This place is a mess. It was my first (and last) time at this location. There was a very bad spill in the automotive department. I informed an employee and she tried to get help but no one came while I was there; at least she tried. Another employee, younger looking and thin female, was just wondering around the store. I saw her a couple of times. She seemed to be hiding from someone, who knows. Many aisles and shelves were clustered messes. Some were impassable. See Photos

Huge variety of products, starting from groceries, then home, garden, car, tools, electronics, clothes, toys and different sports products. And of course big choice of different dort of meat. Today I picked some nice piece of beef (sirloin center cut). And it was awesome!!🥩😋👌🏻 Lots of goods with really good quality and at a reasonable price. Really recommend it. One may get everything one needs to buy in one single spot in town.😎👍🏻

This is one Walmart supercenter I did enjoy going to. The store associates are always willing and able to help you locate anything. They never seem put out or bothered. Great customer service! Thank you Walmart

A great store with such wonderful workers but I will say people! need to be nicer to these workers to the couple that got mad at the people who work with cloths should be ashamed of themselves all beacuse you didnt read the sign that cleary says the fitting room is opean untile 9 and it was a few minutes later then got mad at them, pushing a cart at them you should think alot more how you act to people

Stood in the tool isle for well over 30 minutes pressing the help button repeatedly and had several workers look at me and walk by. Meanwhile announcements were made over the store speakers for other departments. This is ridiculous and I dont ever plan on coming back to this location for anything. I will spend the extra bit of time to travel to a different store or different walmart

Strong urine odor throughout store, couldn't even get close to the home/picture frame area with how strong it was. Thought it was from the carts when we first walked in but only got worse the more we walked around. Spoke to employees about it and they did not care or acted like it was normal at that location. YUCK.

As soon as you grab a box of diapers they start following you to see if you're going to steal. It clearly lets you know people are watching you and following you. Everything is locked up in the store you press the button no one comes. I do not recommend this Walmart. One of the employees was wearing a shower cap like they just got out the shower. House of Wax movie Vibes is what they give off.....

I don't get off work until late and needed to go to Walmart for food and stuff to make a last minute bday cake. I got in line to check out and at "11pm" they pulled the rope and wouldn't allow anyone to checkout. I was walking up when it happened not informed they wouldn't allow me to checkout right at 11. There was me and many others behind me. I come here knowing I could count on them to have everything I need and have it when I get off. I guess I won't be counting on Walmart for anything anymore after this

Walmart please remember to advise you're door greeters that its against Walmart policy to harass customers for a receipt. I myself work at a different location. During Walmart academy training cbls strictly say, if a customer refuses to show a receipt before leaving or exiting the store, allow them to walk away do not continue to antagonize them for a receipt. I use my phone number at every Walmart checkout so my receipt is uploaded to my profile. To assume I can instantly get or have phone service to receive a text message confirming the checkout has completed is an assumption. Not everyone's has service in walmart. Your job is to check the register for receipt history. Walmart please educated you're workers on work place readiness. If employee watched the checkout how they are supposed to. You wouldn't be worried about the receipt

Everything I needed was there fresh fruit and vegetables were nice and firm. The lettuce however was poor but that might have been do to restocking issues. If I had any complaints it would be the isles are a bit narrow for my liking, if it would have been real busy it would have been problematic.

It has been a long time since I visited this location as I tend to avoid it unless necessary. Today I had a short list of essential items and had to check out *three* separate times in order to get the *seven* items on my list. The random assortment of items on lock down and the confusion of having personal care items spread out (only some are locked away and have to be purchased at the beauty counter and others are free-standing and can't be purchased at a regular register) is insane. Navigating the shopping experience for seven total items took me an hour—that is absolutely ridiculous and the fact that so many measures have to be taken to cut down on (not even prevent) theft, is wild to me. The only reasons that there are even two stars in this review is because of the four kind and helpful employees that made a very negative shopping experience bearable.

This is a good size Wal-mart. Only two cash registers open. Self checkout seems popular here. The store is relatively clean. I had dealings with 3 different employees. 1 was super friendly. 1 was not so friendly. 1 was somewhere in between. Thats why my score is somewhere inbetween.

First of all if you are going to send someone back and refuse them to do self check out you need to refuse everyone. The explanation was because I had more than 15 things in my cart. I then pointed out multiple people in self check out who had more than 15 items. The guy just replied how that’s not his problem. I then go to another cashier and have him check me out. While he is doing so his coworker comes up and says he is nicer than she is because she wouldn’t have taken my cart and chased me out. I called her out saying I wanted to do it by myself but yall forced me to go to a register. This lady was working 12/9 at 2pm in the makeup area(blonde hair). I will say the only nice worker you have is Tyler. He was nice ever complained and ignored his coworkers nasty behaviors

The worst. If I could give zero stars I would. Waited 30 minutes for pickup. Seemed like only one girl working. She brought out two orders in 20 minutes. After 25 minutes, I finally got notice that my order had been pickup up. Five minutes later a guy came out with a full cart containing my order and at least one other. The only time he spoke was to check my name. I showed him where I wanted him to put a box so it wouldn't slide and he ignored me. I will never go to this store again.

Terrible service. The young people who work there are very inefficient. They're busy doing anything but serving customers properly. They never know anything. They've even made me lose my groceries when bagging them. They don't do it in an orderly manner, and this isn't the first time this has happened. It's happened many times. They didn't save the receipts, and would they reimburse me without them or give me a replacement? They didn't create that! Should they train those agents, or are they not interested in good customer service? How bad. People will start noticing. I won't be the only one. What a shame and what a huge disappointment! I shouldn't even give half a star. A few days ago I went to return an item that didn't work, and I bought it online, and they sent me from one place to another in the same store? Do you think that's good customer service? Well, no! It never will be. Train those young people or hire people who know how to serve their customers, or they'll close another of their stores, and many more. That's the reason...

I truly don’t know why I continue shopping at the Valley View Walmart. At this point, it feels less like optimism and more like self-sabotage. A significant portion of the store is locked behind glass — to the extent that it resembles a retail exhibit rather than a functioning store. I understand shrinkage is a concern, but forcing customers to wait several minutes for an associate to unlock deodorant is not a solution; it’s a deterrent. Pressing the assistance button feels symbolic at this point — you press it, and then you wait… and wait… and reconsider your life choices. A quick stop for body wash, a screwdriver, and socks becomes a 30-minute ordeal. The produce section deserves its own review. “Abysmal” would be generous. Inventory is either nonexistent or visibly deteriorating. Fruit and vegetable trays already turning, wilted cucumbers, lettuce and cabbage so caked in dirt they look freshly excavated — and not in an “organic farm-to-table” way. Basic rotation and quality standards appear optional here. Seafood is a 50/50 gamble. I purchased salmon, went directly home, refrigerated it properly, and by the next day it emitted an odor strong enough to question how it made it to the sales floor in the first place. Packaged chicken frequently appears bloated and pressurized, as though it’s preparing for takeoff. When it’s actually in stock, that is. Milk availability seems to be treated as a seasonal luxury item — and this is outside of snowstorms or panic-buying events. All things considered, this location excels at taking up space and contributing to traffic congestion. As a grocery retailer, however, it struggles to meet even the most basic expectations. I would recommend visiting another Walmart — though I hesitate to send more customers there, as it’s one of the few that still resembles a functioning store
