It's fine. Didn't clean up perfect for 30$, which is kind of offensive, but truck was very dirty. Process for purchasing a wash makes no sense at all. Attendant takes your payment, produces a code and he inputs that into the self service kiosk.

We have been coming here for about over a year— EXCELLENT service! We have the monthly plan and definitely well worth it. The employees are full of energy and upbeat. The drying stations have always been full of the supplies needed to clean/dry out the car. I spoke to the manager, Lindsay, (8 Sep 2023) to let her know of the exceptional job they are doing! Keep up the great work team!!

Over the past few years, this location has gone downhill. I can’t remember a time where everything worked. Tonight the spot free rinse, one of the was stations, and the drying station was inoperable. Plus, none of the lights were working outside, not the check in island or the vacuum island. It’s 7pm and all of the customers are trying to dry and vacuum in the dark. Half of the vacuums were inoperable also. My family has canceled our membership. It’s a shame.

Great place to wash car if you dont have a show car. The ceramic coating will get ruined if you have had it coated. Gets car clean and shines tires. Satisfied with it. Wipe tires off befkfe leaving or it will sling tire shine on sides of car. Overall recommended over other wash businesses.

Terrible service....cloth at end is dirty when we get home it looks like someone throw a dirty towel n rub it down. Strat driving to PF to get car wahed.

Just spent 30 minutes stuck inside the car wash due to a piece broke off and hit the truck in front of me. No apologies or anything and my truck was still not cleaned

Service has tanked in the last several months. Long lines, slow, non- working readers at the gates. Pathetic and not worth my monthly subscription for 2 cars. Not worth $5. Not worth $1. Fast went from a great car wash place to the worst in the Tri Cities...worst in the U.S. worst in this galaxy! I'll be canceling both my memberships. Not worth the hassle!

I used to like coming to this car wash , Not anymore . You better think twice about joining this place . Anything happens to your car it's not their fault , They Literally WASH their hands off and you have to deal with this issue . I though highly of this company . They think that I am going to leave this alone . I already got a claim with my insurance company . If anyone else had a problem with this place , you better Speak up . I don't care what your policy is . You should be held accountable for your faulty equipment .

I enjoy the convenience of the Elizabethton Ultimate Shine. Though, there is a lack of dry towels. Majority of the provided towels are still heavily damp. How can I dry off my car with a wet towel? With that being said, it cannot soak up water effectively to dry off windows or exterior without streaks being left behind (as pictured below). It is also unfortunate that the vacuums aren’t as powerful as different locations in the Tri-cities, some do not even vacuum properly. I would rather drive 30 minutes out of my way for a proper cleaning. On the bright side, the staff is genuinely nice and helpful at the Elizabethton location.

The service we received today from Tiffany and Kaii was absolutely amazing! My husband's truck was filthy! They made sure it was spotless! Very professional and friendly! We couldn't possibly explain how wonderfully we were treated in a short review! Best car wash we have ever been to.

I have the monthly pass which is a pretty good deal. Unlimited trips to the car salon for 16 bucks... Free vacuuming and trash receptacles make car cleanup easy and convenient.

For the $20 car wash, I was disappointed. Multiple places on car that were not even touched. The wash touched no bugs and the car was covered in streaks. Vacuum hose was stopped up and the other hose was low on suction. Did like the cloths that were made available.
