Went through today, selected the $10 wash because the truck is rarely driven and usually has a trailer on it most of the time. Guy comes over, cancels the transaction, says he is a traveling salesperson in the area and wants to save me money by signing me up for a monthly wash program. No thanks man, just want the wash. He says sure and selects the $15 wash. I said no, what happened to the $10 wash? Oh, okay. Seriously?

We came to a his Car Wash today went through it and this young man named Patrick was waiting for and had the biggest smile on his face waved hello. After vacuuming we noticed the first wash did not get the vehicle very well we decided to go threw again and same thing Patrick had the biggest smile and just waved made the experience very nice

Normally I am so pleased with this place. But, lately, there are rarely towels and the bug tubs are filthy. This time, there was also a back up to the line because the readers were glitching and there was nobody there to assist, some lady had to get out of her car in line and go get staff. The staff is always pleasant, but I hate to see good places begin to fail already, especially when I subscribe monthly.

Come here to get my car washed, I got the pass, which is nice when getting multiple washes per month. The car wash does a great job, the bug wash station, the vacuums and compressed air are nice. The towels provided always seem damp and don't dry well. Love coming here.

I love this place!!! Workers are friendly and are always willing to help out with any issue that arises. Everything always works as well. But I wish they had a solution for the family pass because one barcode is not enough and when I make copies of the barcode it never works at the barcode reader.

I used this car wash frequently and it has been my go to. I will be finding another car wash. I meant to cancel my membership over the weekend, however time passed me by as I was preoccupied with the floods from this July 4th and tearing apart a flooded home. My card got charged today for another month of membership. The website does state refunds are at the discretion of management and while I understand they are allowed to say no, I was hoping for more empathy given the current times. I asked two separate people to help find a way to refund me and both said they don’t and won’t offer refunds.

Hours of operation are not the greatest, not all brushes and sprayers are working correctly, brushes don’t spin and sprays don’t spray. My vehicle was not clean. I don’t see why I should need to go through the washing process two or three times to get my vehicle some what clean.

Use this car wash often, but this was the worst car wash we've ever gotten. The back of the vehicle didn't even look like we'd had a car wash, and we went through twice. Also, the towels were dry and didn't help with cleaning the inside of the car.

As a loyal customer since the establishment of this car wash in 2023, I have consistently trusted your service for my car’s cleanliness. Despite noticing minor scratches on my black car in the past, I chose to overlook them and continued using your facility. On November 6, 2024, I was shocked to discover several scratches on my car’s hood immediately after exiting the wash tunnel. Without delay, I went to the vacuum area and filled out a complaint form. Although the staff responded quickly, I was disappointed to hear from Elijah that the car wash was not responsible for the damage, claiming there were no machine malfunctions. They provided several excuses for their lack of accountability, including that the angle of the scratches did not correspond with the top brush, they couldn’t assess the condition of my hood beforehand because my car was dirty, and that no one else had reported scratches either before or after my visit. I arrived around 8:40 AM, just after opening, it’s likely that only a few customers own darker-colored cars where scratches are more noticeable. While I may not be an expert in physics, I can assure you that those significant scratches were not present before my visit, as I inspect my car visually every day. If you have a dark-colored vehicle, you understand how easy it is to notice any spots or scratches. I have exclusively used this car wash since joining in April 2023. For anyone with a dark car, I advise you to take precautions and be vigilant. As for me, I will no longer be using this car wash.

Went through this car wash and it chipped, scratched and dented my car. While in the car wash we could feel how rough it was being. Called immediately after I left. The manager Kenneth kept avoiding me until I called and got ahold of him, and even left knowing I was going up there to write an incident report after I let them know the time I would be there and calling telling them I was on the way. The car wash didn’t even clean the car either. Just put damage on it They don’t plan on making anything right saying their machine didn’t have any malfunctions. Be aware of this car wash.

Has become part of our daily routine. Hit the gym, grab a few groceries and wash the car! We have the quick pass for $35 because out here in West Texas $10 a wash can add up fast and we’re car people. Place is really clean and the high pressure air helps get water spots off. I’ve met a lot of staff like Ms. Nina and Mr Carlos because we’re here so often (every day) and they keep it stocked I figured they owned the thing. 10/10 recommended this one for easy access and quality of wash plus amenities. Also get the pass with the extra is $35 but you don’t have to wait in line and the ceramic coating makes it easier to dry and get bugs off!
