The car wash itself is fine. But shame on the owners/managers for staying open when Vancouver's air quality was off the charts hazardous. I drove by 4 times on Sunday September 13th and saw people getting thir car washed (shame on those people as well). The young men had to be outside washing windows and directing the cars. This company should be more worried about the safety of their employees than profits.

Car wash was good. I told the kid with the broken arm in a cast to not do the pre scrub. And despite them changing car soaps to the less colorful fun colors, the wash came out great

I love the soft touch of this place. My car has been in a few fender benders and so there are a few loose items like tag lights and so I feel apprehensive going into any wash. But this one is great I haven't lost anything yet. I love that my car looks beautiful afterwards and I love the pre-brushing done by the staff before the car is washed. Super convenient in the hazeldell location for me.

Horrible.. We had to go through twice and the car still wasn't clean with the twice time. They do a half a$$ job and do not care that it wasn't clean when you point out. No longer offers cleaning wipes for inside of your vehicle. I hate going here. the same thing happens every time.

Wow. It’s so clean and shiny, even the back end which was really dirty. I got the $13 wash. This place cleaned my car way better than the other two places I always go for a car wash. A couple minutes out of my way but worth it! VP Carwash, you have a new customer as I won’t be going back to those other places again!! Thank you 😊

Sometimes when I get gas at the station in this lot they give wash discounts. It is a nice treat. They always give a good scrub with the brush before sending you through and provide a wet towel for interior cleaning. Their top tier wash sprays a great colorful coating and their blowers are super strong. The vacuums are free with purchase in the gas station; you just have to ask.

The lady in front of me going through the car wash was not guided in correctly and I watched as her car jumped into the tire rack. Then at the end I’m not sure if it was her or the tie guide not working for her but I hit her car 2 times. No damage was done but really upsetting. I couldn’t see her and I started way later than her but some hope caught up to her. My car taped here 2x and finally she drove off. I saw her jump out to check for damage. She was gone before I could check with her and my car had no damage. Expensive plus vacuum is separate. I will stick to Oregon our car washes have free vacuuming and much cheaper. Better assistance and free wipes.

I would stay away. The people pre-brushing outside weren't even spraying water on to rinse it first, just starting on it with a wet brush out of a dirty bucket. By the time I got the person stopped there were light scratches in my front right fender from rubbing dirt in. Tried to call to complain, the phone just rings and rings, never answered, no voice-mail..

If you enjoy your car getting washed with sewage water, then this place is for you! Not only do the employees pretend to wash your car. My car never gets clean!

I love to get the works. It's not expensive, just 13.00 or so. And i tip the human pre-washers cause heck they do a great job and that is worth my giving them a nice tip. Hey they work hard in the heat and in the cold. I'm not rich, but i do like to give tips when i see great workers.

Asked attendant/employee for extra scrubbing. Purchased best package and tipped $5 and they chose to stand and chat instead of doing their job. It’s not that hard! I drove farther to get the hand wash. Not doing that again. I’ll wash it myself!

Never cleans the back side, even when they pre scrub with brushes. Wish they had brushes to operate in the opposite direction too. Guess I'll start hand washing. Nice staff though.
