Had to get a second key for my daughter’s car. Unfortunately it had to be specially cut. Yes it was expensive but the service crew and Armando were very helpful. When we arrived we figured a 30 min wait or so, but they said it would be 90 mins. Armando drove us to black bear diner so we could eat breakfast and he picked us up. When we arrived, the key was ready.

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change online for a week out and thought I would be fine because I had another vehicle, but then my other vehicle went out and here I was stressing on what I was going to do since my Kona really needed an oil change and I still had a few days before my appointment. I called and spoke to Jeff, told him what was going on, and he told me go ahead and bring it in today and we will get you serviced! I got my car in immediately and that day I had my services done. All of the staff members were so nice and so helpful with everything when I arrived. Hands down, the best service I’ve had in a long time!
