Always a pleasant visit to browse the aisles and find those orange stickers ( FOR THOSE THAT KNOW IT’S HEAVILY MARKED DOWN ) I have really good deals on red bull and Arizona green tea right now. It’s only 50 cents a can or bottle. Nobody can beat that price.

Good. Three years later I continue to have a good experience at the corner of St.Ann and Hwy 190 in Mandeville. Nancy at the main counter is a friendly and efficient lady. I am nicely greeted by three other regulars.

3 strike rule. I’ve never been I line for less than 20 minutes and the pharmacy is always closed. If they’re open, the medication is “on back order”. Don’t bother

The take care clinic here is an absolute joke. I went in for an ear infection which they told me was just water coming out of my ears after a shower. I went to another doctor and they diagnosed it as an ear infection. When they called a few days later to check in they claimed that it probably developed between the time I saw them and the other doctor which was literally just a few hours. This place is a joke with incompetent staff. Save your time and money and go to a real doctor or urgent care clinic.

This place is HORRIBLE!!! 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 I would not send my worst enemy here... My daughter and son-in-law were being threatened by a man who was screaming at them ...my daughter asked the employee to please call the police and was told that she couldn't..and the Manager, Shenika was standing there also watching this take place and did NOTHING to take action to protect my family and the other ppl in the store plus the employees that were working.. I called the Manager, Shanika myself and she hung up on me! She needs to be FIRED! She knows nothing about being a good manager..nothing on how to take action to protect the customers, as she should..."being a manager" Do not support this store!!! God forbid that crazy man would have had a gun on him...this would be a law suit BIG TIME!!! I hold Walgreens responsible for hiring such untrained ppl...

I really dislike this location. The pharmacy is slow and impersonal. If you must go to Walgreens, try the highway 22 store about a mile away, the staff is much more friendly and you'll have a better experience. Since this location ceased being a 24 hour pharmacy, I see no need to go there.

There are 3 Walgreens in Mandeville. This one on 190 and St Anne is the best. They always have prescription medications that all other pharmacies are out of even in Covington or at a CVS. Always nice and clean and good deal’s especially if you have a Walgreens app ! They actually have some things cheaper than or the same price as Walmart!

Overall great pharmacy. Easy refill of prescriptions. Prices for household items are higher than most places but they have enough products selection to go here for quick groceries. Makeup area has lots of great deals.

After calling and speaking to the pharmacist for over 15 minutes about a product they carry she assured me that they had more than enough in stock to fill my medication. If I knew her name trust me I would tell you it was one of the worst experiences of my life. She treated me as a third rate citizen and I feel like she could care less that I drove 25 miles to Walgreens to pick up my prescription that she had promised would be ready when only was it not ready they did not have it. God I wish I had her name I put her on blast so bad but I’m going to cease-and-desist because I found another place and I’ll be damned if I ever set foot in Walgreens again especially the one in Mandeville off saint Ann!!!

This store is terrible and the general manager should be fired. They told everyone the pharmacy would be open till 5 (this is just over a week since hurricane Ida so their hours are understandable different) but then they closed the pharmacy before 5! They refused to let us in. I was there 20-30 minutes before 5. I will forever be done with Walgreens and so will all the other people who were refused their prescriptions.

This is by far the worst pharmacy in the world...HANDS DOWN! The Lead Pharmacist, Rebecca, is the only sane and knowledgeable person at this pharmacy! The other "helper" pharmacist, Natalie M, a HORRIBLE "Registered Pharmacist" with she says 20 Years With Walgreens, thinks she an actual MD! She claims, "As a Walgreen's pharmacist, I offer health advice and answer questions on medications, disease states, and so much more, because I want to help you stay well." Her philosophy couldn't be FURTHER from her truth! She's a fake! The technicians act as if they are doctors, also, and know what is best for you, AS A TECHNICIAN!! Walgreens sends reminders to refill your medicine, but don't trust their reminders, I was told by the highly skilled technician. Also, the technicians that work in the pharmacy believes that someone is bothering them whenever you call and ask about filling a prescription and question why they won't fill it when you were sent a refill reminder and the prescription went through insurance! After calling my insurance, they informed me that the medicine was due to be filled but the pharmacy would not fill it whatsoever! Then, the pharmacist, not the lead, acted as if I harassed her, but she was completely acting as if she were my primary physician! MA'AM YOU ARE NOT A DOCTOR NOR WILL YOU EVER BE ONE!!! Get over yourself! This pharmacy also refused to fill my prescription during hurricane Ida, ONE day early! I had to drive all the way to Lafayette days after the storm to get my much needed medicine because the Walgreens in Mandeville did not even begin to care! They simply hung up on me and I had to drive hours to get my prescription filled. It was the biggest pain you could imagine and it ALL could've all been avoided. These people are ruthless and at best. They are crude, ill-bred, thoughtless, disrespectful, impolite, inconsiderate, discourteous, and ignorant! I do not recommend this pharmacy whatsoever. I would recommend a locally owned smaller pharmacy. This place does NOT care, as it run by people that are out of touch with reality and can't even begin to understand their customers and their medical needs! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, ESPECIALLY THE KNOW IT ALL TECHNICIANS!!!

Always a Great customer experience at this store. I frequent this store sometimes 5 times per week due to the convenient business hours, friendly and professional staff, product selections/variety and the unbeatable sales and/coupons. From the pharmacy where the staff always seems to go above and beyond, to the photo counter to checkout Each department has won my loyal patronage by always providing prompt, informative, assistance with a “customer is right attitude”.

Will never use this walgreens again. Pharmacy staff is rude including the actual pharmacist. Took me 4 trips to get the script filled and when I got home and noticed they used an off brand from their regular fills, they refused to take it back. Every person in line complaining that their script was told would be ready by a certain time (including my own) just to be told it's not ready and to get out of line for next person. Will use the one down the road from now on or until I find a better pharmacy all together!

The same concerns as others have mentioned but I wonder why the management does not step in to stop this. Pharmacy staff is rude especially over the phone. They simply hang up when you try to express your concerns over a very important medication that we needed after surgery. It was Sunday and three hours before they close when we dropped the prescription and showed up two hours later to puck it up. They didn't tell us that one of the medications was out of stock and failed to forward it to another Pharmacy or even give back the paper prescription. They didn't even fill the ones in stock and we had to wait for 25 minutes. Next morning, I called and they said it's available and will fill it!! If they got it, why not fill the prescription and let us know it's there for pick up?

This is the best Walgreens in Mandeville. I believe this is the oldest of the three. Regardless, the customer service is consistent and they always have what you need.

I entered this store around 7:40AM on 2/1/24. I was not greeted when I walked in. Older white woman with glasses at the front register looked directly at me and didn’t utter a word. I purposely said Goodmorning to her, only then is when she spoke. I quickly got my items and went to check out. She acted as if she barely wanted to do her job. Picking up each item (I only had 4 bags of candy) reading it as if she had to carefully examine it herself. I feel profiled. As I was walking out, she had no problem greeting and speaking with the white woman behind me. First and last time at this location.

Every time I visit the Walgreens on 190 and St Ann, I am always greeted with a smile and “welcome to Walgreens” Ms Aline is ALWAYS kind, helpful and sweet. She helped me bring some things to my car because it was raining and she had an umbrella Ready for me to use!! She always goes above and beyond for everyone! What an asset to that Walgreens!!

The young lady with dark hair who works at the drive through for pharmacy and answers the phone for the pharmacy is the rudest most unhelpful person in a pharmacy I have ever come across. She expects the customer to know the process of her job and when there’s a mistake she says it’s the customers fault. Mind boggling
