“WOMAN STAY AWAY “ Rip off! I called for ONE tire and they tried to tell me it was almost $275 that was the cheapest. My brother already had called and when up there for me . I didn’t know. For him it was ONLY $101 for the cheapest tire. Smh 🤦‍♀️ horrible 😤

TOOK MY TRUCK FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF WHEEL BEARING AND LOWER ARMS. AT FIRST THE CHARGE WOULD HAVE BEEN 953.00. WITH IN AN HOUR WAS CALLED BY BY MAURICE SAYING ROTOR NEED REPLACING AND BRAKE PADS BECAUSE IT WAS METAL TO METAL. IF THAT WAS THE CASE IT WOULD BEEN MAKING AN ROARING SOUND. IN WHICH IT WAS NOT DOING. BUT I AGREED TO HAVE THE WORK DONE AT THE COST OF 1954.00. I HAVE TAKEN MY TRUCK BACK 3 TIMES BECAUSE OF THE SQUEAKING SOUND WHEN APPLYING MY BRAKES.ALSO MY TRUCK SWAYS VERY BAD WHEN SWAPPING TO THE RIGHT LANE. EVERY TIME IT THIS IT THAT. I BEEN DEALING WITH THIS PROBLEM FOR 2 MONTHS. THEY WORKED ON MY PASSENGER SIDE. BUT THE LAST TIME I TOOK MY TRUCK THEY PUT BRAKES PADS ON THE DRIVER SIDE. I NEVER SEEN BRAKE PADS COME TWO IN AN BOX IT ALWAYS 4 TO AN SET. THESE CHEAP BRAKE PADS CAUSE MY RIMS TO HAVE HEAVY BRAKE DUST BUILD UP AND STILL SQUEAKING AT TIMES. YESTERDAY WHEN CALLING FOR THE MANAGER THE FEMALE ANSWER THE PHONE SAID HE HAD WALKED TO THE BACK. SHE TOOK MY NUMBER FOR HIM TO CALL BACK THIS WAS AROUND 930 AM. SO SINCE HE DID’NT CALL BACK I CALL AGAIN AROUND 330. THIS TIME THE FEMALE SAID HE WAS AT LUNCH AND WOULD RETURN IN 20 MINUTES. NOW IT IS 125 AM THURSDAY MORNING I GUESS THE MANAGER STILL AT LUNCH. IM SO GLAD I WAS AT MY LAWYER OFFICE EACH TIME I CALL SO HE HEARD THE FEMALE TALK WITH AN VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE.

Not a bad deal on my tires, but trying to get your tires. Rotated is a ridiculous pain in the butt. They only do first come first serve and I work and they will not allow me to make an appointment for this. If you are a working individual who cannot take off an entire half of a day in order to get your tires rotated I do not recommend this place.
