I ended up ordering a jack daddy system for my general. Upon install there were a couple of faulty parts, I contacted customer service and I received a response within 24 hours on a weekend. Wasn’t expecting such a quick response, even quicker I received a new set of bolts and nuts in the mail to replace the faulty set. Very impressed and would recommend to anyone! Tuff Trail Gear also honered me as a veteran with a hand written letter they sent with my replacement parts.
