Was not helpful at all. Was running a donut on my car and in need of 4 tires. Was told the tire they had that fit my car wasn’t recommended. Then when my son in law went back and talked to them they said they could put them on but not that day. Had they done it when I was there the first time they most definitely had time. And it was an hour and a half before closing with no one waiting and not one car on the bays. Worst customer service ever and I will not be going back to any Walmart for car care needs.

Went in for an oil change for my Honda civic on 11/12/23 , left with my entire skid plate dragging the ground. Drove back to let them know and see if they can attach it the way it was when I came, they said it was already like that and that they noted it on the paper (but never bothered to let me know when I checked out). Technician told me they couldn’t re attach it and told me to go to OReily or Advanced and fix it myself. He zip tied it up for me and a day later it was dragging the ground again. Now having to take it elsewhere to get it done right and the technician at the shop I’m taking it to had mentioned this similar situation happens often with Walmart and they often have to fix their mistakes. Worst experience I’ve had.

I am just over this place. I had a scheduled appointment and of course they were 2 hours behind. 2 technicians for way too many clients! 😡 If you know you only have 2 technicians then for that day do not allow WALK INS!

Had an appointment for an oil change. The auto care center made it extremely easy for me to get in, get it done and get gone. Very professional and kind. Would definitely recommend!

We have purchased tires for several vehicles over many years now, and WALMART has been my families favorite source for selection, service, quality, price, and warranty. Honestly, they are the best.

Got a flat 3-hours into a cross country trip. Gus behind the counter was super helpful and friendly. Techs in the garage were equally friendly and had us back on the road in no time. All for $10. Tried to leave a tip, but the tech refused saying it's against co. policy. Integrity. Service. Good job guys.

Very helpful, friendly at counter. Unsure how skillful/experienced the technicians were. After car pulled into work area it took 40 minutes for oil change. So if you appreciate time to shop it would work well for you.

Had a appointment the other day at 7am I was there about 655 waiting for them to open at 715 it was still not open so I called the store the auto center wasn't answering so I called the main number and the person who answered wasn't very helpful but apparently she told someone at the auto center that I was outside waiting because right after a guy came to the door telling me he had no techs to do my oil change because "no one showed up for work and he MIGHT have someone in at 9" so needless to say I didn't wait around to find out I went to another Walmart and got it done. This was very disappointing because I grocery shop at this store all the time and it's closer to my job which is the reason I chose that location and time to do the oil change because I had just got off from work at 645am. Because I had to go to another store to get one I didn't get home until 9am. I won't use this store's auto center again.

Have used this place for years to get tires from. They have suffered a lot from Covid and the employee shortage. I made an apt for 8 am the next morning and the next day, the staff had no idea I had scheduled to come in. Seems the turnover rate here is very high as well. I have only purchased or mounted and balanced my tires here, I cannot speak for any mechanical work they may preform.

Quality, timely service. Had a 9 am appointment. They took me in at 2 minutes after 9 and 4 tires were mounted, balanced and we were out the door just a few minutes after 10. Very pleased.

Spent over a week nursing a rare tire while waiting to receive a new one.. had my appointment set & my helper went to the wrong Walmart Tire Center making us late for the appointment... I called to report this matter, spoke with Kaylin who was very understanding! Kaylin thanked me for the heads up while still keeping my appointment. I can't express how appreciative I am for the consideration, understanding, & great service. Thank you!

They would not warranty their battery that was obviously brand new. It had last month’s date code printed on the battery and was completely dead. What can you expect from Walmart customer service. Absolute garbage products and service. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

I always get my oil changed here and will continue to do so the people here are so pleasant and helpful best experience I've had in any Walmart auto care center by far

I went to Walmart for an oil change, expecting the usual complementary tire rotation service that I've received at other places. Unfortunately, since my appointment was only for the oil change, they couldn’t accommodate a tire rotation. They mentioned that they filled the air in my tires, but my tire pressure was still very low afterward. When I asked about it, they blamed the cold weather and advised me to fill it myself. The pressure actually dropped even more after driving. Additionally, I paid for synthetic oil, which should last 7,000–10,000 miles, but the service sticker only recommended a return at 4,000 miles, or between October 16 and January. Overall, I wasn't satisfied with the service, and it seemed like they didn't inspect anything else on the car, like the windshield or other basic checks. Aside from the oil change itself, I didn’t feel my car was properly cared for.

Bought tires here back last September. Price was great and picked them up at the store 2 days after purchase. That’s the end of the positives. The girl that installed my tires kept “helping” a coworker finish his vehicle instead of working on mine, I was sitting in their wait area for 2 hours during my lunch break. The guy inside had to go ask her to move it along, that I was waiting not a drop off, several times. Not that big of a deal, frustrating sure. The main issue was, NONE OF MY LUGNUTS WERE REMOTELY TIGHT! My gut told me to pull in a parking space and check them before I left, and I’m glad I did. Literally could’ve killed me. All 4 valve stems were barely finger tight, causing my tires to constantly leak air until I figured it out about a week afterwards. Called and spoke with the department manager and basically got an “oh, sorry about all that, we’ll talk to her”, sorry someone that incompetent should be fired. Buyer beware!

33” Travelstar tires… I would have never believed they would ride as well as they do, but I bought some a man they are just as good as the top brands.

Got an oil change and they knocked the antifreeze hose lose. That is out of their expertise according to employees so I had to pay to have it fixed elsewhere. Don't waste your money fixing one thing to have to turn around and pay someone else to fix their mistakes because they're not qualified.

We scheduled an appointment for 8am and inquired as to how long the service would take. They advised 20, MAYBE 30 minutes. We arrived at 7:52am and they didn’t start our vehicle until 8:24. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere. I also called in advance to select the tire and when my husband arrived, they had made no record of our choice and had to then check stock. I had no idea there was even a possibility the tire selected might not be available or we would not have planned this appointment. Frustrated and disappointed.

Prices and selection are very competitive compared to other retailers and while your vehicle gets serviced you can shop at a Super Walmart. You will definitely need patience with some employees in the Auto care center and with service time. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment because otherwise your wait time increases. Overall the auto care team do value their customers and do a great job. But employees do get overwhelmed with customer's requests, which include fast service. But also because there seems to be a lack of employees working on vehicles.

I get my oil changed at WM Bonsack. I schedule basic oil change every time. Friday I had to pay $10 for the filter because they hadn't received the new ones yet. They changed who they were using and the truck hadn't delivered yet. I wasn't very happy but I'm not going to reschedule. Too bad I wasn't notified when I made the appt. The mechanic was very helpful and a nice guy. I was glad when the short lady that usually works there came in. I know she knows what's going on. It's not like I'm going to stop going there but I'm not paying extra for poor organization again.
