Only because I have to give it at least one star am I giving this place a star at all. I came with my mother in law to this place. She was there and got charged double for a crappy wash. Not only was the wash terrible, but their attitudes were worse! Nobody smiles or says hello. My mother in law had to fight just get the wash they should have easily given her after they charged her DOUBLE (yes she had a receipt). I just can't believe how bad their attitudes were. It reflected so poorly on the company and on themselves personally. Washman, you could do so much better for your customers. Good customer service goes such a long ways!!

Every time, they only “pre spray” the driver side. Very little care in prep for the wash that only does ok. Last time I will get the buy whatever get a free whatever.

I have brought my brand new 2019 Subaru here twice. It is the ONLY place I have washed my car. I have never given a negative review for anything. First off, it doesn’t clean well. That is not a big deal. What is a big deal is after cleaning my car Thursday, when the sun hit my car I could see numerous very large swirl marks on my brand new car. I am beyond angry. I will never come here again. While they are not visible in lower lighting there are a lot of them and they are absolutely everywhere. They extend the full length along the sides of my car. Never again.

Very small car wash, and doesn't clean very well. Employees rush cars through and car wash does not thoroughly clean. Do not waste your money here!

I stopped in like I always have, removed my CB antenna and folded my hitch underneath the bumper and was still not acceptable to go through the car wash and fortunately like everyone else, it's easy to lose the lock key for the hitch which I had lost. I have seen so many other types of vehicles with aftermarket add ons and wrecked vehicles and things it would do damage to their equipment more then the stub played of my hitch under my bumper. Not sure that I'm going to waste my time waiting in line at a wash man ever again.....

My car is never completely clean when I go through this car wash. I have a Crosstrek and it has a "wing" over the back window. This car wash misses my back window, under the "wing" and also anything near the back license plate. Also, if my car is super dirty it doesn't seem to remove all of the dirt and will leave a some here and there. The positive is that the staff are usually very friendly and greet me with a smile.

I understand that carwashes just take off the top dirt. I have to wipe it down afterwards to take off bugs, excess dirt and water that didn't dry. My car is white and shows every little spot. I buy the yearly unlimited pass and wash it at least once a week. Should be easy to wash off the bugs and dirt. This car wash machine has broken 3 license plate holders and sometimes bends the plate up. It's the only option in my area except do it yourself. Can't find the photos of the dirty rags from wiping it down. Should have kept them.

2nd time using this location, top and bottom of the windshield never get cleaned at this location, of course undercarriage and wheel wells never get touched. First time I went they only pre sprayed down the driver side and not the passenger side, ok lazy kid to blame and I'll ask them to spay down both sides next time. Swung by today and asked as there was two people and was blantly told by the older assclown guy that they charge extra to pre spray both sides... what a joke, charge extra for 1-2 minutes to fully pre spray

Took our car to the car wash, got the deluxe and came out with a broken wiper blade, bent the license plate off, ripping the screw in half and now have two chips in the windshield in a beautiful Lexus that previously had no damage on it. And the car didn't even come out clean.

Excellent fast car wash. The main thing is fast, it is important when you need to wash the car before an important event. There is a large selection of services. Good and kind guys. Always find an approach for each client on any machine. Used the services of cleaning and polishing the car in the cabin, it took two hours, but it was worth it. The guy (I do not remember his name) perfectly coped with this task. He cleaned the cabin and under the seats, and in hard to reach places. The dashboard in the car polished so perfectly that dust did not go there for a very long time. 4 years there, washing my car at the car wash, more than 5 minutes in the queue was not standing. I am very pleased with their service. The price matches the quality.

Where to begin…. The drive in is too small for big trucks. The passenger side of my truck was still covered in dirt from bumper to bumper both times I went there. On my third visit the kid went on a power trip and wanted me to remove my fifth wheel hitch and a steel bike rack that was under my tool box. Then called ME an idiot when I refused to do it!!! After just those 3 visits I cancelled my membership. Do better Washman!

I tried to to wash my car at the Sandy, location this morning. The manager told me he would not wash it because I had a lock behind my bed liner and he said his job would be at risk and he called the cops on me because I didn’t want to leave as I was already in the lane and prepped to go thru. He was power tripping and being irrational. There is absolutely nothing in the bed of my truck, and I will never come back here again. As a women I can say he treated me with complete disrespect and was extremely rude and power hungry.

Long time user, proof a least 1x a week last 3 years to be now just turned away. They've just decided trucks with items locked on sides not allowed. I'll state "The other guys" ok with it! I've been threw 10's x 1000's of times in past, as seen Toyota has account they've washed it after service. I go last week and told no, & also no refund for my Washman cards of $80. The pictures of trucks side same look last 2 years +. The 1 star manager I've called 3x "Demetrius"?He's not answer any calls VM or call back - 1 star because not professional, 1 star for a changing in policy and not making it public, 1 star no reason why changed and 1 star for not adding the issue or issuing a refund. I've got PTSD and enjoyed my weekend car washes so hope this is posted and read.

The bumper was ripped off of my car causing 1750.00 worth of damage. The company admits its their fault but is saying we HAVE to let them fix it themselves as they refuse to pay to have it fixed it. The bumper was actually found in their car wash, so their equipment ripped it off. It is my understanding you can choose where you get your car fixed by law in Oregon. That their insurance cant force you to use theirs . This also tells me alot about the integrity of the owners to know they are responsible and not want to do the right thing. We don't know they will fix it right or just slap it together. I just got that car and want it fixed right. I told them what my preference was they've ghosted me. Looking like small claims court , which will include my atty costs, and a complaint to the BBB. If you damage someone's property you should at least stand by your business and do the The responsible thing. This tells me these folks are untrustworthy and dishonest. Take care when going through
