I got an oil change. Get to my car and the latch is undone. I came inside to ask them about it and the guy just said it had to be pulled apart because the hood didn’t open. I wish he would have asked me before taking it apart. The part that makes me upset is that the guy didn’t even care. Didn’t even tell me what they had to do. I had to go ask. Never coming to this place again.

Very professional and friendly. They will not try to sell you items that you don't need and they give you a free car wash w/vac with an oil change! I stayed in my car during the oil change... a nice thing to be able to do... and was in and out in 10 minutes. The place is hidden in plain sight and is a great place to get an oil change or wash.

With so much competition, I was surprised with the underwhelming experience I had here. I felt herded. They seemed to not recognize their own coupon, they claimed that I was receiving a 10 one time credit for a $ regular car wash .so really it's a 5dollar credit smh, the the $5 off was met with lots of extra charges which weren't explained till I got a bill. They didn't check any other engine fluid like regular VALVOLINES that charge LESS, than this store. They left my oil change light on and rushed me through the car wash. Never agsin....

Great price, as they include a full service car wash with the oil change. Didn't try to upsell me with a bunch of stuff we did not need. Nice waiting area with an xbox as well. Clean restroom was a bonus. This is our new stop for an oil change!

Customer service was fine before. I got a coupon and brought it in and the guy doing my oil couldn’t tell me if they’d honor it or not. Said they “just let them bill it in there - I don’t know.” The man also barely looked me in the face and seemed inconvenienced with the whole job. I get having a bad day, but at least answer the customers’ questions. I came for the discount but likely won’t again because it’s out of my way and my receipt shows I didn’t get it.

This is my story. I went to change my oil as usual everything was fine. The next day I notice that it was missing a screw for the plate to protect the filter. I return the weekend so they can fix the plate. ( just find other screw and fix the issue) but to my surprise one of the tech told me that he is going to take out the plate that is no necessary because finding another screw will be impossible. lol I reply that my car was complete and I need the plate on it . Also the tech offer me to get off my car and resolve this situation outside , like threatening me. Then the manager ( I guess) talk to me and I move my car inside the shop and less than a minute find a screw and fix the plate. So next time be careful, check your car and make sure everything goes as should be.

Excellent service. They replaced my interior cabin filter that looked like it had the original (2014) filter that no one had ever ver checked. Everything was broken down and I didn't feel pressured or oversold. I highly recommend them. I am a single mom who doesn't speak car, I appreciated how the spoke to me on my level.

Antonio and his team are great! Very thorough and efficient. They give you a range of oils and prices. They check the car thoroughly. At the end you get a free, basic car wash (and you can add more car care if you want). Just the service I was looking for!!

I needed an oil change today and had the current $25 off coupon. If you Google Valvoline, it will show the coupons available to you at each location, and the coupon I was trying to use had come up under this location. I pulled up to the bay and let the guy know that I had a coupon. He was rude, angry and defensive and said they don’t take the coupon at this location despite the fact that online claims they do. I would have been willing to pay full price but his nasty attitude lost them a potential customer in me. I will not ever use them. I am down the road at Strickland Brothers having a much more pleasant experience.

I get my oil changed here due to it being a convenient location. But their diagnostic ability has a lot to be desired. The car wash is good, and the cleaning service is pretty good. Give a good tip, and you can expect better quality service at future visits.

I had originally went to another local establishment to only be told they didn’t have my filter. I ended up here to get an oil change. When I arrived, there were several vehicles in front of me. The wait time was very minimal. The service techs were very friendly and took extremely good care of my vehicle and communication was phenomenal. For the value of the oil change and a free car wash to boot, what’s not to love. Excellent Job. Will definitely go back.

Synthetic changes a little more expensive but I honestly don't mind since I get a full service car wash and detail afterward. Make sure not to forget to tip your detailers people! Some of the hardest working people!

Went in for an oil change on 5/16/25 & everything went great! They had my oil & cabin air filter changed in less than 15 minutes all while being able to sit in my vehicle. Customer service is top notch here in my opinion! They kept me updated on what was being done, gave me price quotes before performing service, & provided me with a coupon!

As far as the oil change went I was pleased. I couldn't do the car wash because it was raining, so I got a rain check and went back today. Wasn't happy at all didn't get a good look till I actually sit in the driver's seat and to think I gave him a $4 tip.

Like a lot of people, I hate going to get my oil changed. I tend to put it off, and I get nervous because I dont know about vehicles. But, I googled 'oil change near me', and Valvoline Express Care in Flowery Branch popped up. I was greeted right away, even though I was behind a couple of cars. Even so, it didnt take long for them to get to me. My oil technician Shane was very nice and helpful, and I felt comfortable to explain to him a bad experience I had taking my car to a different place. He assured me that wouldn't happen at Valvoline Express Care! All of my concerns were addressed, the entire process took 10 minutes, and it came with a free car wash! You can't ask for more than that! 🙂

PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Never in my life have I been treated this way and humiliated by a business like this. These people either lack a basic understanding of how to run a business or are CROOKS who do this type of thing to people regularly in order to scam them. When I arrived, I told the mechanic I had a coupon for $25 off an oil change. He said it was no problem and that the cashier would take care of it after the service. Based on this understanding I had the service done. When I go to pay, the cashier tells me they cannot honor the coupon. I told her she had to honor it because that was my agreement with the mechanic. She said that the agreement was not with her as if they are not part of the same company. I said I would not be paying until she agreed to charge me the price that was agreed upon: $72.99 minus the $25 discount. Rather than honor his word, the mechanic chose to call the police on me. While waiting for the police, the mechanics and the cashier began insulting me, calling me childish and ridiculous for insisting on using a coupon that their company doesn’t accept (despite that the mechanic agreed to accept it). The police said I had to pay what the company wanted or I would be arrested for “theft of service” since they had no proof and it was a he said/she said situation. I told the cashier I would be writing a bad review and disputing the charge as fraud on my credit card. With a smirk on her face, she said “Sunday is my last day”. So I’m wondering what is going on in this woman’s life that rather than appeasing a customer who could potentially come back for numerous auto services, she chose to ruin my day and treat me like a criminal over an insignificant price difference. I stood my ground on principle. Even if the difference was a dollar, they should have honored their word. Please do not subject yourself to these crooks and have your car serviced somewhere else.
