I have a work vehicle and I have to keep clean. Everytime I go the last harasses me to buy their package. No matter how many times I say sorry this is a work car she keeps going . I say no for a third time time and she gets an attitude with me! I’d rather wash the car myself at this point than be harassed by this chick . This is the third time I have gone hoping I wouldent have to encounter her and now my last. Also vacuums suck, so not that I would be getting the full advantage of the package if I can’t even use all their services.

I had a very disappointing experience with this car wash. I was told by an employee that the promotion was $10 for 3 months per car. We had two cars. I asked twice if I needed to cancel anything, and the gentleman clearly stated no, that it would not renew and that I didn’t need to do anything. I was charged the $10 for one month on each car, but the following months I was charged monthly fees of $17 for one car and $25 for the other, totaling $188. I left three voicemail messages and received no return calls. I finally emailed and spoke with Lily, who stated I signed up for a $10 per month for 3 months promotion, and because I didn’t cancel I continued to get charged. She admitted there was a system glitch that caused me to be overcharged for two months of the promotional period and said they would reimburse only for that glitch — but refused to take responsibility for the incorrect information given by their employee. Nothing was provided in writing stating this was a monthly recurring charge or that cancellation was required. I feel misled and very frustrated by the lack of accountability and communication. BEWARE

Great place to wash your car then clean the inside. Kelly was awesome! Then vacuums actually have some power to them! You will leave here feeling great cause your vehicle will look amazing!. Update: next time at the wash Xavier was amazing was very helpful and insightful. Brandon was awesome on making sure my tires were in the right position!! This place does hire some caring and nice people!. Thank you for having some good kids here!! Update 2: Brittany and Jesus helped me this time around and they were amazing as well!. I always get taken care of here! Always a good experience
