WARNING: DO NOT PURCHASE FOR MEMBERSHIP. IT'S BAD SERVICE. Everything has been fine (we paid for every car wash) until they convinced me to purchase the monthly $16 wash. Since then, every time we drive through, they either don't spray soap or the sides aren't cleaned, or the guy who direct cars doesn't pre-spray our car at all. I made the complaint to one of the employees and he said they cannot do anything, it's how the machine is even though it was not like that before. He said if I don't like how it is, I can cancel the membership. Well, I should pay for the membership at somewhere else then.

Wowza, I don’t know how else to say how impressive Take 5 Car Wash is. They have it all, it’s a car lovers paradise! The staff and technicians are impeccably friendly, especially in this day and age. Khemo, was the absolute best as we needed help with a wash and detail to trade our car in to a dealership that day. Honestly, there’s not one thing they didn’t think of when it comes to cleaning your set of wheels and if you care about the interior and exterior of your car, this. Is your happy place. Prices are beyond reasonable and I wish they would open a chain in Colorado, because now nothing even compares to this there!

The automatic wash is ok, not very wowing even at its most expensive option. It will miss spots of you have curves in your car, but that's just how automatic car washes are. The vaccuums are terrible as we went through 3 spots just to find some that might have strong enough suction. We did end up finding one, but it was still annoying at how many had poor suction. While it is close by to a grocery store, I don't find it's convienece to be worth it for the quality.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The only drawback was that unlike other Take 5 car washes, I did not see any supplied towels for drying your vehicle or interior cleaning. I could have just missed them or they may not offer them due to theft. Nonetheless, your car will sparkle after visiting!

What a total garbage car wash and waste of money and time. A light rain would have washed my truck better. I have dirt everywhere, tires are dirty, sides are dirty, vacuumes don't have nearly enough power to accomplish anything for interior. Don't know what the purpose of the guy in the beginning is with the hose to spray down the vehicle for 0.2 seconds on only one side. Do yourself a favor and spray your car with a hose for 2 minutes before wasting money here. It'll do more for your car.

I use this car wash, and it was broke. The attendant refused to refund my money and instead gave me a number to their corporate office. The corporate office stated they would reimburse me, and did not. After a month, I’ve still not received reimbursement.

2025 update! The thing that sucks the least about this car wash is the vacuum. The wash is fine but everything else is not good. Mat cleaners never work, vacuums consistently missing parts or the entire hose. A mess of cones everywhere. Please note they will post a generic reply to get in touch to make things right but they have the same issues after years and years. Don’t waste your time or money. The wash itself was fine. Prices on the website were significantly different from the prices at the machine. One vacuum hose was missing, one didn’t work, the other was fine. Person not at the entrance to the wash and then ran up to tell me I was too far in, but no signs indicating when to put in neutral. The worst of it is how dirty everything is. Garbage cans have not been emptied and there is trash all over the vacuum parking spots. Partial blame to the patrons but also blame to not emptying the cans. I will not return

This location is in need of some help. The employees all just stand around outside. The one that helps you drive in doesn’t even direct you if you’re off target for the track. He only pathetically pulled the trigger to spray the car for half a second, then leaves the wash. Vacuums do not work well at all. I use both the Taylorsville (when it was not under maintenance),and Murray locations and they are great. So it’s not allTake 5’s ,but this one needs an overhaul.

Do NOT get your car washed here. My car looked like I washed it with steel wool / sand paper on the top of the trunk, the top of the roof and along the driver’s side after a wash there on 5/27. It is so bad I took photos and called my insurance company. I filed a claim with Alicia, the assistant manager/ attendant, at this Supersonic Express an hour after my wash, who said “Manny”, the car wash manager, would get back to me. I’ve had absolutely no response and have reached out to their corporate office. The scratches are so significant that I’ll be filing a claim with small claims court. Absolutely horrible. Update: $1300 in damage from getting my car washed at this place. Supersonic never “looked into it” as they claim in their response below. If you get your car washed here, prepare yourself for this sort of damage and thug-level customer service.

STAY AWAY! Washes are down way too often. Lots are dirty and seem poorly maintained. I have a monthly pass that I need to correct for a new vehicle but the operator at 3300 South entered it incorrectly so I'm being charged for an additional car. I called the number for customer service but the operator is not authorized to issue credits. She supposedly elevated the inquiry but no one calls back nor emails nor fixes the problem despite multiple requests. There is no other way to contact them!

Don't wash your car here!!! This place caused over $1000 worth of damage to my new car and is now giving me the runaround and refusing to cover the damages that THEY caused due to their equipment malfunction and negligence! Everything was punted over to "corporate" and the people I interfaced with in person kept pushing me off and refused to help. The entire wash stopped functioning midway through but the belt kept pulling my car forward causing it to forcefully impact one of the rotating wash arms which dented and cracked my front bumper. When I brought the damage to the attention of management they wanted me to "come back another day" because it would "take a while" to fill out the paperwork for the claim. Well, I did come back another day and now they want to deny the claim because I "waited too long" and the damage "could've been caused by anything". Because a car that only has just over 1000 miles on it and barely been driven was dented only on its top front bumper by something else...use your COMMON SENSE, or maybe review your camera footage that you probably don't have on file anymore anyway (if you ever did at all) and then tell me I'm wrong... And good luck contacting corporate if you have issues...their number just punts you to an online form and there's zero way to speak to a human being. I understand that mistakes happen, but how you handle them and resolve them is what makes or breaks your reputation as a business! You wanna be inaccessible and unhelpful, fine by me, I’ll see you in small claims court.

Take 5 Car Wash is an excellent spot for keeping your car spotless! The employees are always friendly, fast, and attentive. They really go above and beyond to brighten your day and check if you need any special services or extras. I always leave with a super clean car— the vacuums are powerful, and their cleaning products leave everything shining. I highly recommend them, plus their monthly wash plans are a great deal!

I've been comming to this car wash for the past year and honestly the staff has always been so helpful. Today the gentleman at the stand (that helps you with your card transaction) was so nice. We need more positive people in this world lately. The experience i get here is always great and it's quick. They always have full cleaning detailing spray bottles and clean rags always. Honestly 1 of my favorite car wash places.

Its a carwash... your car will be cleaned, hands free. Free vacuums. One location for towels/spray bottles. Vacuums dont suck... moreso blow because its hard to vacuum up dirt. Overall its worth it. Might take time to detail the inside of vehicle

This location has absolutely turned to a dump after Take 5 took over. I’m not sure what my membership is paying for? It’s a literally a game each time I go to see which vacuum bays are actually working. Today, 5 bays were completely not functional, and the other bays, you were lucky if you got two functioning vacuums. Additionally, 9 times out of 10 you’ll get a vacuum hose that doesn’t have a head on it. I went to the stand to get interior wash and all of the bottles were empty. Some bottles were hanging up empty, some thrown on the bottom shelf empty…it looked like a tornado had gone through. The parking lot had trash all over it, and they have now removed both mat washers which were about the only good things about this location. Having a bad day every once in awhile, I get it! But these issues have persisted for months now, making it unenjoyable to visit this location.

I’m really frustrated with this place. The machine told me I’d used all my washes, even though I’m on the monthly plan. I had to wait about 20 minutes for someone to come help. Not a good experience, especially when everything should work smoothly.??? No one responded
