I researched the reviews from other shops in the area and decided that VRD customs was the shop for my complete Full Car expel PPF installation their customer service is absolutely outstanding great communication, The installation on my Corvette Z06 2023 was over and above any of my expectations. They are a very very professional. I also had them install a front lip spoiler which came out perfect their pricing is very fair and actually a bargain. just a great family owned business that’s all hands-on I highly recommend them to anybody that’s thinking of doing ceramic coating. PPF detailing their hands down the best around.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mark for the installation of my PPF, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Mark went above and beyond to meet my needs, providing excellent suggestions when I was indecisive about the design. His attention to detail and willingness to accommodate all my after-sale requests, no matter how nitpicky, was commendable. These guys are the real deal if you want perfection and a quality product. I brought a brand new RAM 2500 over to get a XPEL PPF put on it and it came out perfect. Excellent work, and very professional. I took my 2021 6.7 F-350 Platinum Tremor to VRD for a chrome delete with PPF, window tint and ceramic coating. Mark did a fantastic job and took great care of my truck. I ended up trading that truck in on a 2022 6.7 F-350 Platinum Tremor. Because of how well Mark took care of me on the first truck I didn’t even think twice about bringing the new one back to him. Before I even took delivery of the new truck I had scheduled with Mark to do the exact same thing with the ‘22. Mark did just as great of a job the second time around. Had my Cybertruck wrapped in PPF and windows tinted and the results were beyond my expectations, it was literally perfect, the first series of the Cybertruck has special “Foundation Series” etching in the metal that I in the back of my head was a little upset that was going to be covered up by the wrap, but he surprised me and cut an exact copy of the badging in matte black and put it where the original badging was. Mark is an artist, I picked VRD Customs based on Google Reviews and drove over an hour, even with several other customs shops that are closer and without question would do it again. When you pick up your vehicle you can sense the pride he has in his work, which directly impacts the quality you get going here. If you start talking about wrapping your vehicle with people, seems like everyone has a friend or cousin that can “wrap your car for cheap”. But go where you know you are going to get quality, you won’t regret it.

I highly recommend Mark @ Vrd Customs and am so glad I chose this shop over a few closer locations. Just went in for a 6 month checkup and was pleasantly surprised with Mark’s attention to detail. He definitely takes pride in his work and it shows. My Mustang was wrapped with Clear Xpel PPF and finished off with a Ceramic Coating & Tints. Six months later, the shine is still insane…it almost looks like black chrome from an angle.

If I could, I’d give VRD Customs 10 stars. It’s refreshing to see a shop that cares more about quality than quantity, takes pride in their work, thinks out of the box, and treats their customers like family. I’ve had many services performed, including full custom print wrap and accents, Xpel PPF, ceramic coating, gloss carbon PPF on roof and wing, two sets of wheels wrapped, taillight tint, decals, and removal of previous wrap/PPF. The work always looks perfect and any regular maintenance to the wrap is addressed promptly. Over the past 14 months, Vrd has always been very accommodating with my hectic schedule and gone above and beyond to ensure I’m not inconvenienced or left without my car for any length of time. Not only did they perform the work that was agreed upon, but I was pleasantly surprised when they enhanced a few things on my car and even noticed a broken headlight sprayer and ordered and installed the part for me. I also had an incident that caused scratches to the wrap on my passenger door. I thought for sure I’d have to live with the scratches or replace the wrap, but Vrd was able to remove all of the scratches from the vinyl wrap, leaving it looking perfect again. For me, the one thing that impressed me the most was their genuine desire to make sure I was going to be happy with the final product. Certain aspects of the custom print wrap design looked great on paper, but once the installation started, the colors and accents looked a little off. Mark stayed in constant contact with me and asked me to stop by and see it for myself. This open communication and not feeling like a number in a long assembly line went a long way. I’ve dealt with many different shops over the last 7 years and my experience at VRD has been nothing but positive. Many people, including other wrap installers and wrap shop owners have approached me asking if my car is wrapped or painted and which shop did the work. They are the epitome of professionalism and masters at their craft.

I just was able to purchase, the new MB CLE53, and decided to protect it.I came across VRD Customs’ page on IG some years ago and I just want to say that the work exhibited on their page and the work that they have completed are equally excellent, and par to none. Mark and his dad, Albert, went above and beyond for me and my car. They were honest, caring and receptive to any questions and/or concerns I had. It was especially difficult to powder coat my wheels, but even through that process they were professional, transparent and produced a great result. Mark did an amazing job on my mini-cooper. He was so easy to work with. He was able to create the fun image I had for my car, turning it from a boring sage green to this colorful ride.
