Amazing app. So so so easy to use! Even better was how easy it was for my Porsche to get washed. I had a last minute event and wanted it to be polished, a washé came so quickly and prepared. I could not get an answer on the local phone number listed, and the app kept freezing on me, but when I finally got it to work I was very happy. We were on a tight schedule and needed the service quickly. Nesse, our washer was great! He called immediately, he gave us an accurate ETA (the app froze again) and he arrived earlier than expected and did such a great job on the car..we will definitely use the service again and recommend it to anyone!

Love the idea for sure but I feel like for a 5 star it has to have some kinks worked out on the app itself sometimes it just doesn’t open like right now while I’m trying to add a car to the service sometimes no one shows up at all even though recently they have been sending promo codes when this happens which is excellent. Seems like it just needs a little more development. As for the washers I have never had any trouble definitely varies on quality but never had a bad job done. Will say I would like to be able to pick the washer based on availability and star rating in the app on the specific washer. Also book a job in advance would be cool.

Never had a problem with this company until recently. I had a full detail done to my car and the washer left buffer marks (swirl marks and lines) all over the paint. Unfortunately I had this service done on a car I don’t daily drive and has been in the garage since the wash so I missed the “24 hour window”. Please think before you use their service, clearly they don’t train employees properly on how to use their equipment. Now I’ll have to take my business elsewhere to an actual PROFESSIONAL detailer that can hopefully correct my paint. The best part is all I received out of this was a passive aggressive email.

Worst experience using this app. I tried multiple times. Washes are not cheap and it takes at least 30 minutes to get a washer if someone shows up at all. Usually its someone in a beat up van with a shop vac. No customer service and the wash is average at best. Last time the guy showed up and said my car was dirty do he left. Delete this worthless app

Juan came right on time and he left my car spotless. He came with a staff and car was cleaned quickly and looked brand new. I pointed out a couple places and even those annoying stains were removed. I got the clay bar treatment with wash and exterior cleaning. There are a lot of bad reviews but my guy did a phenomenal job. I am located in south east Florida so maybe I found the right person for the job.

Horrible company! Waited all day for someone to come a very rude gentleman finally shows up, speaks no English and through google translate tells me he refuses to clean my car because he wanted to charge me $100 because my car was too dirty for him! I had already paid on the App and was not paying again ! Tried to get in touch with Washe and no answer! Then at 8PM at night they sent me a message they were sending someone and I tried to cancel and they wanted to charge me $10 ! In my opinion this App is a scam !

I’ve used them several times. Depends on the guy, but compared to finding a local guy, this service is bad. Overpriced across the board but certainly convenient. If you ever get a better package you are basically overpaying for a basic wash. I should have known. Car was in serious need of a detail and despite knowing better I used them. Big mistake. Despite going over all the problem areas with my washer and him assuring me they would be addressed there was dirt still inside my trunk edge and on tires and debris in the car. Refunded me $20, but even with that refund it was still $70 more than what I received ($70 less was price of lower package which although is still overpriced, at least I would have had lower expectations) I will never use again. I’d recommend going to your neighborhood guy, or better yet if you get a good wash just get the washer’s number. He’ll charge you less to contact him directly. You think the app in convenient but usually takes 45 minutes to find a guy, if they show up and quality is generally poor, but worst just inconsistent. Appears there is no standards for washers, just provides them leads. Wish Washe the best, but I think this place will end up bankrupt.

These people did not show up for a wash and had the nerves to charge me $75 for a wash that they did not do. When I called the owner called me and apologized and said that the pending charge would be returned but it was never returned. It was processed. I’ve been trying to contact them now for three weeks and no one has called me back. I’ve sent several emails made a dozen calls and no one hasn’t called me back. We careful how, you book with these people make sure that you’re waiting at your car and when they leave check make sure that they even clean your car .

Just used the app to get my car washed. The washer called 10 times for basic directions, had me move my car twice, and in the end didn't even clean the car properly. When I spoke with customer service, they mentioned bug/stain removal was not included in a car wash.....on top of my bumper still having marks on it the side of the car had streaks from the cleaning supplies used. Better off going to a local place

My car was mostly cleaned except for the back windows, center console and roof. When I tried to contact the washer he blew me off. I then contacted customer support and they told me too bad. Don’t use Washe.

Buyer beware! The washers are independent contractors and Washe will run in the other direction when your car is damaged. Terms & Conditions state damages must be reported within 24 hours or they will do nothing to help you. Recently, I used Washe to was two cars and both were damaged by the washer. To make it worse, one was about a month old and had 500 miles. The washer used a pressure washer instead of hand washing and cut through the decals on the car’s exterior. Washe threw the terms and conditions in my face after I discovered the damage a few days later. I won’t be using their services ever again and would caution everyone else to beware of this warning.

Used this service for a mobile detail and my car looks worse AFTER. Soap was not washed off correctly and the entire interior is stained. Worst part is that it won’t wipe off… haven’t heard back from Washe in almost a week for customer service. STAY AWAY!!

This company is a joke. I have tried and tried to use them and every time they are a let down. Service is extremely inconsistent, one wash will be great and the next will be horrible. When sending a washer sometimes they are there in 10 mins and sometimes 2 hours. My last wash was extremely poor and after emailing them they sent me 50% of my money back. What a joke. I didnt care about the money I bought and paid for a service that I expected to be performed correctly. You should have sent another person to rewash the truck not insult me with a 50% refund. This is a great concept with extremely poor execution and a poorly ran team. I am honestly surprised they are still in business as I have tried for years to let them fix their problems and they are still as bad now in 2021 as they were in 2016. Terrible!!!! 70$ ?????? Really? they don't answer the phone or e-mail. the guy stayed 15 minutes in front of my house and left. I only saw the app notification that the job was “finished”. he just took my 70 bucks and left and didn't even throw water in the car.

Save your time and money. They charge double what most mobile guys do for the use of their app that never works. I tried booking and got a “searching for detailer” prompt for 24 hours. I figured it wasn’t going to work. A guy knocks on my door at 9am unannounced and says he’s here to wash my car. Exterior looks good but the interior was barely touched. I contacted Washe and they told me to kick rocks I should have ordered a full detail which only adds a wax, clay bar and carpet shampoo, none of which would correct the basic interior issues. Here are some photos of my cleaned interior and windows. You be the judge if this is worth $50 to you.

I had a mini detail service from Washe and they did a horrible job. They used their pressure washer TOO CLOSE to my vehicle and my paint got chipped! They also left my trunk soaked in water. And my car on the outside had scuff marks that were NOT there before the wash! And to top it off they left all the trash on the floor and just left it there instead of putting it in the trash. Horrible job! I’m waiting to hear back from support!
