Had a great experience chatting with Johnny on the risk of washing my truck that I had recently installed after-market vinyl wrap on. He was very transparent in his suggestion and made sure he explained all the pros and cons of using an automated car wash. He took the time to communicate my options and I greatly appreciated it.

The car wash machine doesn't do a good job and the person's who are doing the scrubbing even a worst job and they act as if pointing that out is your fault after spending $25.00 for a car wash you want your car to be clean.

UPDATE: I dropped the review from a 3 star to a 2 star. This carwash just doesn't get my car clean, I really want it to because it's just such a convenient location for me. I think if the people that spray the car down before you go through the tunnel would focus more on the back of the cars, the cars would come out cleaner or I should say my car would come out cleaner. It also doesn't do a very good job on the wheels. I will update after a couple of more washes. I just paid for the top tier membership and it didn't get my car clean and it really didn't dry it, I'm talking really wet car that needs to be shamied off. I also paid $5 for the ceramics spray/coating but when I passed by that in the tunnel I didn't see anything coming out of the nozzles. Again I will update if it improves otherwise I will cancel my membership and try one of the other washes in town.

Wife took her car through here for the first & last time this week. A trim piece was damaged in the wash & flew off in the dryer. Employee retrieved & told her “just glue it back on” in a way that suggested that this is a common occurrence. I left messages with the cashier & on the manager’s voicemail to give me a call to discuss. I called & left messages for 5 days without a return call. When she called, she called my wife instead of calling me (who had left multiple messages) because that was going to be the path of least resistance. While the manager/owner was on the phone with my wife, she deflected the issue to being our issue even though my wife frequents other car washes & has never had a problem with her car. But was told that her car is old (2017 food explorer, common car in lees summit) it had to be loose if the dryer ripped it off & that one of the machines cleaning the car couldn’t have dislodged it because “those machines would move sand”-owner/manager — which is a great statement to put out when you own a car wash… We try to shop local when we can, but I have to recommend go car wash over lees summit. Can’t support a company that knows they have an issue & passes the blame onto their customers. I’d give less stars if possible.

Went and the lot was full. Walked up and asked gentleman if he was done/could move a parked car that looked like it was from the dealership that was not being cleaned. He told me that this car wash belonged to the dealership. I was thoroughly confused but he said that this was actually the dealerships detailing car wash. I double checked online and made sure I was in the right spot... I decided to just leave and find another car wash rather than argue with him.

New to the area and really needed a good vacuuming inside. The vacuums were very strong and I like how you have one on each side just for you, you don't have to share it. Also the free towels to wipe down was a plus. I didn't wash here yet because 4 highway days of driving I needed a manual spray down first. Dwayne was very nice and helpful, I stopped him and asked some questions. I'll definitely be a regular here and bringing my mom and her vehicle too.

Super friendly staff! We've been through 4 times in the last month and the staff are always nice...kinda like their glad you came by today. The car wash is a typical conveyor style that takes about 2:15 to get through. There are 4 levels of washes ranging from $10 to $25. Plenty of vacuum/detail stalls available. I think the overall wash quality is average and I hoped for a better cleaning of my wheels. The only complaint I have is with the quality of the drying fans. With each wash (2 separate cars) there was more water drops to hand dry than with other car washes. Overall, satisfied and will use again.

Love this car wash, but would make one recommendation. Is it possible to turn one of the blowers to dry your vehicle to face the back window when you are pulling out! It ALWAYS misses drying the back of the vehicle. I wonder how many other people would agree!
