I went in for a quick basic car wash and got out to new white stains all over my car. Went back a second time and the manager kindly let me through a second run thinking it would solve the issue but it didn’t. I feel like it made it worst and I can’t even scrub it out at the do it yourself car wash. I have to take my new car to get a detail....

Changed my car strats a couple months ago, but didn't locked or screwed it properly so my sway bars got damaged and costs me a lot to repair. Every time I bring my cars to them, they never locked the screws properly so I always ended up going back there to fix anything that comes wrong again.....I will never come back to that repair shop again.....they are damaging my car more so I can pay them more. Though they are friendly and give you free car wash....

Very nice place. I went to complete my smog test. The guy who assisted me was very nice. He completed the test in 20 minutes super fast. You can pay in cash or card. He gives you a copy of your smog test and show you that it passed. 2nd time coming here and I will continue coming.

1 hour 15min for oil change. Said it would be 20min. Been coming here for 6 years, would've been all good but the service member didn't seem to care at all. Had to get someone to pick up my filter. 1 star because at least the car wash is decent. Disappointed because this was my go to place.

$6.00 For a standard car wash if you want an upgrade even though it tells you on the machine that it’s a dollar they charge you seven in total you’ll be paying $13 which I think it’s a little bit misleading, or confusing. So be careful when you decide you’re gonna do an upgrade. Other than that service is good.

Been going there for the pasted 10 years , love the washes and the mechanics are awesome!!! They are fair and honest, Thomas the head mechanic is very helpful and knowledgeable. He is the main reason why I always go there to get my oil change/cars serviced done at their shop!

Went again and service was even better.I went due to a rainy day discount.Turned out I was the only customer for the day but they still stayed open I had an appointment.I just love the space.So much time was obviously taken on every detail.I could hang out their all day. The owner is awesome and his dog is pretty darn cute!. And my car looked better than it has probably since I bought it 11 years ago! he.I had the Stage 3 Detail.just such a lovely experience.I wish I was richer so I could get my car washed here every month!

I've been going to Unique car wash since they opened. But in the pass year I've noticed a drop in the quality of the wash service. I always get the $13.00 wash which is $14.00. It's supposed to give you tire dressing ( tire shine) I drive a 96 GMC Truck not a junker. Well today no tire shine. I put it on at home. I may not go back. Fast 5 may get my business. Firestone and Garfield. Same price plus 1/2 off your next visit.

Good local spot. I always come here for my car washes, oil changes, change headlights and when I need air in my tires. Customer service is good however they are sometimes no where to be found so it take a little longer for them to get to you. Nevertheless the job is always done. I would recommend this spot to others.

They broke my antenna off once, then another time more than 4 large scrapes. Left side... driver side all the way back to the gas tank. Tire damage Membership doesn't always work.

My car's roof rack was broken during the car wash. The attendant who rinsed my car prior to entering the wash tunnel did not indicate there would a problem. I contacted the owner and they refuse to take any responsibility for the damage to my car. I have been a long-time customer of this business, but no more. It's clear they only care about making money, even at the expense of customers. I will take my business elsewhere. There are plenty of options to us. Here are a few options: Fast5Xpress Car Wash, Downey Car Care Center, Everett's, Pros Auto Detailing

The car wash damaged my car and ripped off part of my spoiler. The manager and employees wouldn't help me. They gave me the bosses email. He ignored my emails and messages at work. I finally get his personal number and he still refuses insurance information. The camera that recorded the incident is supposedly too soapy to see anything. How convenient. He also claimed the damage was caused because I brought in a damaged spoiler. The car is 2 years old and 14k miles. The spoiler was fine. Don't bring your car here. Any accidental damage will be ignored and no one is helpful.

When you go here get the least expensive car wash they offer. I paid for the $18.00 car wash and there was no tire dressing and the car wasn’t even dried, it was worse than a basic wash. I went in to talk to someone, waited 15 minutes and no one ever showed up, the office is empty. I know they say that they apply Armour All by hand but when there are no hands to do it, it’s just robbery at that point. With the number of car washes in the area I would suggest to avoid this one and just go somewhere that will actually give you what you paid for.

Came to get my truck oil changed and this new guy never seen him there before changed it. Well he seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing. He came and asked if I wanted a new oil filter, I’m like yes that’s why I’m here. Well he took like 15 min to do the oil change and then charged more than the last Time $133 and when I got home my husband said let me check it. He did and he said he didn’t even change the filter it smelled my husband had changed it previously so he knows and that was disappointing was so mad because he charged me and didn’t change it. Never again.

$6 for basic wash. plenty of space to move around. clean all around. Also a person in the entrance does a little extra wash for the vehicle that's pretty cool. The first two left entrances for car wash the other two rights is for oil change and smog check. The only problem the polished after the air dry they were moving but barely touched my car. Don't know if it's because of my SUV. Vacuum works perfectly and dust blower works perfectly.

Stop by today, and I usually frequent the place on an emergency wash only because, let's face it, this place is horrible. But I need a wash badly. Now I expected to get a bad wash, so it was kinda my fault. But not only did I get a bad wash (typical). I was ripped off and wondered how many other people get cheated and there's no one to complain to, cause the owner is never there. But today might lead to a BBB complaint because I'm sure the owner knows he's purposely cheating people. I paid $18.00 for full service, and not only were my wheels (rims) not clean, but I had no tire shine. You can see where I touched the rims to show the dirt dust still on my wheels. The guy next to me said he also never gets his tire shine. I'm tired of this guy getting away with cheating everyone. It's time for a formal complaint.
