the owner was extremely rude, and ignorant , he talked to me like i was a child when i’m an adult. the maintenance here isn’t the best either and customers have to deal with it

The self spray booth took a susan b anthony coin and didn't give me credit for it. And, the vaccuum only gave me 75cents credit for a susan b anthony coin. I wouldn't complain, except, i got the coins from their bill changer in the first place. Otherwise, great place!

They just redid this place and the prices didn't change and stayed the same. Very affordable car wash does a great job they have free vacuums outside after you get done wash and you can vacuum for free all in all a very good value where else can you wash your car for three bucks

It's a little pricey too just DIY spray salt and Road grunge from under the vehicle. Cost around $16 for a thorough clean under carriage, engine compartment, and overall body without brushing.

The gentleman working this evening on the date of this review, by the lords of the Pantheon, and Zeus himself could not have washed my car with more vigor and attention to detail. He soaked. He sprayed. He washed. He scrubbed with the strength of a great typhoon. He sang my car a lullaby. 11/10 would wash again.

Although the vacuums and other machines are old, the car washes do well. There are multiple methods of car washing available including regular, touchless and self washing. As of now, the car wash is unable to use its dryers because of a noise complaint. Of course, this is out of their hands so I just bring a drying towel with me on warmer days during the winter. It does a very good job of washing salt and dirt off of both the car body and rims.

This is simply not a good car wash. The conveyor is far too short to provide a thorough cleaning. Drying function is a waste. My vehicle was not that dirty and the wheels were as dirty after the wash as before. This was the 2nd time I went there and for $15, it was money poorly spent. The attendants were very nice. If this area had a better car wash like ScrubaDub, I would be a frequent customer.

Super nice wash! They have soft cloth, self serve and touch free wash here. They no longer have dryers for the touch free due to noise complaints, which is understandable. But the touch free wash and soft cloth do great!

Good prices and lots of options. You can do it yourself, have it done automatically with the drive-thru which has four combination wash options, three of which have undercarriage sprays, have other people do it for you or just vacuum your car at any one of four stations with very powerful suction. They seem to take all major credit cards and employ very attentive, hard working people. Wash Works is our go to car wash.

Prices are reasonable. Place is always clean. Good selection of choices. Only down side is there are no dryers. Noise complaints from the neighbors forced them to remove the dryers. Great place though. I like coming here.

The staff at this car wash are ALWAYS great. Today, however, the employee who was staffing the drive through wash was EXCEPTIONAL! He mentioned that it had been quiet all day (it was a gloomy, rainy day) and there was no one in line behind me. He took such care basically washing my whole car and wheels with the pressure wand and soft scrubber, that I felt like my car was washed before I drove through the line I had paid for. All this because he had a bit more time. This type of care reinforces my commitment to being an ongoing, devoted customer of Wash Works!!

I contacted the car wash after there was an issue with my wash. I sent them photos and videos explaining what the problem was and I didn’t even get a response. I used to go there all the time because I pass it every day on my way to work, but now I go out of my way to find somewhere else
