1st good wash I've had in a while. Generally I do not like car washes but this one did a pretty good job especially if you are in a hurry or cannot wash at your place. Will not clean off bugs but otherwise was good. Hope they keep filters on their water clean so this continues.

I have been waiting for this location to open for months. I was so excited because it’s only a few minutes from my house. Going to Salem or NE Roanoke wasn’t convenient but Ultimate Shine car washes are, or had been the best in this area. I’ve been a fast pass customer for two years. This location was a big disappointment. As long as it took to open it shouldn’t feel thrown together and shoddy. Soap left on car, dryer ineffective leaving water on front and back of the vehicle and brush marks across the whole back of the car. Air nozzles at vacuum stations are plastic and have low pressure. Vacuum head came off of the hose in my hand. I had to try and hold it together the whole time I vacuumed. This is the only location with two way traffic from the vacuum stations. It created a bottleneck from people coming out of the wash and people trying to exit.

When we first joined I was very pleased. Now they do not clean the front and back before car enters. They are not good at lining people up which stops everything causing longer wait time.

The wash itself was good and the wax made my car really shine. Ultimate Shine Car Wash should be thrilled to have Ian on their team! He is such a nice young man and did a superb job of explaining everything to me. Unfortunately, one of the things he had to explain to me was for my next visit so that my side mounted front license plate won't get bent!

This place is great! I used to go to H2Glo and they are great for a mom and pop place, USCW is in another league. The wash is great, no matter what level wash you choose, there are employees stationed at the entrance of the tunnel that scrub your car before you go through. The facility has so many amenities it's crazy. Air duster, floor mat cleaning machine, two different vacuuming heads, wide and crevice as well as glass cleaner and towels on hand for detailing. If you have a membership, you can just drive up and the gate opens, no more 10 digit numbers or apps!

I got stuck in between two cars in the car wash. My front end and back end are scratched. The manager was suppose to call me and it’s been two days and not a word. Not a good way to run a business. If you go here don’t let them put you right behind a car on their bumper because you never know if the person in front of you even knows how to put their car in neutral or if they will have equipment malfunction which is what happened to me. They said they would look at the cameras and get back to me…crickets.

You have some guy waving you in while water is all over your windshield and door glass pointing to something you can’t see because the water. He starts hollering whoa whoa!! I’m like, what? Throwing my hands up at him out my side window he’s pointing at something again. I roll down my window and I ask, what? He starts pointing at something again and I’m like, use your words! I can’t see what you’re pointing at. I had no idea you put your vehicle in Neutral 🤷🏻♂️ I absolutely hate brush car washes (see photo). Risk of scratches in your paint. Whatever the bristles washed off the car ahead of you just gets all over your car. I went home and had to wipe all the dirt that out didn’t clean as well as see part of the bristles are broken off into my fender and bumper. I’m sorry Car Lover’s. I was in a rush for a birthday dinner date. I will not make the mistake again.

Great car wash, hours on the website need to be updated though. It says it opens at 8am, and as somebody who wanted a monthly membership to be able to run through the car wash some mornings before work, saying you open at 8am online, just to not be open at 8am, is a bit misleading. But it *is* a fantastic car wash otherwise.

First of all I've never had the thought cross my mind to invest in a carwash membership. However, my experience at Ultimate Shine changed that. I haven't experienced a more pleasant staff specifically (Dario) and all amenities provided to get the job done. My favorite of the amenities is a solid draw between the mat cleaner and the compressed air. The lot is well lit, well kept and it's not a challenge to locate an employee if something is needed. I recommend this business to others as I drove off this evening with a monthly package that will assure my vehicle stays clean!

Haven’t had a bad experience yet and I have been three times. The people are friendly, hours a very convenient and they even offer towels and an air chuck for your convenience. Overall a solid choice for a car wash in my opinion

Horrible customer experience! ***EDIT*** Below is true, but they did finally follow up and apologize. We had our sedan put through the car wash. It had a lot of tree drippings and dirt on it. The car wash totally missed the back window and trunk deck. We looped around and the first attendant was kind enough to let us through without charge. The second attendant however was just plain rude told us what was not going to get done and had to argue with him to try to squirt off the back deck to even try to get the car clean. Even after a second wash it still missed the back deck and the car really is still dirty too bad one employee didn't spend 30 more seconds and make sure our car was clean.

Big BIG thank you to Marc for reassuring me that I made the right choice getting a membership for Ultimate Shine! I initially came in because I wanted a membership; living at an apartment complex with trees lining the parking lot has made my car look absolutely disgusting every week. For months I've been looking for a carwash that offered memberships, but could also tailor the carwash to fit my needs. I have some aftermarket parts to my car, most notably, a wing that's drilled and mounted onto my hatchback. Even though it should be fine going through a touch carwash, I'm still nervous about it damaging my car. Marc explained to me that they could have a note on my account that would make it so that the top brushes would be turned off, so nothing would hit the top of my car and I wouldn't need to worry at all. I was floored! Every other place I've gone to would not have had anything similar, and I'm so stoked that I can now get washes daily and have my car taken care of, with less anxiety on my part. I will say, too, that Marc was super knowledgeable on the packages, very friendly and personable, and I'm glad we got to chat about our love of cars. 10/10! Give Marc a raise!

Got stuck behind a car with no explantion from workers as to why they weren't going even when I asked if the lane was still open. Why bother hiring 20 workers for an AUTOMATIC CAR WASH and they still can't do anything as simple as redirecting traffic. Unacceptable wait times. I backed all the way out and will be supporting Car Lovers down the street from now on.

Great experience today at the Wash on Electric Road. know I’m not spelling this employees name correctly. Demisha??? Something like this they had long braided hair and I believe glasses. Oh WOW talk about customer services. I got it today. Very helpful, explained all step by step and did it with professionalism and a great smile. I was told I made their day. However, my day was made. We rented from Turo a personal car 🚗 car renting app. I didn’t want to leave the truck 🛻 dirty so we patronized Ultimate car shine and paid for the wash 🧼 with wax. This rental truck did not come cleaned 🧽 and had a dull shine on the finish but when we dried the truck 🛻 there wash a nice wax shine ✨ on it. We also used the car 🚙 mat washer which did a great job 👏 because again we picked up the vehicle 🚗 dirty. There were 3 things rubber mats in back of the truck 🛻 that flew off goes through the car 🚗 wash and the service attendants were kind enough to shut off the wash 🧼 to retrieve them for us. It’s only missing a 5 star ⭐️ because the vacuum lot parking 🅿️ was a little dirty for early in the morning 😊

Use to get both size of vehicle clean before entering the car wash. They only do the driver’s side. Why the rest of the employees standing at the gate with no one there. This car wash use to be the best but going down hill. The last 3 times I been here very disappointed and I have three vehicles thanking about cancel my membership if it don’t get better.

Tl;dr: millions of scratches on my car after they ran me through without soap and water. Then, when they ran it through again, the car is still FILTHY. The full version: The brushes were running with literally no water or soap, which caused severe scratching across multiple areas of my car. When I drove out of the wash, the only thing wet was my tires, which was from when the attendant sprayed them down as I entered. While I was still inside the wash, the attendant noticed the malfunction and came running into the tunnel in an attempt to fix it. However, she was only able to reach the controls at the very end, just before the dryers, so the fix came far too late to prevent the damage. After I exited, I spoke with her, and she acknowledged that she noticed the system wasn’t running properly. While speaking with the attendant, the manager happened to call regarding unrelated payment terminal issues. The attendant explained to him that she was currently working with a customer who was having issues with her wash, and that the wash itself was malfunctioning. The attendant then advised me to run back through the wash. I expressed hesitation because I was concerned about causing even more damage to my vehicle, but I was ultimately convinced to try it. During the second pass, some water and soap were applied, but not much, and by that point the damage had already been done. Additionally, despite going through twice, my car is still extremely dirty. While I was there, I also observed the driver of a Nissan Titan preparing to run his truck back through the wash after seeing what happened with my vehicle, which suggests that other customers may have been experiencing similar issues. While writing this message, I spoke directly with the manager, who stated that the brushes were wet enough to prevent scratching. However, that is clearly not the case. I have photos taken from inside the wash, specifically at the end, right before the dryers, showing that my windows were completely bone dry. If the brushes had even minimal moisture, some amount of water or foam would have transferred onto the glass. As you know, soap is the lubrication that allows these brushes to glide over paint without causing damage, and it clearly was not being applied. All these millions of scratches on my car, just for the car wash not to even clean — despite going through twice. 0/10.
