These folks do amazing work!! The Tesla M3 didn't look this good driving off the lot 😂. Pete really knows what he is doing! M3 now has 5 year coating and is wrapped, the wrap follows the body components as they fold in for max protection. Best customer service and bang for your buck!

Rick (the owner) and his team did an excellent job with an Xpel Clear Bra installation on my new car. They have a superior attention to detail and took a lot of care in the prep work, installation, and post-installation sealant. The result is a flawless finish, and you cannot even tell there is film on the car. Rick was also very patient with me and took time to patiently explain all of the different options available along with the pros / cons of each. Other detailers were very pushy, and with Rick I felt confident that I chose the exact product that I needed. Unique is a very high quality and trustworthy business and I highly recommend working with them.

In the past I have done all of my own detailing and I am very meticulous and picky. Unique is the only place I trust with my cars. They have done detailing, PPF installation, chip touch ups, and PDR for me and the results have been excellent every time. I had them work on my Corvette which had a very expensive fresh show quality paint job on it. In a few cases I had special instructions for trim pieces I maintain myself and they accommodated that no problem. Pete is an excellent guy to deal with, friendly and very knowledgeable about his industry. I cannot recommend this shop enough.

I took my brand new car to UCC at the recommendation of a friend. It’s not an exotic car by any stretch of the imagination, but I want to do all I can to protect my investment. I am very pleased with the product, but the service was amazing. Pete spent time explaining the product and the process for the PPF wrapping, as well as the aftercare. Pricing was fair or better compared to other shops that provide similar service. You can really tell they take pride in the job and I really enjoyed working with Pete. I can’t recommend this shop enough.

9/23/17 Pete and his team did a fantastic job on my 2018 Audi S4 and 2017 BMW X5. I had standard plus Xpel package, ceramic coating, and tinting done on my S4 with just ceramic coating on the X5. Pete is very professional and consistently gave me updates on the progress of the cars. The prices are great and I'm recommending my friends to get their cars done here. Update 3/9/18 I traded in my Audi S4 for a 2018 BMW M3 Sapphire Black with Sakhir orange interior. I asked Rick and Pete to do Xpel paint protection film on full hood, full fenders, partial rear fenders, headlights, side pillars, carbon fiber mirrors, and carbon fiber roof along with ceramic coating for easier maintenance. Both of them are very professional and they were able to schedule to do my car the following week I got it. The dealer I traded my S4 gave me additional value on the car since the paint protection film was professionally done. Awesome work as always and this will be the only place I go to get my cars detailed.

This place isn't what its made up to be. Reached out via their website. Pete replied promptly to schedule an estimate. Clearly articulated my requirements to do a level 1 paint correction followed by Ceramic Pro coating on my Mercedes. While dropping off my vehicle, I realized the style of operations. It's a bunch of guys who get assigned to different sections of a vehicle. Each does their own work without any quality control. The result is a vastly unequal paint correction finish. Ceramic Pro as a product is frankly a marketing fraud. One needs to return every six months for a "top-up" session for the ceramic coating to continue being effective. I failed to do so. In less than a year, the ceramic coating had lost all of its water repelling capacity. UCC was a major disappointment and waste of money. Ended up redoing my vehicle with another specialist Who uses Opticoat rather than Ceramic Pro. The results are outstanding. Would strongly urge you to stay away from Ceramic Pro and Ultimate Car Care.
