I went to clean Image today and was amazed at their service. I had some marks on my car from driving too close to a bush. Mo and Noc buffed out the marks in just a few minutes. As a I waited I observed the whole team of young men working hard cleaning the interiors and towel drying each car. What a great job they were doing. I will definitely return! I took my 2009 Pontiac G8 in for an Exterior Polish & Protect on 9/12/25. The Detail Team at Clean Image did a phenomenal job on my car! They went above and beyond making sure every spot on the vehicle was spotless.The customer service was just as impressive as the cleaning. I was quoted $390 dollars for a complete detail package which is their top of the line package which is above the oversize vehicle charge because I have a cap on the back of my truck that I wanted washed, clayed, compounded and waxed. When I picked up my truck the cap had dirt and surface debris on it, there is bug residue on my grill, there is dirt on my grab handle on the drivers side inside the truck and there are painted surfaces on the bumper and the bottom of the rear quarters where it was never even washed, which means it was never compounded or waxed. On the walk around I started pointing it out with the woman that was assisting me and she said "we don't really wash along the rails, we just use a hose", when I started rubbing the bug debris off the grill with my thumb, she said "that debris is embedded". I asked her why it was coming off using my thumb and she said "You're truck was in rough shape and we only had it for 8 hours". It was not, it is a personal vehicle that has very low mileage and is very well kept. It gets driven about 9-10K miles a year. I said "so you don't really thoroughly detail, you just clean them" and she said "yes, if you want a more thorough job you should take it to another detail shop". I asked why they didn't just tell me they needed it longer to finish the job and I didn't get a response. I told them when I dropped it off that they could have it as long as they needed it. How do you charge almost $400 for a detail package and not even thoroughly wash the vehicle? And everywhere there was dirt, it had not been compounded, clay bared or had wax applied so how did I get what I was told I was paying for. This might be the first review I have ever taken the time to write on Google, but I am beyond stunned how bad the job turned out. I have attached several pictures of the 10 or so that I took.

I have been using clean image car wash for about a year now. I opted into their monthly full service and I have to say that it’s a great value for the price. I get my car washed and the interior hand cleaned. They always do a great job!! I had some scratches on my car and Eze Thomas buffed it out and it’s like new. Can’t tell there were any scratches before.

On 03/07/25, I brought my 2024 Chevy Colorado Trail Boss in for a ceramic coating from Gtechniq! Detailer Ulises(Chewy) did a phenomenal, outstanding, perfectly job by doing the Winter Package! Went in this morning after I scheduled a “the complete package” interior, exterior detail. I spent $350 ($300 on the service $50 tip) which is around standard. What a dealership will charge you. Let’s start off with a good . My paint is immaculate. I was wowed. My car has not shined like that since I bought it seven years ago. It is sparkling. It is gorgeous. The staff is incredibly friendly and very welcoming. Where they could use Improvement is on the interior. They did a decent job shampooing and conditioning the seats and the wide open areas. This is a detail, so I’m going to go into the details I was disappointed in. There was easily accessible dirt, and dust still in between the vents. You can tell they hit it with compressed air, but did not wipe it down in certain spots. There were residues on my screens. There was still water residue on the windows, which could’ve easily been wiped down. Easily accessible dirt around the door frame that could’ve been wiped down with a rag on the corners. For a detail the stuff you’re expecting is the detail pieces that you normally wouldn’t do as your average every day consumer at home. There was a few other pieces missed around the interior, but I only snapped a few for this review. All in all the paint alone has me happy, but in the future I will just take the car for the polish, and if I need an interior detail, I will be going back to the dealership as I used to.

They do a good job on the exterior washes overall and the car is pretty clean each time I come in for a hand wash. I’ve been using them since forever, usually satisfied with how my car turns out. However, the wheels are never clean and it wasn’t like this before as they usually did a pretty good job on the entire car before. Just recently I tell them to pay extra attention to my wheels every time I came for a wash for this reason and it’s still the same result each time. Every time I’ve came for an exterior hand wash, my wheels never been throughly cleaned, there’s always smudges of brake dust all over the wheel and sometimes it doesn’t even look cleaned. It is a $60 exterior “HAND WASH” and at the very least I expect my wheels to be spotless every time. Very disappointed.
