway cherry creek. This full service/self service car wash offers full service vacuuming and drying. If you choose an exterior wash and not a member, don’t expect to dry your car. After paying $17 for an exterior wax wash, I was told a change to procedure only allows members to self dry their cars unless paying for a full service wash which includes vacuuming. My suggestion is to use the many other car wash companies (Cobblestone, Four Seasons, Super Star Wash) that allow drying and self vacuuming for around the same price or less. At least the manager tossed me a dirty towel to dry my car.

They called me to tell my my car was finished… the back seats weren’t vacuumed, my trunk mat was on the concrete outside my car unwashed, none of my mats were washed and I paid extra! I had to finish vacuuming the car and wiped it down myself. When I spoke to the manager I had to ask him to refund me… they gave me a free wash instead at a lesser value. I was hesitant to go because my past experiences at a lower price were not satisfactory. I actually spent $62 this time thinking I would receive a better experience. WOW! Who was I kidding…. Not worth the money ever again!!!!

It was my first time here. I paid for both the wash and the vacuum, but honestly, the vacuum job wasn’t worth the extra money. They seemed to be in a rush, and the inside wasn’t cleaned properly. If they charge extra for vacuuming, they should take the time to do it right . or just let customers do it themselves. I prefer doing a more detailed cleaning on my own, so I was disappointed with what I got for the price.

What car wash does not have self service vacuum? I really enjoy my exterior membership, but paying extra to have someone vacuum my car on top of a monthly charge is ridiculous! Literally every other car wash I’ve been to has free (or 25c) self service vacuums. Also, the two times I’ve paid extra for interior clean, it was really disappointing.

RECOMMEND WATERWORKS ON BROADWAY Disappointed… pictures are from after I left. Express clean always works on the outside so I opted for the interior this time to get the inside clean. I left with a soaking wet driver seat, standing water in the cup holders and middle console area and the floor mats were soaked. There were also many areas not wiped on the inside. Probably won’t be back now and I used to be a member!!

RUDE!! If the word to describe my visit. This was my 1st visit to this car wash and out of around the corner from my house so i thought maybe i would get a subscription but when i pulled up and told the young man that i wanted the 19$ wash he said oh you only want that one with a smirk on his face Ava then said hold on let me get the tablet so you can tap to pay (because the payment machines do not offer tap to pay apparently) but while getting the tablet he walked over to 2 other employees and they talked and joked around for about 2 minutes while i just sat there and waited patiently. Then upon exiting the car wash hoping i could get done towels and dry my car i was told i need to leave because i didn’t pay for the interior detailing (which i can do myself) but upon pulling up to the towel station to try to dry my car i i ask a young man if there are any towels available because the station was empty and the same upping man that told me to leave earlier looked right at me after asking and stopped in his tracks and turned around ignoring me. I do not suggest using their services and will not be going back anytime soon!!! Side note i did try to resolve the situation but never received a call back.

This place keeps taking away services while jacking up the prices. You cannot get a towel dry with an exterior wash anymore. And they claim that their dryers dry everything but my car came out dripping wet. They also claim that their spot free rinse does not leave water spots. I have never seen a spot free rinse that is actually spot free.I don’t think this car wash experience is worth it.

I used to be a member 2-3 years ago and came back again, all of a sudden you have to dry your own car and they expect you and is mandatory to put the sticker on your windshield which I am not a fan of putting stickers on my car and back then I would just hold the barcode to get the gate open for me to start washing my car, with that being said they had told me that if I do not place the barcode on my windshield that they’re gonna have to cancel me out of there, which is not making any sense. I am paying $50 a month for my car to be washed for me to have to dry my own car does not make any sense. Their service just got worse than before. Will be canceling my membership today 12/16/25 and go back to Cobblestone

After paying for the works I got in my car and found that the cup holders, side panels still had crud left in them. I got home and look around the car because I had just purchased it and found iteams under the seats that should have been vacuumed up. Not big or heavy iteams either... wrappers hair ties, bottle caps ect. Don't waste the extra money, just give the kid next door 10$.

This place is a joke for detailed cleaning. It’s 16 year olds detailing the car… that’s should tell you enough. I had a discounted price to get a detail cleaning because I was a member. Still had fries stuck in between the seats… specifically looking to see how clean the interior was, that would be cleaned up. This honestly happened to multiple friends and family members who visited this location. Just use the auto wash. I discontinued my membership awhile ago because of this. But I meant to write a review because of how many folks may be tricked into thinking the detailed cleaning is quality.. it’s not.

Hopelessly understaffed. Can easily take an hour for a car wash. Also, they do a very so so job and regularly have to be asked to touch up areas they miss. Lastly, their new entry system is a joke. Again… waiting bc member sticker doesn’t work, etc. I’ve been coming here for years and have witnessed it going downhill for the past year or so. Plan to try another place (and cancel my monthly membership).

I used to have a full membership here but canceled because the quality never improved. No matter how much I paid—interior or exterior—the car was never fully cleaned. I always had to point out missed areas that should have been obvious. Management doesn’t seem to inspect the work, and there’s little attention to detail. For the price, the service simply isn’t worth it. There are many other car washes in Denver that deliver far better results for less.

Do not spend $60 on the whole deal. I could have done a better job myself in 5 minutes. They charged $8 to do the trunk and literally didn’t even touch it. There was still bird poop on the exterior even though I paid $52 for the outside to be thoroughly cleaned. Sadly it wasn’t even a busy day, they could have taken their time and done the job properly. For the money, this is a complete waste.

DISAPPOINTED IN THE DECLINE OF QUALITY I used to go to Waterway Car Wash in Denver a little over 10 years ago and always felt they did a fine job. Something has definitely changed. I had to convince my wife to let me take our car in for an exterior and interior cleaning, and I paid for the full $54 package plus a $5 tip for the staff. Unfortunately, it wasn’t even close to the quality I remembered. There was still random bird poop left on the exterior, streaks and dirt on the paint, and the interior had dust on the dash along with several other missed spots throughout the car. Before bringing it in, I even removed all the trash and personal items to make their job as easy as possible. But it seemed like only one person was actually working on the interior while five or six others stood around in the center area, not working on cars. They only spent a few minutes on the interior. Maybe they felt frustrated by lack of teamwork or rushed? I really hate leaving this kind of review, but I want others to know what to expect before spending $60 on what feels like a $15 service. This morning, I’m actually embarrassed to show the car to my spouse after last night’s “cleaning” — especially since Waterway proved her right.

This was my first time going to Waterway Car Wash. Initially, the staff member who greeted me and asked what service I was getting seemed nice and informative. I was led to believe the vacuums were a part of purchasing the car wash, but that was not the case. I pulled into an open lane to clean my windows and vacuum my car, when one of the workers came over to tell me that the car wash I purchased doesn’t come with vacuuming and that I needed to move my car. I agreed that I would after I finished wiping my last window. He then told me I need to move my car now. This was an off putting experience that will make me never come back to this location.

I’m in town for the holiday weekend and I wanted to treat my parents to a clean car so I brought it to this Waterway. Two days later, I’m on my way to the airport to leave town. The wheels, tires, and exterior looks still looks really good, especially with all the rain in town from yesterday. The interior does not. There’s still dust and debris on the dash from before I brought the car in. The interior windshield has more streaks than it did before I brought it in. The smudges on the touchscreen and console controls are still there from before I brought the car in. I had to wipe those smudges off myself along with the center console. The vacuuming of the interior looks like a six-year-old did it with the best intentions. I expected more, but that was my fault. I will make sure that I not go to this location or any Waterway again when I’m back in town. The only advantage that they have over other car washes that they’re open later and I was the only reason I went there in the first place. I know they have their rain policy, but is this isn’t about that. I also paid additional to have the trunk vacuumed, but that did not happen at all. Even though it was drizzling rain during the wash, that has nothing to do with the lack of cleanliness on the inside of the car. My parents car is a 2018 Hyundai Sonata and while it is not as nice as half of the vehicles that go to that specific location, it is a car, I’m a paying customer, and it deserves at least a $30 effort if I’m paying for a $60 service.

Originally, I left a two star review for this car wash because I was dissatisfied with paying additional to have the inside of my car cleaned and having the floor mats and floors not attended to. Since that visit. The manager has reached out and offered to have me come and have my car re-cleaned. And, the job was done to my satisfaction this time. It takes a while to have your car cleaned inside and out, so I suggest giving yourself plenty of time so that you can give immediate feedback to the manager during your visit if you are not pleased and have your car re-cleaned again immediately on the same visit if there are any issues.

I am simply blown away at how poor my experience was. I paid for the most expensive package for interior and exterior minus the trunk. I wash my car weekly at a wash in Lakewood so I'm no stranger to full service car washes. I have 3 kids. There's trash in the car. But not like so much trash you can't see the floor. Once I got through the exterior clean and pulled in to the interior clean area nobody was there to direct me where to go. I just got out and sat in the grass I watched for almost 10 minutes the staff looking in my car and grabbing more people to look. Then eventually the manager (assumed) comes over. He looks then walks away. I think he's looking for me. So I get up and head to the car. A few people flag him down to motion I'm by the vehicle. He comes and tells me I have to remove all the trash "especially since there's food stuff" and he doesn't want to "endanger the health" of his staff. You guys. There are no molded or smashed macaroni and cheese in the rugs. Ok whatever. It would be dope if there was a sign in the beginning that maybe said "hey we won't remove any trash so do that here." Either way I wouldn't have paid what I did if I had known that. Then they clean the inside and he waves me over that it's done. No inspection with me like others got or anything. Just waved me over and before my fat ass was off the ground he was walking away. Then I look inside and there's still crumbs everywhere and areas in the seats and center console that need to be cleaned. I get out and let someone know and she said "some things just don't come out." These are not set in stains. Attaching a few photos to show the carelessness. Maybe I have high expectations for minimally wanting the carpets and seats properly vacuumed. I should've asked for a partial refund, but I had to leave and get my kid and was running behind. Wish I would've noticed the star rating before I wasted my money 😭

It helps your car some, but they're not big on doing a top rated job. They are definitely overpriced for what they do. They also left cat or dog hair on my seats from their vacuums. They didn't vacuum all the cloth interior, and left food particles on the seats that should have been vacuumed out of the seams. I expected a better job for the high prices. They do a ok job, would like better service from them, it's like they just want your money. They should ask if the customer is satisfied with the cleaning they've done, and make corrections to the things they didn't do fully, or correctly.

The worst car wash I have ever had I paid for an interior clean and there was absolutely nothing touched inside of my car worth $32 I ever spent. Do not go there if you really want your car clean. They did not take out any trash nothing
