I had a pretty good experience at this car wash!!! Usually, I would have issues at other car washes but the wash was very through and It didn’t take too much time.The drying stations also provided clean microfiber towels to use as well. The customer service was excellent and Issac was amazing and very welcoming. I did have a free wash at my visit but I will return because the prices are pretty good for one time washes and monthly subscriptions.

I love getting my car washed here. Vacuums are powerful. I’m not a fan of the old style phone cord cleaning liquids as they get tangled with each other. But I like that they are offered as they were not before El’s. The employee who asked for a review was genuinely interested in the customer experience.

I recently visited El Car Wash and was impressed. Raquel Willis was friendly, professional, and quick to guide me through the process. The wash itself was the best, my car was shining like the day I drove it off the lot. Here’s what really sold me, they provide microfiber towels and interior cleaning solutions at the vacuum station so I could touch up my interior before leaving. At the moment I knew I was done with Mister Car Wash.

Normally love this car wash. Went today and went all in with the $30 wash. Car looks good but had to remove some soap as did not rinse great. Also tire shine is spotty at best. Had to shine them up at home. Also no longer have the matt machine which in my opinion set them apart. Just expect more when paying for the highest priced wash.

I love this place. I highly recommend getting the membership. I use it at least 3 times a week. There is plenty of space for cleaning your vehicles interior once you got it a bath. Everyone who works here is friendly as well.

I'm very happy with EL car wash, the reason is because the manager Hunter and employee Sara provided amazing customer service. Hunter the manager when about and beyond my expectations. I had a $5 car wash that was sent to by EL and it stated it was expired. Hunter make sure I was taken care of by honoring my coupon. Thanks Hunter and Sara for all you do. It's people like you both that keep me coming back to this great company.

I hadn’t been to the car wash in awhile because I get busy but I always love to come here when I need one. It’s only $10 for a basic wash and they have interior and glass cleaner available for you to use. Today I was having trouble getting some of the bugs off and one of the employees Hunter noticed I was still scrubbing my car after the wash and offered to send my car though again to make sure it got extra clean. This is a solid place to get a car wash whether you need a deep clean or a quick run though. Great customer service too!

Had a great experience at EL CAR WASH – UCF! Hunter helped us with processing both my car and my husband’s, and he was absolutely amazing. He was super nice, professional, and made everything quick and easy. We really appreciated how timely and efficient he was while still taking the time to explain things and make sure we were all set. Also gave us information for any services we wanted and notified us about the student discount. As a graduate student with UCF I appreciated this a lot. The customer service alone made this visit stand out. Definitely recommend stopping by and asking for Hunter if you need help—he made the experience smooth and stress-free!

I came here just in need of the vacuums . I was greeted at the the entrance by Sara, she was so incredibly helpful and kind. We had a good talk and she directed me efficiently to where I needed to go. I did not need a car wash that day but I will be back for one and will never use another car was in the area SOLEY because I met Sara and she go my business at this car wash for life. Thank you so much Sara, I had my dog with me as well and she treated us both with so much respect and kindness, you do not get customer service like that anymore.

Love el carwash... They have everything there to wash and clean your car... Pressured Air, window cleaner, mat cleaner machines, car fragrance, you name it they have it. I brought the membership because it's well worth the money.. if you go 1 time a week it pays for itself and then some... I had a mister car wash membership and when I saw what El car wash had to offer it was a no brainer.. so get over to El carwash and get yourself a membership because like I said if you go 1 x a week you'll get back your money and then some... My car looks amazing.

Definitely the best car wash subscription I've used so far, the vacuum area is clean and well stocked, with nice features like the air cannon. Their wash itself is decent as well, cleans the license plate area well when all the other ones I use haven't. The tire shine could use some work, globs a ton on and gets it all over the wheels, but is easily wiped off. Staff is friendly too.

The service here is PHENOMENAL!! One of the workers Noe was super nice and helped me out by giving me a free car wash for thanksgiving!!! They give the best car washes and the entire facility looks super clean!! They have everything you could ever need for cleaning your vehicle. You can vacuum your car. They have glass cleaner to clean your windows. They give you rags to wipe. They have air freshener and machine to clean your car rugs and a separate sink area to wash them too!! ALL INCLUDED! THEY ARE THE BEST!
