Used to come here all the time, but after today, it’s a no go… last time I went it was a disappointment and I thought I’d give it another chance with a quick wash… during wipe down, only the driver side windows were wiped down and passenger side was full of streaks… I know it was an entry level wash, but for the money spent, I should have gone elsewhere, especially since there were no other patrons or reason to rush anything…

All I can say is WOW! My car was filthy. 2010 pilot with 200k miles on it. Sticky cup holders, sand on the floorboards, dog hair in the carpet in the back. It has traveled coast to coast with small children and all the snacks that go along with that. I spent $69 and two hours but what I got was better than if I had spent a couple hundred and dropped it off for a day. Amazing work, and it looks like a new car again, inside and out.

Went in yesterday for a car wash got the most expensive one thinking my truck was gonna look beautiful. After nearly 2 hours of waiting. The guy even comes and asked me where my keys were because apparently they misplaced them. This is the way I got my vehicle. I had to ask the kid out front if he can wipe down the inside inside of my windows again because there were streaks everywhere. My son suggest I take it back and have them redo it. I mean, my truck doesn’t even really look like it was cleaned wiped down properly or anything because like the stuff that they use is just globed on as you can see this is what I got after two hours of waiting. Very dissatisfied

Wash has really gone down. The wash needs new front wraps, and new blowers. Tunnel was a mess and the inside is empty. Tunnel needs adjustment, cars coming out very wet. Cashier said new owners are not caring enough for the wash. It used to be to be a great place. Much newer equipment is needed.

Used to come here as a kid with my dad to get cars washed and always enjoyed their work until recently, I took my own cars i sell at my personal business there because I was low on staff and the usual dust and pollen got the best of our cars. To our surprise we were charged an extra fee to wash and vacuum a fully stock 2020 dodge ram 1500. without inspecting the truck after cleaning (Because we trusted previous work) We took the truck down back to our lot (2 blocks down the street on culebra) Only to discover the truck was still dirty with dirt swirls and dirty wheels along with a dirty truck bed that we were told is part of the reason why we were having to pay extra to wash our truck.

Been going here for years and overall they do a great job! A particular wash technician, named ‘Bear”, did an absolutely beautiful job on my car today! This guy dried and wiped down my car inside and out even better than I would! He is truly a perfectionist and it shows on how well he does his job! His attention to detail is much appreciated! When I or my wife goes back we will ask for “Bear”! Thanks also to Wash Me Car Salon as “Adam”, checking us in, always takes good care of us as well!

Had my car detailed here close to $200. When I first called to get a quote, the employee quoted $115 which sounded great for a full detail and so I headed over to the place immediately. Upon getting there, the employee then stated that actually the detail would run close to $200. The switch up was unexpected and seemed like a lure to get customers in to the business. Nonetheless, I was already there and wanted to get this detail done, and so I decided to go through with the service. The employee quoted an hour and a half and even though I arrived at the business at 8 AM the vehicle took until 2 PM, six hours later. When the vehicle came out and I inspected the vehicle, there were still dirt and grim around the vehicle, areas of the trim not having been applied with armor all, pieces of miscellaneous items such as grass laying in the rear trunk that could easily be picked up with a vacuum, front license plate having been pried a bit off with a security deterrent bolt hanging from the license plate among other things. It felt like a burden to ask the employee wiping down the vehicle if you could further touch up the areas of concern, and as I pointed out the license plate, he didn’t seem to care or mention anything about it. I then spoke with a manager who seemed to bothered by the fact that I was bringing up these concerns about the vehicle detail and the damage to the license plate and at his leisure he then took initiative to touch up the areas of concern but also two never mentioned anything about the damage to the front license plate. By the time the vehicle was done. It might’ve been another hour later, close to seven hours being at a car wash. An entire workday gone for what should’ve took an hour and a half. In my gut, I knew I should’ve detailed my car myself because I know how to do that type of stuff but I wanted a break and when the employee told me that the dirt and grime was stuck and stained on areas of the car and I walked over and wiped it off with my thumb and then mentioned to the employee that it was not stuck or stained and just needed some elbow grease, which is typical of a detail for that amount, he said absolutely nothing. I used to love this place, it used to be the best around town but now when you go there, there’s typically one employee walking around yelling at everything and listening to some type of loud metal music, another employee outside when you first pull up to the service area is simply rude and apparently doesn’t know the pricing even though when I arrived, he had a pamphlet with him in hand with pricing to read from, I picked one up myself, and the bathroom could also use some elbow grease maybe throw a vending machine in that place for customer having to wait 7 hours for an hour and a half service. After all that I called the business and reported the complaint to an employee who told me that the owners would be giving me a call back. This was about two weeks ago and I still have not heard a word.
