I've frequented this place as an inexpensive alternative to some of the pricier places in town. I've never had a bad experience until today. I went through their automated car wash and my vehicle went off the track and almost caused me to wreck. No, Mr. Owner, I didn't apply the brake. It just slipped off the track. I drove out of there after several pops in my suspension but survived. Upon returning home, I looked at my car to see if there was any damage and while there wasn't any that I could see, I did notice that my car was still dirty. I'm very much disappointed and won't be coming back.

I don’t know what purpose the employees at this location even serve. There are never any towels available in the buckets and half of the equipment doesn’t work properly. I don’t know if they just hang out in the office the whole time but even if they are making minimum wage, they are overpaid. This might be the first car wash to ever go out of business.

Came in about a week ago with a muddied up Jeep. The owner/manager happened to be near the entrance and pointed it out to the crew. The guys made sure to spend some extra time power washing, and they did a great job. Wasn't a drop of mud on my paint when I left. Much appreciated

People here are really great. I needed air in my tires, Andrew filled ask 4. He was super nice and quick. Great wash and vacuums are really strong. It's really clean and always stocked. Always take my cars there. 😊*** UPDATE*** They now have colored soaps and a mat cleaner that works amazing!!!

Been going here for months. Staff is always nice, discontinued my membership because often there were no towels, or the towels left oily streaks on my car. I tried again yesterday (because it is close to my home) and there were towels, but I had brought my own this time. Problem is, I purchased the Ultimate wash and the machine only washed the sides of my car. None of the top brushes or the Dry & Shine worked.

I came to this car wash this morning in my truck. And they ran my truck through the wash and did not say anything to me. After the wash I noticed it did not wash the top of my truck. I went up to the employee and told her my concern. She said she turned it off because I had racks that were lower than the top of my roof which Cobblestone washes all the time. They refused to wash the top of my truck properly because they left the hood and the top of the truck with bird poop on it. I asked them to give me a refund and they said no. I said I would post a bad review. And they said go ahead. I don't care. The gifemale manager was very. Inconsiderate of my situation of me paying $15 for a car that should include washing the hood and a top of my truck especially having bird poop still on it, I asked for management. She said she was the manager. I asked for the manager above her.She said he'll tell you the same thing.And I said I would still like to talk to him. She then said, just go ahead and post a bad review.I don't care. I will never come to this car wash again even though it was convenient because it's close to my house And I will go back to cobblestone car wash because they provide a higher level customer service and care about the customer rather than keeping someone's money and not doing a proper wash. I shared how my truck looked with other customers that were They're cleaning their cars and they were appalled by the Customer service that I received. I can see why they dont care about reviews as they seem to be busy and in my opinion dont care about reviews as it does not effect their business.The Boss Above her showed up but did not bother to come and talk to me.

Been going here for over a year and was great. Over the last couple months quality of wash (are they skimping on water and soap to save money) has been dropping. Vacuums are all starting to break off hose but they don’t repair. More and more of them broken. Lastly, they keep running out of dash wipes and freshners. Supposed to include buy seem to regularly be out when I go.

I wish I lived closer, as I would totally frequent this car wash based on our wonderful experience at the Haunted Car Wash!! It was such a fabulous experience! The staff knew the perfect mix between being terrifying and befriending my boys. It is a great deal considering you get a car wash AND the staff weaves in and out of the wait line to spook you well before the actual car wash. The decor was a great touch too. Thank you for putting on such a wonderful event, and for the car wash too!

Coming here on a weekly basis to get my car washed with the same selection and prices provided. I’m sort of confused with the younger kid charging more and with no respect started to argue. I’m a paying customer and if I feel price is changed on privilege, I will question why? If your employee are charging customers more and not selecting proper paid wash.

Do not like that on numerous occasions they were closed before 8pm like stated... I work late and sometimes don't get there until 630-7 pm and to find them closed does not make me happy . Latest was just last week . Closed 6:30!!??.. Even told the owner (Joseph) about this and sure enough, it happened just a couple days later . Closed before 8.... Closed my account and taking my 4 cars to get washed down the street (Riggs and AZ).. Always open till 8!! See the picture I took with it closed at only 6:30 just the other day again...bad business

The car wash ripped off my windshield wiper and attendant said was we’re not responsible. Understood but was second time it broke something off. Machinery must not be well calibrated or maintained.

Monday afternoon, 3:00, not a single clean towel at any bay for drying my car off after the wash. Why advertise clean towels if none are to be found? I'll go down the street toward Riggs and try that one next time.

I was offered a special deal with unlimited washes using auto payments and I said NO, just this one time wash please. I found they been charging me for over a year monthly charges and here I been getting car washes all year at a few different car wash businesses. I NEVER gave permission for them to charge my card. I never joined their special. I never was able to reach anyone in this place. Karma is coming to the person who signed me up after I said no. Also to the owner.

I could say it's a good car wash; the cheap prices and although there are some dirty details left, I must say that the vacuum cleaner part is excellent because they are very powerful, and they are also for free

Pretty standard car wash but they offer a TERRIBLE customer experience. I recently moved and left multiple voicemails and Facebook messages to cancel my subscription. I eventually got on the phone with an employee, where I requested both a cancellation to my subscription as well as a refund on my most recent charge. The employee told me the owner doesn’t like to provide refunds and that they don’t really support a good cancellation/refund process. I was floored that the employee told me these details.

I went into the car wash to cancel my monthly subscription 3 years ago and they have been charging me monthly ever since. I have called dozens of times (nobody picks up), sent numerous emails with no response. Be cautious if you plan on purchasing a monthly subscription, it will NEVER stop!

My first car wash was great! They offered free car fresheners, cleaning wipes and towels. After I signed up, my next several car washes have been disappointing. There have been no car scents or wipes, and my car was not even close to clean on the outside. I basically have to clean off the whole outside again as it did not get cleaned properly. There are rarely any towels at the vacuums and if there are, they are bone dry. I am trying to figure out how to cancel my membership but am having difficulty finding a way to do this.

I've been coming to this car wash since it opened. When it first opened it was the best in the area but the quality has steadily been dropping over time. I've got four vehicles so I clean at least one to two a week. A few days ago I ran one through and the pre clean, the wash and dry were the worst ever. I returned today and it was the same but even worse there weren't enough drying rags available so I had to run between stations looking for rags to complete my vehicle. Needless to say I ended up with a bunch of dried water spots and wasn't happy. I'll return next week to do another vehicle and if it's not much better than this week's experience it will be my last time. There's a lot of options nearby so get it right or I'll be gone.
