I bought a take and bake pizza earlier today. 5 cheese pizza, for some reason had a terrible pesto included in the sauce that tasted like the basil was rotten. Feeling sick, might puke later. Don't be fooled by the picture, I cooked it to perfection.

Tried their Walmart delivery, took my money, and said 3 hour wait. Ordered at 5pm 3 hours go by I see it says “45 minute delay” an hour goes by and that’s it? They’re ignoring my order and waiting till delivery’s are closed!?!?! And won’t give my money back nor any info about where my SEVEN ITEMS ARE! Everything is closed now! And now I can’t feed my family. I’m so tired of people not doing their simple jobs they’re literally paid to do! It’s now 10pm…

This walmart has become unsafe for me as a person with a heart condition. I rely on the mart carts for grocery trips. I tried multiple of them tonight and they were all so broken that i had to leave and get my groceries elsewhere. I would not come here if you're similarly disabled unless you happen to have 10 grand for a personal scooter and a vehicle capable of handling it.

Specific to the tire shop: when I've already had the tire viewed by a friend that did tires for years, AND I bought the tires from Walmart AND I do a yearly alignment because I bought lifetime, don't try to BS me and claim it's an alignment issue. BUSTED. It was a sudden occurrence, and it was an obvious uneven un-patterned wear, meaning manufacturer issue. Sorry you have to do paperwork now, but don't take advantage of women. I already knew before my friend told me. He only saw it because I was inspecting it. Not to mention you saw MY name, but didn't realize my husband was with me...which is why you changed your tube so easily. Worked for GM at the Tech Center. You picked the wrong person to try to hustle. Wait until Corporate contacts your store. Ladies - this is not currently a reputable location

This is the most sloppily ran Walmart I have ever set foot in. Especially the grocery section, end of that especially the meat section. Lots of items over there weren't even priced (and, before anyone says it, they didn't have labels on the packages either). Lots of price tags were in the wrong place, such as the frozen ground beef and ground turkey. A rack full of raw meat, the kind of rack employees use to stock the meat section, was just left in the middle of the aisle unattended and unrefrigerated for quite some time. I watched a couple of employees stand in the middle of a busy aisle, not because they were stocking or working that section, but just chatting, all the while creating a traffic jam of customers who couldn't get around them. I will give them this – unlike most Walmarts these days, it wasn't hard to find an employee when you needed one, and I did have an employee near housewares proactively offer to help me when she could see I was struggling to find something. You don't see employees doing that in Walmarts much these days, where it used to be the expectation. Still, it's way below bare minimum in light of all the other problems I've had here.

Terrible customer service. Employees barrel down the aisles with stocking pickup carts and don’t slow down or even look at you. The girl in the garden center just stared straight ahead with a frown while checking us out. I think she might have been slow because someone asked her about tulips and she didn’t know what that was…while working in the garden department… The Walmart over on Mall ave is much better staffed and more pleasant.

it's ok it's WalMart good prices on some but the cashier i asked for help had an attitude i was purchasing some swim shorts that on the tag said 12.44 but the rack all the shorts and the matching shirts said 8.96 she tried to say someone moved them to the wrong rack. but i had taken pics of the entire rack with both shorts and matching shirts so she chopped and attitude and stormed other then tried to ring up 3 pairs and then had to go back and fix that by the time it was over it was 10 min later and she had even more of an attitude

We used to enjoy shopping here. Now it’s a miserable place to shop generally. The checkout experience is awful. It makes you feel like a criminal for shopping there. If you’re lucky enough to get a person, sometimes then it’s better. I’m not sure why this isn’t being addressed, but my wife and I have decided we will be shopping here a lot less until it does. The rudeness mentioned in others comments is reflected in our own experiences. I get that people can have a bad day, and maybe there is a problem with theft/dishonesty and that’s why these associates have become jaded perhaps, but the solution is not to treat people who are following the rules and simply trying to shop at your store poorly because someone entirely different pissed you off / broke the rules. I used to work retail. I am ALL for catching thieves. But treating everyone like one is only going to drive away your paying customers and leave you with a bunch of crooks.

Best place to shop with the best prices. Respectful employees that are also very helpful. I have had trouble a few times with the dang self checkout but it was because of my own error and the people up front were nice and super helpful. I only felt attitude off one guy one time and that was a long time back.

The store is very clean, well stocked and affordable. We had the absolute worst experience ever with a person named JR on the front end. We chose 2 razorback seat cushions priced in the shelf at $10.97. When they rang up at &14.97 we asked for help. We got EVERYTHING BUT HELP. This individual JR was horribly rude and accused us of being dishonest. She barked at us, would not look at us or engage politely. When I went back to take a photo of the shelf label she was so very rude to my husband and told him “your wife just left” in an angry tone. Slamming keys around etc we were horrified by her behavior. Supervisor Ryan came over and saw her behavior and apologized and assured us he would address her poor service. It did not seem he was planning to do so as we observed her being rude to another family minutes later when we exited the restrooms. Literally never encountered a more miserable person in the state of Arkansas. Aren’t you based here? Should we not expect the cream of the crop at these stores? This was just horrific. She needs to move on to a new career and stop tarnishing the wal mart name.

When I went in to get my new phone Justin was very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. He helped me decide the phone that would be the best fit for me and not only helped me set it up but took the extra time to help me keep my phone number. Most pleasant experience I have had at Walmart in a long time.

This review is strictly for the pick up on the side of the building. The pick up process here is horrific. They often mess up the orders and they also take up to an hour to load you even when it’s not that busy, staffing is horrendous. People are slow. Nobody has any hustle. It’s obvious no one has incentives not paid properly and understaffed. Nothing is being done about this as far as I can tell I’m super disappointed in this Walmart. All the other Walmarts are just fine.

I went to today to get a money order for something pressing. My bank wasn’t open so it was suggested for me to try Walmart. I got there at 4:30. The sign said they close at 6. After standing in line and listening to the representative be SO RUDE to the customer ahead of me, it was my turn. I had been standing in line for 15 minutes. The girl at the register said she was closing. When I pointed out that it was still only 4:40, she told me she didn’t care. She said she was supposed to leave at 5. When I told her it wasn’t 5 yet, she told me she was closing. She was raising her voice the entire time. She was extremely rude. The sign behind her stating WE ARE HAPPY TO HELP did not seem to be at all acknowledged because she was definitely not happy to help. Because of this, I missed an important payment that I just learned I needed the same day. When I pointed it out to the manager, it seemed like it was just swept to the side and she didn’t really seem to care. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced! For reference to check cameras, this happened 9/27/25 at 4:40 pm

I went to purchase a pair of headphones, and the person operating the electronics desk, Dani, was so rude. I asked for help and was met with an annoyed "what" and asked to look at the headphone box as they were behind glass. Dani then questioned, "Look?" like they didn't know what I was asking for. It literally would take two brain cells to comprehend what I meant. I had to explain to them what I meant specifically by looked. THey then said out of reluctance to do it, "There isnt much information on the box." They then opened the box for me and was very impatient when I was comparing the boxes, making elongated sighs and tapping their foot. This isn't the first negative experience I've had with this employee. I recommend that this employee, Dani at the Walmart off of MLK Boulevard in Fayetteville Arkansas, be given a course on customer service or just be terminated altogether. Completely unacceptable. I should not feel like a constant nuisance from a specific employee for ASKING THEM TO DO WHAT THEY'RE THERE TO DO!!!

I love when you try to get service done at Walmart and there's literally 1 car in the bay and techs standing around not giving a care if you need service or not. I have been waiting for an attendant for over 10 min now counting. You guys really suck. I got a baby and i am trying to get all this done now, not tomorrow.

Dani in electronics was very rude and abrasive. Then while checking out, I kindly informed the associate that I had a Walmart gift card, to which the associate responded in a very condescending tone “Okay? You’ll use it just like any other card.” During the transaction, I attempted to use it just like any other card, which did not work. I tried several times and so did the associate before having to stop and do a different process. It’s clear to me this individual was not only inadequately trained for what should be a simple task, and I’m appalled that this individual would be rude to a total stranger about a process they were clearly unfamiliar with.

This Walmart has become unnecessarily hostile to regular shoppers because of how online pickup carts are managed in-store. Employees pushing massive online shopping carts routinely block entire aisles, stand in choke points, and show little awareness of the people actually trying to shop. It’s not occasional — it’s constant. Getting through the grocery section feels like navigating obstacles instead of buying food. There’s no urgency, no coordination, and no consideration. Carts are left blocking aisles while employees listen to music, blissfully unaware of their surroundings. This creates a chaotic environment shopping experience for real life customers. The result is a tense environment that shouldn’t exist in a grocery store. I understand online orders are important, but blocking in-store customers from accessing basic items is poor management. If corporate wants efficiency, they need better training, better supervision, or dedicated hours — because right now it’s chaos.

Apparently discrimination is encouraged at this Walmart and they won’t allow you to buy alcohol when you have children now. Like I’m sorry my 12 year old doesn’t have an ID she’s not drinking nor am I buying it for her. This is just weird because I’ve never had anything like this happen and was literally here last week getting wine and there was no problems

Terrible experience. Ordered a TV to be shipped to me. Said it would be delivered the next day by 10PM. I ordered it the late afternoon the day before and said the order was being prepared. Day of delivery said “placed” but still to be delivered by 10pm. Got to be around 9pm, reach out via chat, guy said order was delayed, went to the store could NOT get any help at customer service for like 10-15 mins. Nice kid helped me out, Antonio, showed me order was canceled by the system. There were a ton of TVs yesterday when I ordered. But the system just simply didn’t process my ordered and canceled. -10/10 stars experience. Except Antonio who was helpful, 10/10 for him. Definitely won’t order anything to be delivered or shipped again. I would recommend y’all be cautious when ordering online from this store.
