Good wash, good vaccuums, air available. Dayquan is an exceptional employee and is the kindest and most respectful person. I appreciate him for moving the cones a few min before opening so I could get some air in my tire. It'll get me to my tire shop this morning. I saw the screw in my tire last night and went straight to watershed when I noticed air pressure declining. Employee and then (manager) both told me it takes far too long for air compressor to fill to allow me to put air in..as they had just turned them off for night. Then the guy pressure washing that was committed to not seeing me or hearing me as I walked up to him this morning. 3 employees later and Dayquan saves my day..I'm so thankful.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I used to work at a car wash, so I know exactly how incident reports should go—and let me tell you, Water Shed did everything wrong. Not only did their car wash break my window, but my brand new 2024 car came out with a crack. When I asked to see the footage, they flat-out declined. To make matters worse, the general manager had the nerve to say, “Your car would’ve all been scratched up if there was a rock on the wraps. Our conclusion was that there was probably a rock on the window.” Keep in mind, they didn’t see any rock in the footage. As if that wasn’t enough, they had the audacity to tell me to report it on my own to my insurance. I came in for a car wash, not an unexpected repair bill and a massive headache. If you value your car (or basic decency), go somewhere else. Water Shed clearly cares more about covering their backs than fixing their mistakes.

I love these car washes, there so convenient and the employees are super nice. They have plenty of vacuums open. They offer everything I need for a detail to my car. I honestly prefer watershed car wash over any other car wash in San Antonio. The construction right here sucks a little bit. Other than that 10 out of 10 car wash.

I went to renew, and no one was inside. Then, when he came iut restroom, he did not know how to fix my plan to my original family pass. Called his supervisor and didn't help with bad service.

I use the 22 USD membership and I can wash my car as many times as I want, it is much cheaper compared to stopping from time to time at the wash car. There are always towels in the dispensers, the vacuum cleaners work well enough and the staff is nice, helpful and understanding.

I visited Water Shed Car Wash on March 19, 2025, and ended up with a broken window and a crack on my brand new 2024 car. I used to work at a car wash and know how incident reports should be handled. However, their response was completely unacceptable. On March 22, I was told to wait another day for a resolution. Then, on March 23, I spoke with a representative named Zander, who was extremely rude. On March 24, I received a call from another rep who stated, “Your car would’ve all been scratched up if there was a rock on the wraps. Our conclusion was that there was probably a rock on the window.” There was no rock visible on the footage. To make matters worse, they advised me to report the damage on my own to my insurance. And despite my detailed review, I’ve noticed my feedback keeps getting deleted. Avoid this place if you value your vehicle and decent customer service.

The staff is always kind and professional here which is my usual location (as well as all locations). Received a free car wash when they were shutdown for an hour one day. Redeemed it today and it was a quick and smooth process. But someone still came to check on me to confirm I was ok. great job!

I am conflicted because normally i love this car wash. Kind employees, never to busy and have never experienced any scratches or damages to my car but today as soon as I started going through the car wash everything smelt of mold.. i don’t know the cleaning procedures that go into maintaining a car wash, but it made me feel like my car wasn’t properly cleaned and smelt like swamp water. Hopefully it’s just a one off but even my sister who was with me said “ew it’s smells disgusting in here” kind of ruined the car wash for me.

Great wash. Complete wash has ceramic rinse. Air hose to dry car and clean microfiber cloths provided free. Still best drive-through car wash in town. 2.20.2024 still doing a great job. Results great after couple of years since original review

Cancelling my membership has been a nightmare! I signed up because I was told it was a great carwash. It was not. My car always still came out dirty. Every time. If it was mud or bird poop my car was never really clean coming out of there. I gave it multiple chances and it always disappointed me.

Javier and team took excellent care of me and my family at the Huebner location. 🙏 My car had been recently vandalized and just had window replaced. They helped me get the car clean and especially with the duck tape we had stuck on there because of the missing window. They are professional, kind and compassionate. As a woman I also felt very safe there to vacuum out my car 🚙 and wipe it down. I highly recommend for your car cleaning needs. Place is also very clean and well maintained. It used to be $5 bucks. I thought that was expensive, i came and they said it’s now $10. That’s wild. I payed it only bcz i had cars right behind and needed a car wash bad. After the wash it didn’t clean good. There was still a lot of nastiness. The machine needs maintenance.

Car was not clean after the first $15 wash. We went to ask the attendant Scott if we could go through again. He told me I should dig my receipt out of the trash can and that we should have scrubbed our own vehicle before going through??? Who would pay money to scrub their own vehicle? Watershed Carwash at the Huebner location is a clean, open place to get your car washed. As with all automated carwashes, your car may not get clean on the first go around. Often, there are dirt stains on the wheel well indentions but watershed lends you clean rags to go over those spots that may get missed. Watershed also offers a bug and tire station where you can hit those tough spots before you drive through the car wash. We have two vehicles, but only one membership. We bought gift cards at Christmas time for our second vehicle since we do not dive it as much. Overall we are very happy with Watershed and this location is great.
