They did a great job once every time I go not enough help to clean inside of my vehicle.. car wash is ok .. like that they dry car with towels at end but they did a great job cleaning the inside once but they need to quit offering this service because they obviously not staffed enough to offer this

Done right. Got the basic package to clean off dirt and bugs while on the road and they did a great job scrubbing the vehicle and getting dirt put of the hard to reach areas. Also the hand dry station is amazing where there are mirrors and you see the job getting done.

Went to wash my 2004 F150. It just turned 100,000 and is in pretty good shape. When I got home I dropped the tailgate and saw my load lamp was broken. There were pieces of the cover in the bed. I immediately went back up there and the guy took my phone number & said that they had high definition cameras and they would review them. I didn't hear from them and called. The guy on the phone said that I had to go pick up a report to fill out. I go up there about 2 days later & picked it up. Took it to fill out. It says that it has to be filled out the day of the incident which had by now been days before. I gave them my phone number & no one has contacted me. I'll have to buy the new cover myself and have had to drive the truck to work so I'm sure there is already water damage. I've been going there for some time and will not return.

The workers were great, don’t get me wrong… but the automatic machine is beyond busted. The soap sprayers have very little pressure and didn’t even spray our windows. What it did spray, the doors/qtr panels could not have been full coverage. Then, the roller on the right side barely touched our vehicle. The two pictures of the bumper with the clean streak through it is me wiping it clean with spit and my finger. Save your money, spit on your car and use a rag… it’ll do a better job.

Oh my goodness! Before entering the car wash two people sprayed my car and scrubbed it with soft brushes. After exiting the car wash two people dried it off. Incredible. My car looks the cleanest it has looked in years. They have my business from now on.

THIS IS THE OG OF CAR WASHES! PERIOD. I drove from Cincinnati to Dayton to get my car washed here, they we closing, but Tyler and Taylor were sympathetic and I drove away happy with a CLEAN car, VACUUMED interior, the MATS through the machine and the WINDOWS were finally SO SPARKLING! Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location after confirming that their conveyer is damaging my rim. I have been coming to this car wash for over two years now, originally with a different vehicle. I was always uncomfortable with the crunching/screeching noises coming from my tire dragging along the conveyer, but I never noticed any damage. Not sure why this happens, as I have not experienced it in any other car wash and I have gone to dozens of different companies. Fast forward to this past month and I have been going to Wash it Dean with a new vehicle. The first car wash I got here in my new car, I immediately noticed a huge scratch to my black rim, and had not noticed it prior to my wash and knew I did not hit my rim on anything, but I could not be 100% sure. Second wash today, I made sure I did not have any new scratches. Sure enough, I hear my rim scraping the conveyer as usual, and at the end of my wash I had another new scratch. THESE RIMS COST ME $2,000!!! On top of that, I have never been fully satisfied with the washes here. You can tell from my rim alone how dirty it still is coming out of the wash. I pay over $40 a month for the highest membership and my rims are never even clean! Always have bugs left on my windshield.. I usually try to scrub them off beforehand. Constantly having to scrub dirt and grime off leftover on my car in various places. On top of the $40+ a month, I constantly feel pressured to tip their employees drying my vehicle even though they don’t even tackle half the job.. I have to finish it afterward. I really tried for so long to make excuses to support this local business, but I no longer can. From the limited amenities, wonky vacuums, mediocre wash, and now damage to my property, I am no longer returning and will not continue recommending this place to friends and family. At least they have not had any creepy staff employed here in a while, because they sure used to! Do you and your car a favor and just go elsewhere

Tyler set me up and have to say it’s the best car wash in town and I’m impressed with the service- it’ll be my go to spot while I’m stationed here! They are super friendly folks that are also really thorough in getting tough spots (my car had a bunch of salted/icy crustiness happening and they hand cleaned it off and hand dried at the end too. Amazing quality and price. Hard workers- you won’t be disappointed!!!
