Today, August 13th, I was washing my Mercedes truck at the car wash and followed all the machine's steps correctly. However, the soap left purple and green stains on the white paint, as if the soap contained ink, and they still won’t come off. I was there trying to find someone who worked there to help me, but there was no one available. I also tried calling the provided number, and no one answered. It seems like there’s no one responsible to address this issue. I do not recommend washing your car here, especially if it’s white.

Good location and a touchless setup, but the wash only seemed to apply wax over the dirt rather than properly cleaning it. For a true clean, you might want to look elsewhere I used the automated touch less- I would recommend the other bays where you do it yourself

Was traveling and looking a car wash that was touchless option to get the salt off my SUV. The option I chose was $17.99 plus tax which equaled out to almost $20. It did well overall but could have been better for the price.

I love this car wash. I come every time I come to Orlando on a road trip. I stop here. It's easy. You can do tap to pay. You can easily add time. Very relaxing. Everything works. The only thing that did not work this time as good was the conditioner soap. Other than that, it was coming out just in spurts. So I'll be ready to add ten minutes of time. That's how much you're going to need, ten to fifteen minutes to do it right, junior guard through every stage.

Horrible. I believed they changed management a couple of months ago and is really bad. I paid for full service and the air dryer did not work, tires were supposed to be rinse with special product, for shining, they were not. The hoses for the vacuum are very short, you can not do the job well and they only last 5 minutes on, and you have to pay for it separately.

Touchless carwash...Its awesome I use to hire a detailer till I found out this was here. Me and my brother bring both our cars here. The cars look amazing and repels water really good after the wash. Car looks supper clean and very affordable. Please dont change the prices this spot is amazing! I purchased the $20 package, and it's worth every penny. I come about 1 time a week but for sure every 2 weeks

I have lived in this area for a while now and this car wash has definitely done a 180 with the quality. All the new tools and products they are getting for us to use to wash our cars is top notch. If you are looking for a good wash spot this is it. Plus you have the 711 right next to it if you need. Oooo and I heard from a lil birdy that the new vacuums that will be coming in soon are 👌🏾👌🏾. Looks nice, but was not able to try. Arrived at 7:45pm and pulled up to rear entrance, but gate would not open. Update: Went back today and the automatic touchless did not disappoint! The self-serve bays are nice and the air-dry blowers in each were an unexpected but much welcome surprise! My only issue was that I didn’t see or there wasn’t a button labeled for the spot-free rinse option on the self-serve panels, but that is no big deal. It’s hard to find a touchless wash where the equipment is obviously well maintained and looked after, so this will be my go-to for washes in between detailing!

Not bad if you can navigate the crater sized pot holes to get there. Free vacuums were shutdown for renovation but not sure how long that’s been going on. The spot free rinse didn’t work at all just fed regular water through and they don’t take coin or cash. 3 stars feels a bit generous more realistically 2.5 until they get the vacuums restored and I guesss either refill the spot free rinse or take it off as a choice burned up at least 40 seconds for nothing. I get the road conditions aren’t the establishment’s responsibility but this place needs some TLC before we get any where close to a 4 star.
