Arron did an extraordinary job in detailing our family SUV (Honda Pilot). Car is almost 10 years and we generally make long trips with it. I might mention we have two young kids as well. Car was never detailed before and had 10 years worth of dirt, grim, food, and other stuff generally in cup holders, carpet,under seats, gas tank door, door well, that hard to reach area between seat and center console, etc. Don't get me wrong as we periodically clean the inside ourselves and we clean the outside and undercarriage in Ephrata at Mister Car Wash. What Arron did was take cleaning to the next level. The inside was brought to look next to new. We were impressed with the way the carpet looked as we have tried cleaning this ourselves without success with regular vacuum and steam cleaning. While we have WeatherTech mats, stuff still get between and under; this was an eyesore. Carpet had a lot dirt, stains, sand, food,etc. To me this alone made it worth doing. Seemingly not a spot was missed on the inside granted there are some scratched that are permanent and cannot be fixed as it is still a 10 year old car. The outside side, on the other hand, looked next to new. What I thought were permanent stains on the paint were removed. Wheels, wheel well, door well (including trunk), roof, under carriage, gas tank door cover was all made to look spot less as these are area we never truly cleaned thoroughly. A ceramic coating was also used to protect the paint. It was hard to complain when the service was so good. I would recommend this detailer and would certainly use his services again.

WOW is a good name for them. The young lady who answered the phone was very courteous, professional and helpful in setting up my appointment. The detailing itself exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t believe he was here for about 7 hours and the results show. I would recommend their service to anyone. I imagine they could even come to your job and do your car while you are at work because they didn’t need to use my hose or anything. I know what to get my wife for a gift now too!

Service: Winter Special (WOW Extreme Hand Car Wash and WOW Supreme Interior Detail.) Long story short, I left my sunroof open during a rain storm and needed my interior detail. Reception was very helpful and knowledgeable. Maria was able to get me an appointment schedule relatively quickly. Arron is a pleasant guy to talk to and was understanding of my situation. He took measures to remove any remaining rain water from the interior before cleaning. Overall, I think Arron did an amazing job on the interior and exterior detail. Addionally, he also buffed out some scratches in the paint for me, it looks amazing as well (No before and after photos unfortunately). Photos attached, some taken by Arron and some by myself. The photos taken by me were taken 1 week after the detailing service, mainly due to wanting to wait for nicer weather. Overall experience: Excellent and would recommend to anyone needing their car detailed.
