I have used the ultimate shine car wash for around two years now. With that said my wheel wells seem to never get cleaned. They always gently use a power washer on the side of my vehicle, but never seem to hit the tires or the wheel wells. Well today was the final straw as you can see in the photos below the wheel wells are not clean. Neither are the tires. The mud you see on the ground was the mud that I had scraped out with my fingers. I asked to speak to the manager, and he was nice and told me that he would speak with employees to fix this issue for the future . I surely hope nobody else is having the same problems I’m having.

I don’t live near one of theses facilities so when I am in the Roanoke area at least once a month I go by for a wash. The girl in the entryway slapped a brush on the driver side never touching the passenger side. Next I’m on my way. Got tire shine on one tire and that’s it. Very disappointed. Usually it looks better than this but after this past time I can not recommend. For what it cost it should be great every time.

Brought my car for a wash. The machine malfunctioned at the wheel cleaning station and caused $700 worth of damage. I immediately talked to the manager who submitted a claim and viewed the cameras. They only offered me a few months of free car washes for the damage inflicted on my car. I spoke to cooperate and they said there was damage on my wheels beforehand even though their cameras show their wasn't any chipped scraped or missing paint on my wheels. Cooperate was very in rude. Refused to give me their name and hung up. I would never recommend going here. Plus my rim wasn't even cleaned. These photos were taken on the property right after the damage happened. Buyer beware.

I had an encounter with a worker there who had scraped my car and refused to admit he damaged my car. He was too busy talking to his coworker-girlfriend Elizabeth while on shift. Do not take service from these careless employees. Angel was the worker who damaged my vehicle and refused to let me speak with the manager.

I love Ultimate Shine. I have been using them since they first opened in Roanoke. It is the best automatic car wash I have EVER used. A good clean and dry. They have great vacuum, air guns, towels, and window cleaner for use after the wash that is complimentary. The monthly bill plan is a real deal. They offer a buff tunnel as well at some location. It is an additional cost, but does a great job as well. Ultimate makes keeping my vehicles clean a much easier job. Another benefit with monthly, you can use it at other cities when traveling where Ultimate Shine has locations. A great system in my experience.

I had a voucher for a $25 wash from corporate because the last two times I went the vacuums were off. This time, even being the best wash available it did not clean my vehicle and the vacuums were so weak they would not stay in the holders or clean up my toddlers crumbs. For some reason the wash shut off 3 times and sounded sn alarm as I was inside. These facilities used to be amazing and I'm just not sure at this point what is going on but it is disappointing. I had to clean my car by hand after leaving.
