Will not ever go back again went to wash my car and did the Ceramic wash and it don't even look like it even washed my car it's the worst place to wash ur car at I rather pay $.25 a min to wash my car or go to wash tube or bubble bath

I'm an early riser so opening at 7 is great on the weekends, however when I get there at 7 I am always having to wait for them to open, here it is 7:30 and still waiting!!! Either change the hours of service or find people who take pride in customer service and have this place opened!

Driving in was a little confusing since you enter and exit at same spot for wash, that could be changed. Otherwise the was wash bay worked great, strong vacuums that worked, clean towels available. Employees available to help, clean and safe carwash. I would recommend Watershed Carwash and will definitely use them again.

Great car wash, the wash lasts well even if it rains and the pollen spreads everywhere. The associates are very nice, constantly working to keep the premises clean and the supplies full. Especially a person named Shadow I think, they are there often and always polite and working diligently. I signed up to get notifications and they send me discounts and coupons all the time. I am talking about the location on Blanco Rd across from the high school.

Terrible service. Went here about 30 minutes ago and the salesman was unhelpful. I waited for assistance as I watched Alex talk to the girls in the car next to me like there was no tomorrow. I know I don’t have the looks of high school girls but to be treated differently because of that is unacceptable. This location has been great until they stopped having standards their employees should meet.

Been to this location twice and used the wash aimed towards wheels and had the same outcome twice. The wheels and tires were dry and dirty . The rest of the car looked pretty good. It’s a nice place with free towels and vacs but if the wash doesn’t even touch the wheels what’s the point of a wash specifically for that.

Honestly this car wash was a great experience when we first tried it me and my husband got memberships paying $45 a month for two cars unlimited washes it was nice but it seemed like the places started going down hill once it got more popular the dryers wouldn’t blow half the water off my car so it was soaking wet and i felt like we weren’t getting a good wash for the price. Our final straw was today i’m not sure what they put on their towels but my car was ruined i brought it home and saw the ugly stains it left it felt like it got over spray on it i don’t know what they put on their towels but it was awful i went to another car wash and PAID money to fix the issue. We are no longer members here.

This place is great. Always have clean towels to dry your car with. They also have air guns to blow either water or dust or of the car. Free vacuum cleaners as well. I Love this place and recommend a yearly pass as it pays for itself.

Used to be good... Not anymore. The top brush didn't come down to my car. They said that it was because of my roof rack, but it did work last time a few months ago. Also the All About Wheels package for $15 doesn't care about your wheels. Check images. I think the car wash needs a serious tune up done.

I went early this morning to go wash my car. Bug spray wasn’t working guy with one of your employees and couldn’t figure it out so much for me wanting to clean my car before it’s time to go to work. I’ve always had a great experience here, but I think I might be taking my membership elsewhere.

Went in and did not wash my car good at all. Will not be coming back it seems it only gets the top of the cars but not the bottom. I think for a basic wash it should clean especially if you are paying at this point just going to wash it myself.
