If your posted opening time is 7 AM, customers should be able to enter the car wash at that time. If maintenance is required, staff should be trained to inform waiting customers rather than displaying a negative attitude when someone proceeds past the cones after waiting for an extended period. Clear communication and professionalism would greatly improve the customer experience.

This car wash is spectacular. It has everything you need to clean your entire car after driving through the wash tunnel. The best car wash by far. ... beats all of the others at the same price! I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Having worked at a few car washes myself, I can highly recommend this place not only for the smooth belt driven system that only a few washes have, but also the amenities are top notch. Everything was clean, the basic wash itself I would rate 7.5/10 (missed some roof spots), but the overall cleanliness and price was worth it. Braydon helped me out a ton. Thanks!

They got new guy Payton or Dayton white guy with glasses doesn’t know how to talk to Coustmer is rude since day one this not the first time will not come here no more going back to cobble stone car wash where much nicer pppl work there and it’s cheaper and they close 7:30 not 6 pm and they drying clothes smell better

My monthly subscription has gone up twice in the last year. One more and I'm out!!! Greed at its worst!!! Where was my notification either via email or phone SMS? Shacking my head at you greedy people.

I was so excited to have a car wash closer to me with towels. I went through and received significant damage. I was super bummed about this! I know my car and the dings, scratches, etc. I went to inform them of what was done and there wasn’t even an apology. I get all car washes come with this chance, but it doesn’t negate the fact that there was no ownership or apology to what happened. Reply: I had gone a few days prior to the picture and the car wash had created one of the scrapped off places. I came a second time and received the second one. I have never had a manager reach out to me nor shown me footage of either incident. Trust me, I would love to see this myself!

It’s a good carwash. The only negative is the late opening on Sundays at 9am where their two nearby competitors are already open. I’d rather not switch my membership but you have to do what you have to do.

My car wash experience was actually pretty nice. The deluxe wash is just $10, which is good enough for a quick wash after a rain, and their membership plan is pretty sweet because you get unlimited washes. The deluxe membership comes with a clean car guarantee and is less than $1 dollar a day. This will be perfect for me. There is an assistant who will help you choose the wash types. Sam, thank you for explaining everything to me! It was so helpful.

I don't recommend this place. Since I became a member, I've seen how things work here. Sometimes you go there and it's closed without any prior notice. They don't notify you in advance that they're going to close. This is the second time they've increased the membership fee without prior notice. They're a mess. I do not recommend this place.

State of the art car wash facility with quick, conveyer belt washing system. If you’re looking for a quick and convenient place to get your car cleaned, look no further. The fee to use towels and mat cleaners are particularly nice features. 10/10

The people working there act as though they work for a 5 star detail shop or something. This car wash SUCKS! The wash is short and does not touch half of the car, the soap is not fully rinsed, not all the dirt and bugs are removed and employees act like you personally insulted them when you ask for a rewash. YOU ARE NOT A 5 STAR DETAIL SHOP OR EVEN A DECENT CAR WASH not for the money, drive a little bit and find a better place.

Great new car wash. They have cleaning towels that is amazing free of charge along with vacuum and air hose. This is cool benefit of washing there. Love it and their prices are reasonable compared to other washes down the road. Will be my go to wash. Good luck to the team.

I have a subscription and have been going here for the last year+. I transferred here from cobblestone down the street after having a bad experience and terrible service. Every time I pull in here to Vibe, if I need help there is always somebody available to help me. As of recently there is the SWEETEST gentleman who directs you when driving into the carwash and sprays your car. He is always so happy and it genuinely makes my day. He is the reason I am writing this review. Vibe has the spot air cleaner, the wash cloths, and good vacuums. I recommend!

First off I was supposed to have a subscription to this car wash, I have been coming here for atleast 2 plus years with a subscription, and before that since they opened. And for some reason my subscription did not go through. Normally they have someone there to fix the problem at the card reader. They sat in the office in view of me, and just looking at me. Not a big deal, paid for my wash and went through figured I would deal with it after I got my vehicle through the wash. 3 of the rotating brushes did not work. And then when I got in to the drying cycle, my vehicle was half way in and half way out of the building, never got a green light to go, the car wash stopped. The person came and told me to pull out that it was done. Had to rev my vehicle a little to get it to move because of the rollers. My vehicle was not clean and not dried. So I went to complain. The two women in the office were less than helpful, did not offer to run it through again or to get my subscription reinstated. For the last year ive noticed this place has had issues with personal turn over and equipment failures, this was the last straw. There are two better car washes just up the street on smokey hill, might be a little more money, but I am paying more for quality personal and equipment the works.

The car wash is adequate. There is no tire cleaning to speak of or shine. If you have a dark colored vehicle, you won't be able to wash without drying it by hand. The blowers can't blow it all and the rinse at the end of the cycle doesn't really rinse. They do provide the microfiber cloths. The vacuums are dependable.

Unhelpful customer service, the classic wash does not do the rims and quality of service is not important to on site manager payte. Was told that the kiosk explains it but in no way does it say “do you want to buy a bad wash, we won’t try to make it right”

Today my vehicle was on the automated conveyor (“magic carpet”) system, and I placed the vehicle in neutral as instructed by posted signage and staff. While on the conveyor, the vehicle directly in front of me failed to move forward and came to a stop. As a result, the conveyor continued to move my vehicle forward, causing my vehicle to make contact with the rear of the vehicle in front of me. I did not accelerate or brake, I tried to honk to get attention. Attendant failed to intervene and shut off the belt. No active monitoring. Negligence!

Car wash prices have gone up and the quality of the washes have significantly declined at the same time! You are not the only car wash in town. I thought Mister car wash was bad but you guys have taking the spot. You get retention customers when you provide great service. This includes the wash itself and the customer service... I should not have to waste my dang time going to your website to find and show your employees that a premium wash is eligible for a rewash if the 1st is not satisfactory! They should know that and be courteous for the paying customer. Customer service 101... Not okay for your employees to not know their own policies nor have the ability to provide satisfactory customer service. Speaks about the owners ability to hold a high standard. Our water and Xcel bill have also gone up! Unfortunately for the owner... your reasoning and justification that you are cheaper than other local car washes won't keep you in the business for long. I don't wish that upon you though it's not okay to continue to use your rising operating costs to pass on to the customer and justify the price increase when the quality of wash also greatly declines. Your decision to use LESS WATER on your car wash machines and drastically increase the price is taking advantage of your local customers. That's what mister car wash pulled and their car wash is absolutely empty compared to how it was just 2 years ago. That place is hurting for customers and you guys are following suit. It's a shame because your car wash was fine back in 23 and 24. Now it's just like Mister car wash. I just drive right past vibe car wash as well as mister car wash on my way to cobblestone. I tried, just like many others, to support our locally owned businesses. It's very apparent these local owners aren't much different than a corporation.. money above customer satisfaction is their priority.

First impressions! Everyone had a smile on their faces. From payment attendant to the entry. My truck actually came out clean. No redo. Been to quite a few and had to take truck back in because it was still dirty. Recommend this place for sure! Oh...they have window cleaner bottles to help finalize the clean!
