I was visiting the Walmart roanoke market. As I walked up to enter I notice the American Flag flying after dark and the light was not on. When I informed multiple workers (standers) that our American Flag was flying after dark and was not being properly lit, they had no care in the world, smirking, smiling a dumb grin, almost laughing at me. People if you don't love America and respect our Flag then leave. Walmart I hope you fix the Flag lite and teach your front end standers respect of our flag. Now on another visit I see our flag hanging by one hook. I think wal mart does maintain our flag with proper care. 1.17. 2000.0025

Very honest nice people. Once I left 100 $ cash in the self checkout lane register and when I went back upon realizing my mistake an employee was holding for me and would not accept 20 $ I offered her. Also once I left a credit card in the machine and they held that for me too.

I experienced a frustrating issue with my Walmart order. Despite not picking up my order on the designated date, the status was updated to "picked up" the next morning, and my card was charged. The Manager claimed someone else was authorized to collect my order, but I provided in-app evidence disproving this. After being directed to call 1-800-Walmart, I spent 30 minutes explaining the situation to four different operators. I've been told to expect a refund within 10 days. It's unacceptable that someone was able to fraudulently collect my order, and I've had to waste time resolving the issue.

Stopped in for milk but what I was looking for expired 6 days earlier Told a young lady at the front and she said it was due to slick roads and went about her business. The ice came 4 days after t h e expiration date. Just look at all expiration dates at this store. Might save a trip to the ER.

Far a Neighborhood Walmart this one is pretty nice. The gas always seems to be about the cheapest in Roanoke and the staff are friendly. This weekend there was lots of snow and slush in the gas station the lady was sweeping it all away so it wouldn’t freeze and be slippery when the temperature drops.

I am regular at the neighborhood Wal Mart because it is close to me and very convenient when I need to pick up something quickly. It is not nearly as congested as the super store, and getting in and out is easy.

I have never felt so degraded and disrespected in my entire life. I had a three dollar off ax coupon that I was going to use on a box of Christmas gift said that was 75% off. I asked them front and manager politely if this was OK, and if I was gonna be breaking any rules, they immediately called Asset Protection 5 to 6 people showed up, and belittled me for asking a question so simple it began to follow me throughout my entire shopping experience and watched my every move. I went to the register paid full price for all my items and I watched the manager immediately run over to the self check out to think I was stealing from the company The general manager of this store needs to be spoken to in the ethics line called on her. I’ve worked in retail management for 15 years and never have I disrespected and belittled Customer as much as she has I will never be back to the store.

We shop here pretty frequently and it’s always a good experience. This morning was particularly nice for me. My spouse was up sick all night so I was getting some cleaning supplies. A very kind older woman in glasses and a mask was working the checkout area and said something about the laundry detergent I scanned. I was running on no sleep and my spouse had gone to the ER for care so I had been upset. When I replied and told the woman about my night she expressed some very kind words and a mutual experience and that kindness went a long way this morning! I hope to let her know how much her kindness meant the next time I see her but also wanted others to see the kindness and acts of care by the staff here, no matter how small the gesture may be!

Visited Walmart pharmacy for prescriptions, I didnt remember the name of the drug so I had to go in and they told me it'd be a 5-minute wait. Awesome service, pharmacy clerk was extremely helpful, very friendly. I was able to pick up everything on my grocery list while my prescription was being filled. Great experience!

Does not seem to have any service coverage in the customer service dept. I pay credit card bills thru there and there is never anyone over there to help. And that is the norm apparently. I was told to go to another Walmart store. Not convenient. Poor service for such a nice store.

I like shopping at the store it’s smaller than the other Walmarts us busy and easy to find items. You’re looking for a large houseware section or any of the other amenities of the super Walmart. This isn’t for you. The store has plenty of parking and a great produce section. Checkout lanes are normally not busy.

When asked if I could use any help I told her I was looking for a three-way bulb, so she pulled out a little thingamajig and told me "B-24" and that there were only three listed but maybe even they were gone.
