So the past couple days I've been dealing with a car nightmare! I came back from working out of town and after all the rain I came home to find I had a leak in my sunroof which made my car completly disgusting and moldy. After being duped by Stanley Steemer to clean just my carpets I called Drake to come detail the leather and help me just feel safe since mold can make you extremely sick. He was the nicest, most professional, hard working guy, and I just feel like when people do a great job they should receive some sort of praise! If you need any detailing work done please call him!

Very friendly staff, works with you on getting an appointment. However, very poor job on the detail at least for vehicles. Lots and lots of stuff missed. They didn't even really touch my roof until i pointed it out, didn't wash my windows except only half of my back window. Several other things but i don't want to list them all. The quality of work is something i would expect for a $50-75 dollar job not $200. The only reason they didn't get a lower rating is that the areas you are guaranteed to see looked fine overall a few minor spots which is tolerable, and the other thing is you go around and say what you see that they might have missed. But I wasn't going to sit there and point out every little mistake for an hour that's not my job and a waste of my time. Safe to say i will not be back, but i hope that my case is just a one time thing. EDIT: DRAKE called and expressed how this was not normal for the work that they do. personally came out and re-detailed my truck. Looks as good as new.

This past week I arranged to have my two vehicles detailed by Drake Robert Mobile Detailing. Due to the prolonged inclement weather in Pensacola my weekday appointment had to be scrubbed. I was contacted by there main office and also by Tyler, their Auto/Boat Detailing Technician. Tyler offered to come to my home and do the job on Sunday! Well Tyler showed up today, on-time and ready to work! I have an SUV and a F-150 Pick-up. I needed both completely detailed and headlamps polished. Tyler brought all of the equipment and I provided a water hose and an electric outlet. I could hardly believe the results. These vehicles look like two of the shiniest pennies you've ever seen. Drake Robert Mobile Detailing is now my go to detailers. Here's a little gem; we discussed what was needed, no pressure to buy expensive extra services that were not needed.

There are a ton of mobile detailers to choose from. There are a ton who don't really know what their doing either. Drake is amazing, he knows how to wet sand the boat properly and buff it back to a perfect shine that lasts. I have a 2010 Honda Crosstour...BLACK. I love the car, but the paint was beginning to look...I guess the best way to describe it is...flat...not even black. It had scratch marks from a car wash and "spider webbing" all making it look much older than a 2010. I thought it was a lost cause, then I found Drake of Drake's Mobile Detailing. This man is a magician. My car has never looked so good, not even on the day I bought it. It looks like a black mirror. I never expected it to look better than new but it does. I’m updating my review now that I finally learned what happened. The owner of Drake Mobile RV Detailing—who used to be one of the dominant and most reliable detailers in the area—had left for California for mission and church-related reasons. I had no idea he moved, and I’m honestly disappointed that there wasn’t a post or notice letting customers know he’d be gone. Many of us were wondering what happened. Now that he’s back after several years away, I’m restoring this to a 5-star review based on the quality of work he provided before he left. His detailing was always top-notch, consistent, and worth every dollar. My only recommendation is this: If major changes happen—like relocating or pausing operations—please communicate it with your customer base. Most of us would have fully understood and supported the mission work, and it would have prevented confusion. But in terms of skill, professionalism, and final results, Drake Mobile RV Detailing remains one of the best in the region. I look forward to seeing the business active again.

Drake and his team did a full wash and wax on our 44’ trawler in February. Drake explained the work and the products he would use prior to starting the job and he addressed all of our questions. We received a quote for the work via email and we were also able to pay on line. We also had him ceramic coat our deck and it cleans up easily now. Drake is helpful, professional and organized!
