Pharmacy is not the greatest and I am being as nice as I can. 5 hours for one prescription. And everytime I have to call them to check there voicemail for the my prescriptions.. And rude everytime I call, maybe one or two nice employees if I get lucky. So don't recommend this pharmacy until something changes.

one star is being overly generous... waiting in their drive-thru pick up line or in store always feels like i'm being punished by the powers that be. i want to think that they're just understaffed, but i'm more inclined to believe that they just don't give a damn. if you call and you're able to finally talk to a pharmacy tech after 30 to 45 of being on hold, you're met with snippy answers, IF they are capable of providing any. my severe dislike for this particular pharmacy has transferred over to the walgreens app, where every prescription that is called or emailed in never fails to be "Delayed. Pharmacist reviewing prescription", which is always unnecessary and ALWAYS results in a scrip that should be filled within a few hours, give or take, finally being filled the following day or possibly two. Avoid this place like the plague... worst walgreens i've ever had the misfortune of using !!

Went for photos. Said it would take around 30minutes. i went up there after 30minutes and sat for another 30. ended up leaving and they said they would call when ready, didnt receive a call for over 4 hours... thats 5 hours for just 3 pictures. was told that it was my fault for leaving and the pictures where ready an hour ago... thats still 4 hours. who wants to wait 4 hours to get 3 pictures and they clearly told me they were gonna call when ready, not call an hour after it was ready, never going bacc

I have been placed on hold several times just to be hung-up on. I would not complain if this happened only once but this has happened at least 5 times to me since I started using this specific store location. I would say this is an issue of being understaffed but I have been to the store and have seen the techs openly just ignore the phone ringing. I will be switching to CVS after years of being a Walgreen's customer.

Do not waste your time going to their photo department! My pictures said they would be ready in 30 minutes and it took over three hours and then when I went to pick them up the clerk Nicholas was handling my pictures and got fingerprints all over my photos which were larger prints that I made to frame and did not appreciate at all! When I told him he should not be getting fingerprints all over pictures, that it ruins pictures he just nodded and proceeded over to the register.

Worst drive thru line service ever at Walgreens location on Wadley across from HEB. Expect to wait nine hours for a simple prescription pickup. Walgreens don’t text me if my prescription is ready to pickup if it is going to require me to sit in line for days. Thanks & Happy New Years Eve!

Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. They never fill all of the prescriptions so it takes multiple trips to pick up. They always seem to struggle with processing insurance. And lastly, they take forever. I have to dedicate 2-3 hours of my time each month putting up with this. I've had it though and switching locations. Driving further will save me more time and less stress as opposed to this place. TLDR; don't expect Chick-fil-A level service from these "pharmacists".

The constantly changing hours make scheduling regular application of mental health medication regimens very difficult, and patients find themselves revolving their lives around the strange, conditional hours of this pharmacy and the unrecorded alterations to their midday break. The irregularity of access to patient medication causes extreme grief and discomfort for people in a realm of their life that is completely out of their control and leaves them grasping for help in a worsening health system. This needs to be resolved as soon as fiscally possible or replaced.

The pharmacy is the MOST disorganized thing I have seen. You would hope that something that people used to help with any medical issues they had would function and operate efficiently. I have had several calls from the pharmacy stating my prescription was ready. Arrive to pick it up, wait in line for anywhere from 10-30 minutes or more. Just to be told it's not ready and that it is an error with the system. I've been told to come back and other prescriptions would be filled later. Come back and they state that it's not in the system. I think there needs to be a serious dose of training done. Everyone's time is precious to them, and driving back and forth to the pharmacy for them to say they don't have their stuff together is a waste. It's almost easier to just say forget the medicine and take your chances with the results. I'd give them no stars if possible.

Jessica was awesome! Helped me a ton and was kind and efficient. She even searched for a discount code for me because she thought it might be cheaper than insurance and she was right! Thank you!

I had to refund my money because the staff double scan my stuff by accident. I did understand and didn’t blame her. The manager came to help her for my refund. When I got home and checked my bank account, I found that I didn’t receive a correct refund. It was less than I paid. Next time I will be more careful and will ask the manager for the refund slip.

I just went to try and pick up a prescription that was sent to this location. I arrived to find that the Pharmacy is just closed. Not for lunch, or for any stated amount of time. It is completely out of operation "until further notice." Did they send my prescription to any of the SEVERAL other locations in Midland? No. Did ANYONE advise my healthcare provider that the pharmacy is closed when my prescription was sent? Nope. Did they even bother trying to give me a heads up? Also no. Of course, when they're ready to take money they have the ability to text that the prescription is ready. Apparently they can't use that system to, oh...I don't know...advise customers that they've just ABANDONED the pharmacy. The team member I spoke with on the phone was also zero help. The person who fielded my phone call advised: "we don't have access to nothing in the pharmacy." This articulate employee let me know that my ONLY option was to call my provider and have the script sent to another pharmacy. Absolutely pathetic. Doubtless Walgreens took a handsome fee, lining their pockets with tax dollars to administer Covid Vaccines. Evidently Uncle Sam pays well enough that the regular customers are simply an afterthought. The HEB across the street always has a long wait, but better to wait there than wait for Walgreens to decide it would like to be a Pharmacy.

Wish there was a -star option. The pharmacist refused to fill a prescription my long time psychiatrist called in for me, from an appt, for anxiety disorder. He told the nurse he didn’t like the way the script was written. He wanted it for 3X a day and I only take 2 X. He refused to fill this for over 24 hrs. With anxiety racing, I went to the pharmacy to talk to him. He ignored me from the moment he saw me. His behavior turned my anxiety into a full blown panic attack. In public. Right in front of him and who knows else. He smirked at me, several times. He prodded me to make it worse by telling me to “calm down” while refusing to give me my medication. He and the store manager KICKED ME OUT of the store while i was still having a panic attack. I am so humiliated. I had NO control over my behavior, but he did. And he chose to humiliate me in public. I have filled complaints with every possible source I can find. His behavior was 100% unethical, I am looking into whether or not it was legal. This pharmacist?👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Is a bully.

Ashley helped me so much. My store could not get the prescription I needed. I was told to call every store to see who had it in stock. Ashley looked in the computer to see inventory. She checked on my order delivery expected date. She called store and trained them how to check stock and delivery date. Thank you Ashley

Not sure what is happening at this pharmacy.. I was told I'd have a prescription sent there Tuesday morning after my Dr. Visit. I gave it time, did my errands, and returned a few hours later. I was told the prescription was made out for the next day. I kept receiving calls and texts notifying me it was ready for pickup, but didn't have time till today to get it. My husband tries to pick it up and they have it sitting on the counter behind the front desk and tell him it'll be ready in 45 mins. Only when I call and ask about it did they tell me it was finally ready for pickup. I'm a little confused on their policies...

The Pharmacist Sam, and the Pharmacy manager Jessica always are helpful and answer any questions that my husband or I have. All of pharmacy staff is professional and courteous. The pharmacy area is clean, organized, and the staff is knowledgeable. I know they work hard and the public is not always nice. I appreciate all of their hard work. Thank you for the job you do and for your professional mannerisms. We recommend Walgreens to friends. The only concern I have is the RX price being higher than other local pharmacies when I use or look up RX prices on RX Saver app. Can you please match the other guys. When retired on a fixed income this is always a consideration. Id really like to get all RX at Walgreens, but I have to go where it is cheapest, especially for my mother’s Alzheimer’s meds. Thank you for asking for feedback.

Pharmacy is the worst I have every dealt with. Walking in the entrance your first impression is lack of organization and cleanliness. You can definitely tell the manager has zero control of this establishment. Would not recommend visiting this location and I will definitely spread the word.
