Just used the dog wash for the first time. Super clean facility, easy to get the dog in and out. Unfortunately I didn't understand during the wash that the obnoxious clicking sound was an indication that the soap was out until 4 minutes in... switched to flea soap and finally got some suds. I would have liked to have the time to actually wash the dog!! Will call owner and see what comes of that. I'd love to bring him back for another wash in a month!

This car wash used to be a nice, quality friendly environment where people could have a quality car/dog wash for great prices. Since ownership has changed, prices have gone up, quality has gone down, and the new owner is not so nice to people passing through. I won't be coming back

I like this car wash and dog wash, I've used both. I live in the area. Maintenance is at a high level. The equipment functions as expected. The dog wash areas are very humid. I don't know if there's a solution for this due to the inherent nature of the small yet appropriately sized rooms.

I used a self serve bay to was my car and had a great experience. This was probably the cleanest car wash I have been to. However, little while later, I noticed that my trunk panel had brush like scratches across the entire panel that were not there before. This was not one scratch, but this was many across the entire panel, and they are exactly like if the foam brush caused them. I am 100% sure that they were not there before the was. This is ridiculous, and I would highly recommend you do NOT use this car wash unless you want to scratch your car up.

A great spot to get your car cleaned up, and it feels good to do it yourself! It's more affordable than drive thru car washes and the vacuum is a good deal too. They even have scented upholstery spray with the vacuum! The ability to pay with a card makes it easy and convenient. The only thing I wish they had was a change machine that takes a card. I'd pay $3 for $2 in quarters for the convenience to use the vacuum. I'm the type of person who rarely carries cash. I haven't washed my dog here because I don't have a dog 😥. Overall great spot, and convenient. 🤩

While I cannot speak for the Dog Wash portion, the Car Wash has always been great. I've probably been here a dozen times with my Jeep and really appreciate the mud bay. I've never had any issues both with my credit card and with the equipment itself. The owner has come by a few times just to ask how things are going. Very friendly. For a self serve car wash I don't think you can ask for more.

Hands down the best car wash I have ever used. The pre soak actually stays on your vehicle as it’s a thick foam, the soap cleans the car very well, the water pressure is amazing, and the wax leaves your car shiny as can be! Both the self serve and automatic bays work very well as well as the dog washes to leave your car and your k-9 happy and fresh! Great wash!

5 stars - Would wash again I love the dog wash here. It's easy to get my very anxious, very big dog in and out! Convenient. So, so, SO much easier, faster, BETTER than trying to wash her in the bathtub. Totally worth $12 for 10 minutes. It's also always clean and well maintained. The dog wash has a Disinfectant selection that they ask you to use to wash the tub when you're done. Today we saw the manager/owner go in and clean up the room immediately after the dog who was there before us was finished. Great management.

This is my first time here to Action Jackson car and dog wash. What's really nice my dogs loved it and I have four dogs but I gave two of my littlest ones a bath today. Really the only thing that I seen was the 1st dog wash area I went into was really messy lots and lots of dog hair from the previous customer didn't have enough respect to rince out the wash tub. But the one I used was clean and Iade sure to rinse and sanitize the tub when I was done. I'm definitely recommending this place a good place to get both your dog and your car nice and clean

The guy working at this place is a jerk!!! Showed up to wash my van and the card reader wasn’t working so I was waiting to go to another stall as they were all in use. So was wetting down the extremely dirty spots with the trickle of water that was coming out of the wand and this grumbling employee walks up and yells at me for not paying to wash my van. I tried explaining and he walked away yelling at me that I was a “CHEAP BUGGER!!!” This is the only location in the area that has the style of car wash, I also brought my Corvette here to wash by hand and use the brush on the wheels, tired of starting my routine routine and there he was again to yell at me saying I needed to start paying Before I start using the equipment. I have four cars that I only washed by hand and unfortunately, now I’m gonna have to go completely different location because of this a hole!!

This is a very well maintained facility. I use the self-wash bays regularly and have zero complaints. There is always a staff member on site - I believe the owner is there often. The equipment in the self-wash bays is always in good shape. Everything works. Water pressure is good. I have not used the auto-wash bay but it is always busy! Anyone complaining about the auto-wash bay not cleaning your car fully - get out and wash it by hand. Also, who tries to bring their own soap to a car wash?? And then leaves a 1 star review when asked not to do that. What world do you live in?! GREAT CAR WASH! It’s earned my business.

UPDATE 12/30/2021: this used to be my go to car wash, as you can see by my review a year ago below. Unfortunately, the prices have gone up $3-4 for each level of wash and they changed out the automatic system. What used to be a good thorough (for an automatic car wash) wash, is now about 60 seconds and not nearly as good. It’s unfortunate, as I loved this car wash, but will no longer come back due to the increased prices and lack luster system. I’ll now be on the lookout for my new favorite. Had to change my rating from 5 stars to 1. 2020: Great automatic car wash!! I’m always hesitant to use these car washes, as they never fully clean the car and end up being a waste of money. This one however actually cleaned my absolutely filthy Honda Civic!! I bought the $9, as I didn’t want to spend the extra couple bucks knowing these car washes are usually a waste, but wanted the dryer portion that the $8 didn’t have. I was blown away by the the wash! It was totally worth it!!! The water pressure was super strong and I could see the steam coming off the equipment. I’ll definitely be back again!!!! Thanks!!!

BEWARE!!!! DON’T USE High pressure laser wash!!! So high cracked my windshield top to bottom. Person who responded told me they just adjust the PSI last week…hmmm very peculiar! The sender mentioned “I was the first of 13000 vehicles to report this…” I was given a list of excuses for them not to accept responsibility of the damage caused using your car wash services. Saying “if they fixed a chip in my windshield they would have to fix cars that come thru there and try to scam them on new windshields….” What?….. Some excuses were temperature change and “possible rock chip not visible”, so I was at fault , sorry, hope you understand we won’t be repairing. While these may have or may not have been true, the damage happened inside of your tunnel nonetheless deeming you responsible no matter the logic and science you attempt to explain. Good day sir! 🫡

I would say that this is a very well maintained. Location provides adequate holes fresher, along with a great experience for the automatic car wash. This also allows for those that own pets to be able to wash their furry friends at the same location. This is a great location in the Littleton/Southglenn area.
