My significant other had a little accident, resulting in some paint marring to the passenger side of his small SUV. We took it to the body shop of the dealership where he bought it and they quoted several thousand dollars to remove panels, etc. We thought that was a joke! Thankfully, the estimator suggested 12 West Detail, so we called and made an appointment. The young man did an exemplary job of washing and detailing the SUV as well as buffing out the marring, all for the sum of $135! We commend this local business and urge anyone who wants a job perfectly done to go to 12 West Detail!

Results of the detail was amazing! But timing not so much.. i had an appointment at 9:00am and never got my car until 4/5:00pm .. i showed up eventually because i was getting impatient waiting for them to call back. I was told it would only take 2/3 hours not the entire day..lol. They said they would call when they’re about 30min to an hour prior to it being done. They did call me around 1:00 to tell me they’re just now starting it… If they are overbooking don’t you think they would’ve told me prior to me even leaving? If i had a 9:00 appointment I’d assume it’s my spot & they’d start then not wait hours later to tell me they’re just now starting & do another clients car. If they had told me it would take 8 hours that’s fine , at-least I’d expect that. Would recommend if you don’t mind waiting all day! at least my car is pretty inside now though lol but don’t plan to go back unless they can be better at providing correct information.

When Twelve West Detail opened up near my work, I was excited to finally have a Detail shop that was conveniently located to my home and work. They did a great job on my Jeep, I purchased the Platinum package and it turned out amazing, far above my expectations. I soon returned back for a quick wash and that was very convenient when I only had a short time to leave my Jeep. The owner went above and beyond each time, even squeezing my Jeep in for the spur of the moment quick wash. You should definitely check them out. You won’t be disappointed. 12 west was amazing and went above and beyond!! I have 3 kids and my car (suburban) had never been detailed. It was a disaster from summer trips and was gross and desperately in need of a full clean inside and out. I thought they would get it “better” but not perfect. To say I was shocked when we got it back is an understatement! My car smelled clean, looked amazing, and it felt like a brand new car! I picked up my vehicle this afternoon from 12 West and to say I am impressed is an understatement. Parents of toddlers will understand that sometimes, your vehicle becomes a trap house on wheels, so to speak. That is exactly the condition that I dropped my vehicle off in, sand from last years beach trips, crumbs galore, and mystery carpet stains that would put your grandmothers carpet from 1975 to shame. All that being said, I picked up my vehicle and not a single trace was left of anything I just mentioned above, they were kind and communicative during the booking process, the day of, and when it came to pick up time. My car looks like I just drove it off of the lot again and it is so refreshing and gives me such peace of mind now. If you are reading this and on the fence about booking a detail, take this as your sign to do it. It is BEYOND worth its weight in gold and 12 west will be who I go to for every single trap house on wheels from this day forward. Thank you all again for your incredible attention to detail! :)

Let me tell you one thing, they know what they’re doing. Recently had someone try to run me off the road. I hit one of those PVC yellow poles on the side of the highway. They were able to buff out the spot completely, you Can’t even see it anymore. On top of that they did a full interior detail and I went ahead and sprung for the more expensive package which I will tell you if you want that new car feeling while still having something that is used, go for their platinum plus….. they literally gave my car. The brand new mirror shine finish that I wanted
