When I pulled up to the payment station, the assistant manager (Samantha) came running over. She grabbed my credit card out of my hand and asked if I was from the area. Since I'm familiar with their tactics, I told her I'm not interested in joining their club. She kept asking why not, and I kept telling her I'm just not interested. We went back and forth several times before I forcefully told her to stop asking me to join the club, I just want a car wash. She asked what kind, and I said just the Basic wash. She laughed and said specifically what kind because "they're all basic" to her. I said the only one that specifically says "Basic". She again tried pushing me to join their club. After finally processing my credit card transaction, she then said I need to fold my mirrors in. I told her my mirrors don't fold. She said there must be a button inside to fold them. I again told her the mirrors don't fold. She then proceeded to push the driver mirror in an attempt to fold it, even though it does not fold. She pushed hard enough to make creaking noises (though nothing broke). I told her to stop pushing my mirror. She pushed one more time then said the car wash is not responsible for any mirror damage. I said I wanted to cancel this transaction and just leave. She said she couldn't cancel it. I eventually had her unlock a chain so I could leave the line and I cancelled the transaction with my credit card. I have been to this car wash in the past, but I definitely will not be going here again.

This car wash is a really good place to go if you need a quick wash of your car. They also provide free vacuum service with your wash. They do supply glass cleaner spray bottles and clean towels for cleaning the inside of your car. The staff here are always friendly and kind. I go to this car wash about once a month to maintain keeping my car clean and it is always worth it. They have multiple choices on what car wash you want along with reasonable price ranges for those who may be on a budget.

Ive been bringing my truck there for approximately 4 years. Never a problem till now. Also , I had a $20 per month membership which I now cancelled. Here’s what happened, drove my truck to start of line. Girl asked me “ Do I want to put my mirrors in? I stated no , should be fine as I had never put mirrors in before. Started to move through car wash. All of a sudden the left spinning flap spun my mirror and casing off my truck and broke them. I immediately went in to file a claim and immediately the GM states “ You can file a claim; but they will probably deny paying it.” I asked why? Your car wash damaged my truck. He replied we have signs up ( which who reads signs) and he stated the girl told me to put my mirrors in. She did not tell me, she asked me if I wanted to? I received word from their insurance and they denied my claim . Value is Approximately $525. The GM did tell me he repaired his spinner flappers to code about a month ago. This explains why the the spin flappers dismantled my mirror housing unit. My journey is not over. I will get my attorney and file a small court claim. 2nd review- after numerous emails to the company; they never followed up with me and chose to ignore my email attempts. Please be careful in doing business with these people. They are not customer friendly and only care about making a buck. 3rd review- as of today , the car wash mgt or claims dept has failed to respond to me. Ive given them plenty of time to respond. Next time will be serving small claims court suit papers and we’ll see what happens.

The staff here is always courteous, friendly and efficient. They never disappoint my car is always well washed. The vacuums are free and always good. Plenty of towels to dry off with and glass cleaner and - cleaner. I go here monthly and wouldn't go anywhere else
